Steve was great! He took out our old motor device that broke on us couple days ago. He was able to set up our new one we bought from our local warehouse. I was provided a quote quickly. The service was amazing as they have available for same day in the late afternoon. The removal and install took about an hour. Life savers and reasonable price!

We needed new springs for one of rental properties and they gave a fair price and did a great job. They even did some additional lube and tune on the motor for us. Definitely intend on using them again for our next repair.

Great Fast service at a reasonable price. I called around to a few locations and they were all booked up for a few days. The Mastermind Garage Door was here on time the very next morning. Their installer was professional, educated me on their two different springs and even pointed out that another part had broken. Bottom line, their complete service came under quotes for just two spring replacements from the other companies and this included the $50 part that wasnt even in the quotes from the other companies.I Highly Recommend them 110%

Mark is a true professional. His response to my initial inquiry was prompt and arrived 7 minutes early. He is friendly, provided a detail description of the scope of work, and pricing. He is not only efficient but workmanship is outstanding. Mark replaced the coils (using the coil designed for the door) and cables. The garage door is quieter and performs better. Excellent, competent, quality, friendly service. I needed to replace a 30 year old garage door opener. Rather than schedule an on-site estimate that would have required an appointment and me working from home, I sent some pictures from my phone, spoke with someone, and had an estimate later that day. My appointment for installation was later that week and within 90 minutes I had a new garage door opener installed. No hassle, very responsive. Highly recommend and would use them again.

Mark called to see if he could come early, which delighted my Wife. He was very professional and although we had made the appointment for a torsion spring replacement, he inspected our garage door also. He found a broken hinge and replaced it. Our garage door stopped going up, we were told we needed new springs/motor...we opted to just replace it all because the door itself did not have much life left. The Mastermind Garage Door team was very knowledgeable and easy to work with, no sales pressure whatsoever.
