Very Reliable. The owner, Nick, is very easy to talk to and very welcoming. He genuinely cares for his customers, looks out for them, and will cater to their needs. I recently had my watch serviced there. A couple months later, the watch had a minor problem. I took it to him, and he fixed it for free. Watch Works Cerritos is my go-to watch service center, and I highly recommend them.

Quick band sizing for less than

Watch Works is the only store I trust with my watch repairs. Ive followed them from Lakewood to Cerritos because they consistently do excellent work for great prices. Batteries usually cost me around $10 and about the same for watch sizing. They have a good selection of preowned pieces and Ive purchased quite a number of them over the years. Gucci, Swiss army, ESQ, Movado, Omega, Rolex... Nick has always given me great prices and really helped me grow my collection to crazy proportions. Im over 25 watches strong! Nick is a stand up guy and runs a great business- I trust him with my most prized watches and hes never let me down. Watch Works is awesome!

What a truly first class and professional operation. I had purchased a dozen or so automatic watches (Breitling, Tag Heuer, Omega, etc.) years ago and they finally needed a service. I paid a pretty penny for them so I didn’t want just anyone working on them. I did some web research and decide to bring them to Watch Works in Cerritos. Not only is everyone very friendly they are extremely knowledgeable on every make and model of watch. Totally impressed. They took care of me for a very reasonable price and now I’m back in business with great jewelry that happens to tell time (LOL) Thanks for several wonderful experiences!
