This place has been a nightmare for my wife and I since the moment we opened a credit line here. We keep giving it second chances but every time we keep getting screwed over. Definitely do not recommend. I got my wifes engagement ring here and she got me mine. We were both unsatisfied, we had so many issues with the workers. My wife had to special order mine and they ordered the wrong ring twice. Credit company gave us a hard time due to false information from workers. I had owed $300 left from a $6,000 purchase and found out credit card company added additional $1300 because apparently I was late. I was told by worker I was on a 12 month plan that starts from the day I start my first payment they even gave me a 60 day window untill first payment. Found out when it was already to late that the 12 month plan really started from the day of purchase, had account on auto pay so never saw messages. Was paying 505 every month (the asking minimum) so I wont pay interest and ended up having to pay alll the interest. I regret doing business here and definitely will never come back

Consultant that helped me was great. At first she seem nervous but quickly overcame all my concerns. I love this store, the prices, the selections and the service, the the real pleasure was working with the people who went far above what was expected to see that all my shopping needs, including prices were met.Thank U, Cerritos Kays Jewelers

We drove to Montclair to pick up ring that they told us it was in which is far from are house got there and ring was not in yet had to call into work to pick it up a few days later and they didnt even seem to care

Now that the Army will be allowing females to wear earrings in their duty uniform, I wanted to get some gold studs and maybe a pair of diamond earrings that fit regulation. I went to Kay with approved Progressive Leasing in hand ready to find something. I go to this store and was greeted with a less than enthused associate who didn’t provide any kind of welcoming customer service. No conversation or attempt to sell. Just to get out of this uncomfortable atmosphere, I almost settled for a pair of diamond earrings that I pointed out (for which after prompted, she did offer the facts of size and price and whether or not a discount was possible) but saw there were 3 pair of solid gold studs for sale at $40 a pair. She took them out the showcase and threw in a bag without a gift box. Again, there was no conversation so she didn’t know if what I was shopping for were for me or a gift for someone else. My fiancé got my engagement ring from here and I was going to ask for my ring to be cleaned while I was there, but the aura she was giving off discouraged me from wanting to ask. So after all the work of getting the leasing and excited to get some diamonds and my new ring cleaned, I walked away leasing $100 earrings thrown in a bag... YAY 😒

So I was in there the other day and it was a little busy. I was walking around the store until then this older lady with died black hair approached me and asked if she could help. I had just gotten off work so I was dressed pretty nicely and I had on my watch and a necklace so Im sure I looked like a good buyer. But I wasnt there to buy, I was there to make a payment on a layaway that I have there. And the second I told her that her friendly voice went away and said Oh, well someone will help you in just a minute.I was a little floored. I just felt like I didnt matter and the fact that I had already made the decision to buy was where her customer service ran out. Im pretty sure she was the manager, Christie or Kristie I dont know. It was just very upsetting. I remember the not that long ago I used to get excellent customer service from the old Managers Carrie and Monique and this other lovely girl who was always super helpful. It just seemed like I was no longer important and a bother because I wasnt there to buy, only to make a payment on my layaway. So that was fun. I had to wait for Richie to come around where he apologized for her offering up some mumbo jumbo excuse. But I could tell I just wasnt a priority at that point.

I love this store for my jewelry purchases and service. Excellent customer service with caring and concern staff whom goal is to meet your needs. Also service with integrity. Ask for Richard Landeros for exceptional service.

I have been a customer for a little over a year and my chain snapped. I had lifetime warranty and richy was able to assist me. He is the most genuine/trustworthy I have ever met. When it comes down to a business the workers try to sell and make the company profit but richy thinks about his customers and makes sure his customers are very happy: I am very satisfied with his customer service and the way he took care of my situation. I will definitely be coming back to him for when I get married and all the other jewelry I need

I went here. (Kay Jewelers) to finally find a engagement for my girlfriend. And I met with Candy, she is great . She was so nice and helpful. I went in to check out Neil Lane ring I seen online . It was not in the store but I seen another ring that I loved. Neil Lane 14kG Engagement Ring. Candy took care of all my questions and the end I bought the ring. And I pop the question on May 5th. And she said yes. 😀 She absolutely loves it. So Candy , my new fiance and I will see you soon to get the matching wedding band. I would recommend Candy to everyone looking for a ring. She is great! And let me not forget thank you to my new sister-in-law for helping me pick.
