HORRIBLE SERVICE!! I called for a Simple Quote and the guy is correcting me on what is wrong with my phone!! I just needed a simple glass replaced and he’s trying to tell me that i have touchscreen problems, without even looking at my phone. Then I’m trying to just ask my question about the price and he’s trying to argue and yell at me about whats wrong with my phone! Like dude please just tell me the price! I don’t know why he wanted to argue, its Sunday! We should be peaceful!

I have a 2015 Macbook Air that suddenly died on me. I sent it in for diagnosis with Apple and they said it would be the logic board and would cost over $600, almost $700.I said no because for that price I put it towards a new macbook pro instead. I found Cheapest iPhone Repair and sent a message online and they said to bring it in for a free diagnosis. After a couple of days Carlos told me it was the motherboard and their price to replace it was almost less than half of Apple. They replaced and ordered a new battery for me and Ive been a happy camper ever since. I definitely will be coming here for all my electronic needs. Great communication and great work!

This was the 1st time I patronized CIR, and they left a very positive impression on me! They were lighting fast at repairing my broken screen, and did all of the work at approximately 7ft in front of me!!! So, If you are concerned about any data breeching, these geniuses came up with a method to help provide peace of mind to even the most acutely paranoid. I don’t know about you, but I hate leaving my phone an hour with a total stranger, such at other places!!! A+ service and a very comfortable atmosphere. I would like to start off by saying that this place can be a little tricky to find, but it is definitely worth the effort. When you pull into the parking lot, go to the far building and find the door that leads inside, go the second floor and find room 215, if you feel like youre walking into a surgical consulate, youre in the right place. This shop feels more like a doctors office than a regular phone repair shop, and for me it was a wonderful change of pace, I knew right away that my phone was going to get the highest quality of attention. The room is arranged out with a long workstation running the width of the space, filled with a large array of carefully organised tools, you really get the sense that the man behind the desk was a true professional, with immense attention to detail, dedicated to his craft. I had an issue with my charging port, I explained the problem I was having and mere moments after handing over one of my most coveted of possessions, the work had begun, expert hands meticulously labored over my device and by the time I had sat down and cracked open the book I had brought to entertain myself during the repair, the job was done, complete, FIN. Of course the repair was flawless, my phone happily charging besides me as I write this review. Ultimately , the prices were beyond fair and the experience fantastic, I will without a doubt be returning for all my future phone repair needs, only next time I will be bringing lunch for the staff, they have more than earned it.

I brought my son’s iPhone 6S to get repaired and at first I was charged $45, less than 2 months later I returned to get the same phone repaired and now it $65, the owner wants to argue me down about the price increase but my receipt clearly shows how much I paid, I was sold faulty equipment to being with... will not return to this place again

I called 5 minutes before closing and I was allowed to come and get my phone fixed at a reasonable price. It was a quick process and I didn’t have to wait long.

So happy I found the iPad repair place so close to home since I live in Downey. Service was excellent, prices very reasonable compare to other places that were charging to fix my iPad screen for almost $300 compare to Cheapest IPhone Repair $115 . Overall I was very happy with customer service and repair job would recommend to everyone!

I agreed, few days later they call me to inform me they fixed it and offered to sell it back to me for $300, very shady business practice

Friendly, helpful and trustworthy!! While on vacation my husbands iPhone stopped working. We could not get a charge and the carrier told us to go to an Apple Store. The store could not get us in for 3 days so I looked up an iPhone repair shop. We ended up at Cheapest iPhone iPad in Los Cerritos and they were great. They cleaned out the charging port and didn’t charge us. I had them look at my sons phone and they cleaned out his charging port as well. The screen on my sons phone was cracked and unlike other places they didn’t need hours or days to fix it. In less than 30 minutes my husbands phone was working, he had a new case both his and our sons phone had new tempered glass and our other son had a new battery. Carlos was friendly and helpful and I wanted to give him our business. This was such a better experience than we’ve had at other repair places.

What began as my cheapest solution to my cracked screen problem became an expensive one.On September 14, 2017, I spoke with Justin and entrusted merchant, Cheapest IPhone Repair (CIR) to have my cracked glass screen on my phone (Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge) to be repaired. They gave me an estimated finished date of 5 days, but they took almost 2 weeks. Their excuse was that the phone was shipped back incomplete aka, they cracked my screen while shipping it.On September 28, 2017, I was notified via phone that my cell phone was repaired and ready to be picked up. I went the same day to pick up my phone and noticed that it was not in the condition that it was given. To elaborate, CIR was able to repair the screen, but damaged my center home button of the phone when returned to me. After noticing this damage, I spoke with Carlos from CIR that the home button was not how it was given and the button was very loose (think see-saw action). Carlos expressed that he noticed the difference and he would speak to his boss. I left that day without my phone for CIR to resolve this issue.On September 30, 2017, I was contacted by Carlos about the issue. Carlos stated that he spoke with his boss and said that CIR can try to fix the home button, which they couldn’t guarantee. CIR also stated that I would have to pay for the screen if it was broken during the repair process, which was quoted at $220. When asked if there were any other options, Carlos from CIR said, “This is all we can do.” I came into CIR to have my cracked glass repaired. However, they wanted me to potentially pay for a cracked screen for their own mistake. As a consumer, it makes sense that CIR would pay and/or fix what was their error. As a result of not wanting to potentially pay for a broken screen, I picked up my phone.The use of the home button is essential for security (fingerprint sensor) and maneuvering phone applications. Without the proper use and mechanism, it would render the phone useless and not functional. Even though the button is functioning presently, the loose, “see-saw” action of the button does not give me confidence that it will last, nor did I give the phone to CIR in this condition.What began as my cheapest solution to my cracked screen problem was becoming an expensive one.In brief, I came in with a problem and went out with another one.

Legit and so confident to fix my iPhone. I try to trick the guy if I can leave the phone but he prefers for me to stay so I can see what he is doing and to assure the integrity of work. First time visit but I do recognize the honesty of Justin and his recommendations. I broke the back cover of my camera lens. They replaced it for a very reasonable price and replaced my glass screen protector on both my phones for an extremely good price. And very fast!! I would strongly suggest calling them if you need anything done!!

Could hardly believe all the 5 star reviews! I went in today and met right away with the tech who was extremely polite and professional. He replaced my glass within about 10 minutes, tested everything to make sure only the glass had been damaged, and I was on my way. I saved about $40 from what Verizon or Apple were charging. Im telling everyone I know about them!

Took them 2 weeks and 6 visits to get an ipad fixed. Service was very unprofessional and technicians just blame the other technicians. Dude, its just one company, it doesnt matter which technicians fault it is just be responsible. And through out all this havent heard single sorry from any ofem. Take it somewhere else instead.Update: after 3 months of use, the screen came apart and iPad became unusable. Total waste of money and time.

Although I didnt get any services done here I did call to get some information on screen replacement for my galaxy s7 and he was extremely helpful and gave me some great information and suggestions. I took my Galaxy S8 to get the screen fixed. It was fixed and works ok, but after 4 months i am not sure if they sealed the phone right because there is dust particles building up inside my camera lense and for that reason it looks blury.

These guys really are the cheapest, they fixed my screen, replaced my case and a scratch proof protective cover for my new screen.... google reviews or yelp but we hate yelp, can get you the disy...ty again guys
