Review for Geek Squad Cerritos, had a bad day due for my computer have been hack. Geek team name Richard who assisted me & got ton of question who patiently answered my concerned. Over the phone customer service had (didnt his name) great experience for me too.Ready for pick-up my computer, Joe was helping me to understand more about what happened to my computer and answered my finally concerned about my computer.Overall all, customer service was fantastic all of them are willing to explained patiently and the energy was fully positive. Very nice great customer service

Malik(not sure how to spell his name) was great, I had a problem with my laptop and he quickly and professionally solved it. I had been watching youtube videos and trying to fix it with no luck, Im not to much of a tech. Point is that he fixed it quickly and I am thankful for it.
