Kim Stouffer and her staff are great to work with on all insurance needs. They are very responsive and take care of you right away. They answer all of your questions, help you understand the various policies, verbiage, etc. Highly recommend as a State Farm agent.

Bad service. Wont even return my calls. After i finally talk to the agent and explain my problem I was told she would call back with information still waiting.Update things got off to a rough start with them but over time it has been a great experience since then. I gave it some time before i updated to make sure it was just that bad experience. They have been on top things. Have kept me updated with a lot of things and changes on my policies. State farm has been great to work with.
