All of the staff here are so friendly and knowledgeable. I have never had an issue with anything there. I know I have great coverage to cover me if anything were to happen! I could not be more happy with an insurance agency ever since I began an auto policy with them 5 years ago. They were sure to get me the best coverage without any pushy sales tactics while doing anything possible to save me money. When I purchased my home I also opened a home owners policy and as I began renovation they helped guide me through the process.Every agent I have ever dealt with has been friendly as well as knowledgeable and really make me feel as important to them as my issue is to me. Ive been an Allstate customer for many years. The service I have received is excellent. They are affordable, efficient and considerate. Having gone through the claims process with them, I speak from experience. This is the team you want to take care of you.

After being a State Farm customer for almost 15 years, I decided to switch to another company after my rates continued to go up. I was contacted by this office after doing an online quote search. I had never done any kind of policy replacement prior to this so I didnt know any of the standard steps required. I remember specifically asking Anthony if I had anything I needed to do and he assured me he would take care of everything. A year went by, and it wasnt until I received a renewal notice from my old insurance that I realized he never sent the information to cancel my homeowners policy. He did cancel the auto somehow, even though he claims he didnt receive authorization to do so, because he needed signatures. Makes no sense. So, I ended up unknowingly paying two premiums because of his inability to properly guide me through a process I had no knowledge of. As a consumer, how would I know I needed written request of cancellation, unless the agent told me. Also, how would my auto policy be cancelled if I didnt sent the appropriate signature he claims he never got? Now, neither agency will acknowledge any error and I am left to foot the bill. I intend to find another company that has agents less inept than the ones Ive had to deal with in this office. Thanks for nothing, V. Craig Campbell.
