Just wanted to say I worked with the best TEAM @ Serv-Pro. in getting my home back together after a pipe burst. Started with Mike with coming out to the house & going over what needed to be done. Juan who scheduled & assisted me through the whole process & answered all my questions.. poor guy... but always got all my concerns & questions answered. Than Ben & Roberto who did demolition, paint & fixed the the wall.They made this process easy they were very detailed & most of all no mess when I returned home.. which was great!! Ending with Mickey & Ivan.. They installed new flooring, baseboards & painting of the baseboards. They were all very professional & gave me peace of mind knowing that my home was in good hands.. Such an AWESOME TEAM that I had a pleasure to work with.. My home so beautiful again & would recommend using them over & over again.. Every person who I spoke with from the team was incredibly kind, communicative, and knowledgable. I especially appreciate Alyssa Klewein who was incredibly understanding and informative when it came to a dispute between my family and our insurance company. She was professional and sympathetic to our discrepancies with the insurance company. We appreciated Alyssas handling of our issue and feel comfortable using ServPro again in the future

We had such a great experience with this company. They were able to arrive on site same day as requested service. They were professional - and preformed the service in a timely manner. All employees were great to deal with. Alyssa, was able to handle all the communication very quickly and efficiently.

I recently had a home emergency that involved water damage to my walls and flooring. SERVPRO was selected to assist with the cleanup and restorative work. Over several weeks many SERVPRO employees helped out, including Terrell, Eddie, Jesse, Oscar, Rudy, Omar, Juan, Amber and others. ERIK VILLA provided excellent project oversight and MICHAEL did an outstanding job of leading the teams that moved furniture out of and back into my home. Work was completed in a timely manner. Everyone was polite, respectful and professional, including Cade, who scheduled all of the appointments.Thanks, SERVPRO, for an exceptional service experience.

I cant say enough good things about SERVPRO of Cerritos. We encountered water damage that sourced from our refrigerator water hose and sustained extensive damage to our hardwood floors and walls. Gilbert and his team initially cleaned and dried the area while our family had to vacate our home. He and his team explained every day what needed to be done and we appreciated their patience and communication every step of the way. After the water abatement was completed we felt comfortable using ServPro for the renovation and it was the BEST decision! Ryan and his team (Jr., Ben, the floor guys and the plumbers) are all super respectful, communicative, highly skilled and showed up promptly every day. They worked with us to make sure everything was as we expected; complete kitchen renovation, flooring throughout the house and interior painting. I definitely plan to use them with any future projects.

Erik V. from ServPro Cerritos/Hawaiian Gardens and the rest of the restoration team did a fantastic job in handling our residential water damage restoration. They were extremely professional and efficient. They explained the process along the way and took time to handle our personal property with care. They visited daily to check the equipment and progress of the restoration. They got the job done! Our experience with ServPro was fantastic. Even months after the job completion, Erik was available to answer questions and offer assistance. In case you need emergency services, we highly recommend Erik V. and his team.

When sub-contracted workers take tools that were left to help and then use different fasteners to re-assemble shelving they took apart and deny it happening (photos for proof). Falsifying phone records to lie to property management in order to not accommodate tenants requests (no calls made). When messages to management on Facebook do not get replied to. The motto of Like it never happened does not apply. Stay away from this franchisee. There are many servpros in the surrounding area that has to be better. Has to be.

This company exceeded all our expectations. At our house in Silver Lake, we had a roofing disaster during the heavy January 2019 rains that led to significant water damage in many rooms. We interviewed 5 different water mitigation companies including other Servpro franchises. But an environmental engineer we consulted had worked with many companies and highly recommended Servpro of Cerritos/Hawaiian Gardens. Joseph Valles came out and was very honest and thorough about what needed to be done. Having never hired a water mitigation company before, we werent sure how they would perform. But the 6 person team led by Ricardo Monroy was just fabulous. Professional, terrific at communicating, showed up every time exactly when they said they would. First-rate in every way. Because of the persistent rains and not having an adequate roof, we had them in the house for almost 7 weeks, far longer than you probably would. Not a single blip. I cant say enough about how terrific they were. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

They damaged my furniture and didnt do anything about it. They stopped responding to my contact attempts with them. Not cool at all.Beware! If they come to clean up your place, document all your property and possessions before they touch it.
