Always a great experience when renting with enterprise. It was a last min rental and they had a Dodge Caravan for rent. Got me in and out with paperwork under 10 min. Only disappointing part was wish I was informed the gas that the vehicle uses then I would not have made that decision to get that vehicle due to it using 85E, so heading to San Francisco on the 5 was not easy due to the amount of gas that the vehicle uses so had to drive opposite direction to find that particular gas. Other then that will definitely rent from them again in the future

Very expedient and friendly service. Fully explained my options upon check-in which led to us upgrading our vehicle to a much more comfortable and appropriate selection for the trip we were taking. Returning the car was equally as efficient and pleasant. Will be using Enterprise again in the very near future.

1. I waited 50 minutes to pick up the vehicle even though I had an appointment.2. The check oil light came on the first day while driving. Since this was not an airport rental, I had to call a number. No one answered the number.3. I wanted to extend the rental time. Since this was not an airport rental, I had to call a number. I had to rent a vehicle due to my own truck being repaired. It took 3 weeks which I had a rental for that time frame. I initially was given one vehicle and asked to return it (given on Thursday ask to return on Sunday) the rep said this vehicle was not a weekly rental. Ok no problem I switch from a mid size SUV to premium. Long story short I called every week to get out of the small car as Im a big guy over 63 and I was told to bring in the vehicle to trade in I did this two weeks in a row and when I arrived I was told they had nothing for me. That was highly frustrating not until my last rental week was I able to secure a comfortable vehicle, then to make matters worst my billing was allover the place charged for single days when I had rentals for 3 weeks should have been on weekly rental but because accounting was screwed up it was never corrected as I was told it was, just a overall bad experience will not be using anymore..

The app is great. I just wished the price they show on the app was the same price at pick up. 400.00 for 4 days was a good price. Then I get there and it 548.00. Also the suv needed to be washed. So I paid 13.00 just to have it washed at the car wash. They should be doing a better job of presenting the vehicles and showing a true price on their App.

Upon arrival to the Enterprise site, the line was long. It got longer after I got processed by the dispatcher. There were plenty of people waiting for vehicles. But then I noticed, that some people that were processed after me got called and they got into the rental vehicle. It was initially two people who were called before me and I figured it was because they had ordered specific type of vehicle. Soon after an additional three people were were called and these people came from the same site that I came from and had arrived much later after me. I approached the dispatcher and alerted her that these people came from the same site before me and why were they getting their rental cars before me. Their circumstances were not any different from mine. She offered no explanation, no apology and acted like I was bothering her. She did notify a technician to help me but she only did this after I was already approaching the technician for additional assistance. Do recommend that the dispatcher get replaced or assisted by a more efficient dispatcher. The waiting time and process took 75 minutes when it could have been done under 50 or 45 minutes.

I called in and used my points and the lady on-line was pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable, and did a great job in finding me the most comfortable, reliable, and gas efficient car for the ride! Dropping off the car was a pleasant experience. I didnt have long to wait before I was checked in and raring to go home.

I rent on a regular basis, various vehicles. My most recent experience. I rented a BMW. Brought it back with a full tank of gas. The next day I reviewed my receipt online and I noticed I was charged for gas. I called and the young lady told me that I rented a Buick and they were charging me for the gas difference. I informed her I did not rent a Buick and she said that its just a glitch. Im sorry but this is upsetting to me. If you dont check your receipt you could be charged $5.07 per. Gal. for gas and if this happens over and over with different customers thats a lot of money I find this disturbing. It was resolved, thank you.

My car is a fender bender magnet. Every time I get my car fixed - I come to this enterprise exclusively. I get great customer service and the attendants are patient with me. I’ve never received anything less than great customer service. They even let me sit in the cars so that I do t get a car that smells like BO or cigarette smell. They do get busy but I’ve always been in and out within a very reasonable time frame.

Cypress location made my rental experience positive. My rental agreement was honored when I booked a compact however they ran out of those cars and gave me a truck. I exchanged it on Monday night and had to drive to the Hawaiian Gardens location for the compact car. My personal vehicle was still in the shop after a week and was given a good price for additional 3 days.Thank you Cypress for your professionalism and courtesy.

This place is a joke. Avoid it like the plague. Not even parking onsite while you are waiting for someone.I am not giving them any information as it is not pertinent to this review. This place is a joke. If you make a RSVP with DL info to expedite your rental ahead of time, and have to wait over 1.25 hours.... Dont waste your time, as time is money... They wasted my money waiting around. Next time I will go to my go-to... Avis.This place is a total joke... And a bad one at that.

I went here twice only because of insurance coverage. Both times they tried to charged me three times the deposit amount $200 rather than $50.The first time Jacqueline the manager all she could say was Im sorry that your car is not ready, Im sorry theres a mix-up. I waited an hour & 15 minutes for a car.Last weekend I dealt with Samantha that Manager. Sorry your reservation is not in the system, sorry we will have to wait 45 minutes minimum for a car. Well I guess I can do you a favor to adjust the minimum due for security deposit. With zero eye contact.Do Not do business with this location. Very unprofessional. Your Collision Shop can most likely accomodate your rental car needs with better service.

Extremely busy weekend for the location, however the associates were friendly and worked diligently to assist everyone quickly. Loved my rental car that provided a very smooth and comfortable ride to my destination. Would definitely recommend the Cerritos location and it’s team.

Although I do not recommend returning cars after hours cause they will try to blame something on you. I recorded how car was when I left it and they still tried to say I was responsible for a dent in the rear. Only to backtrack saying that they found a ticket from the previous 2 rentals and the dent was noted on that one and apologized for threatening me to pay for it. Wouldve been nice if they had investigated first before calling me and threatening me. Shows theyre quick to be like its your fault now pay for it before looking into it. SMH other than that little incident the rental was nice, 2020 Nissan Rogue and was a smooth, easy process overall.

I was sent by kia cerritos to pick up my rental. I like the quick service upon picking up the vehicle. I had the vehicle for approximately 10 days. Once my car was ready for pick up at kia, I returned the vehicle to enterprise and it was quick with no issues. They also gave me a ride back to kia. Good customer service, thanks.

Fast polite and safe. The check-in is outdoors under a tent. Everyone wears masks they have a person who checks your identity against your credit card and then a person who check takes you to your car and actually does the walkthrough explanation and authorizes the amount on your card. They were very helpful

Well, the reason I picked enterprise was for the exact reason they had a Full Size Pickup truck that I was able to rent for not over $40. The second reason is because they have locations that have after hour drop off which is amazing Im not trying to take time off of work to return my car. BUT i do have to say this time I was disappointed. With the thought in mind that I was getting a full size vehicle for me and my 4 adult friends for a road trip I was excited, I get to enterprise and they dont have trucks anymore and I ended up receiving a standard size truck. LET ME TELL YOU a 64 person, a body builder, 2 women, and a mechanic in a standard size truck DOESNT work out! We were all crammed in the truck, knees were in the dash while driving to make room for the back seat. It was the most uncomfortable ride Ive been in. Anyways what really confused me is when I was waiting to have the vehicle shown to me, it had just been pulled out, a gentleman in a Green Enterprise shirt on, states this is the biggest truck you have, are you kidding? the lady that helped me check out says back no we also have a F150 in the back. he continues with oh Yes ill take that one please not this. i over hear this and state to her wait so you did have the F150 that i reserved initially? she proceeds to tell me No we dont that is for him, we have this vehicle for you. i finished with oh forsure (Id also like to point out this gentleman checked in AFTER me (least he was standing in line behind me)) what was the confusing part is why is a customer being put on the backburner from their reservation for an enterprise worker? I was very dissatisfied in how this was all handled and how uncomfortable my ride was. Ill prob use enterprise again, I just really really hope this doesnt happen again.

It wasn’t a pleasant experience at all. I have been renting a car here multiple times but my last one was bad. I was made to wait for the car and given a new car wash toyota sedan but still very filthy dirty with a brown stain at it’s trunk. I can go on and on with complains like the second car without a water for the windshield and a tire pressure problem.

Slow, slow, slow..... To be fair, the rental was a good price and I chose to rent locally instead of going to an airport. However, you wait in line to check in and then have to wait even longer to have an agent go over the car with you. I made the reservation on line and they asked you to pre enter your DL and card info to save time;, but the local place still manually entered all of my info again. I usually rent from Hertz or National at an airport where you see your name on the board, find the car and are moving in about 10 minutes. I spent an hour at Enterprise waiting to get the checked out before I was able to drive away. The price was $40 cheaper for the few days and I need to rethink is that worth it to wait a long time for a simple transaction. Friendly folks, but sloooowwwww and the business is non existent outside of their posted business hours.

Cerritos enterprise is a joke!.. we reserved a full sized truck 3 days ago. They offered a small truck and having to wait over an hour here at enterprise to pick it up.. whats the point of a reservation if they treat their customers first come fist serve... waste of time coming here. Covid19 makes these challenging times to accomplish anything, but the team at Enterprise Rental Cars goes out of their way to make renting a car one less challenge. Ive been a rental customer ever since the Covid19 Pandemic struck in mid-March. Between minor fender benders, flat tires, and the closure of neighborhood Enterprise offices, their team has made the necessary adjustments to insure I never felt abandoned.When this Pandemic is over and I can fly to distant destinations I will always remember the company that stuck with me when I needed wheels the most.

I’ve rented a vehicle from here 3 times and yes parking isn’t the best but they always have any type of vehicle you want (even a Tesla was offered), when busy they still do a good job acknowledging everyone that comes thru the door and they are quick. We had a really good experience with this site. I rented the car online (they had really reasonable rates compared to other agencies and nearby Enterprise locations) and we picked the car up just before the holidays. The office was VERY busy, but they were well staffed. We were greeted and attended to promptly, the staff we worked with were professional and courteous. They were low on vehicles and out of the class I had reserved (which perhaps deserved a 1/2 or full star knock) but we were given a courtesy several upgrades to a luxury vehicle despite a lower class upgrades available. I dont imagine this happens all the time, but it brought an unexpected early good cheer to our holiday.

1st time at this location service was ok being a 4th of July weekend. Staff were cuortious and professional. I new Car was horrible at 1st sight I uncomfortable and low visibility due to my size and stature. I wanted a compact far like versa escape spark or Toyota corrola which I usually try to rent get.tThis car had a high mileage and it driove like it needed lalignment for the Tires. I asked for another vehicle an equinox but was told it would be another $45 per day which didnt sound right forChevy Equinox and also was told I could not apply Upgrade for was not told why not I am a plus rewards member and have had excellent service and was able to use rewards at other branches. I informed Enterprise employee at check in about alignment needing service. .most likely not return unless I can get guarantee on car requsted.

I left my Fast Trak transponder in the rental. I called an hour after I dropped the vehicle off. I spoke with Carlos, who claims to be the manager. He said the vehicle had been rented out already and he would check with the new renters. He never called me back. I called the following morning. Carlos told me the vehicle was returned the same day, in the evening. He checked and did not find the transponder. He reminded me that they are not responsible for items left in the vehicle. I know I left it there... Let me get this straight. So the vehicle was rented out an hour after I dropped it off and returned 6 hours later.... sounds fishy to me. Just saying. Sounds like someone didnt want go out of their way. Thanks a lot Carlos!!!!I have been a regular customer at this location for years. I deserved better!!PS: When I received my rental the gas tank was bone dry. I almost ran out of gas. When it was returned. There was a full tank. I guess no good deed goes unpunished :(.

The Enterprise Cerritos deserve their 5 starts because on June 10, we had a reservation originally in another location but they don’t have the vehicle we need and Cerritos didn’t let us down. When we got to Cerritos basically we didn’t have any reservations and most of their vehicles are reserved Already but they still found a way to rent us the vehicle we need. I had a reservation for a standard suv. Not only im keep waiting to see if they had any available per the personal but, he neglected to see t y at i was asked earlier on the day to confirm my reservation. A vehicle was labeled with my name but the personal neglected to see or ask about it. Whe gas was also an issue. This location for some reason I always and I mean always something going wrong. Some of the personal are errogant and some just look down at you just for the fact I use a debit card. I never have a issue in any of the other locations I have rented a vehicle. I believe you should look into finding out why people at this location make customers less important.

The staff at this locations are the best! They are always super swamp but yet they manage to give you the personal attention you need. I am a regular at this branch and I would change that anytime soon. I love their schedules and willingness to accommodate regardless of the issue. If you ever need a rental, this is the branch to visit! I recommend you make a reservation for your vehicle and they will go above and beyond to get you out of there ASAP!

My experience has always been pleasant with Enterprise. Im always in and out in a reasonable time. Their staff is very friendly too. Id say the only drawback for me is the last few times, my car hasnt had a full tank of gas. Lol. Im sure if I asked they would fill it up but Im usually in a rush to leave. Other than that its always a good experience.

Great service, fast, and friendly. I had no issues upon returning the car. I did go with the daily insurance. As much as I know we can use our own.. I dont have time to deal with additional setbacks for the just in case issues that may arise. I had a 2017 Chevy Tahoe for 5 days. Loads of fun and plenty of room for 5 adults and baggage.

This is my third experience with him.My experience begins with Garrett playing on the Tinder cell phone app behind the counter, head down in the cell phone swiping the pictures visibly over the counter (while) on the phone with customers, and while Im standing in front of himGarrett begins asking me questions about my home owner/ renter status, and questions about my employerI remind him Ive been here roughly 6 out 7 times since August and I have a customer account with all my info and have happily answered these questions- which HE collected from meI explained that it appears protocol to complete the process has changed every time Ive visited, and is not standardized, although its always the same employees I see every time Im here, Garrett and Richard.He insists these questions must be done again. He asks the office manager, Richard E750VT.I recognize the manager, Richard. Hes been in the office roughly every time I have rented there. Richard agreed with Garrett.They did not acknowledge the recent history of processing my previous rentals all with the same card and personal information given/ on my customer account. Richard insists all if my previous rentals have been completed incorrectly- yet her was the approving supervisor of all my rentals!Richard sent me away and denied my rental. He approved all my previous visits to the office and allowed my payment with the same card on EACH VISIT.I was literally in disbelief.I would like some sort of correction for this... I am willing to remain an enterprise Cerritos customer. I feel in need of some customer care.The next morning, I returned and ABRAHAM insists I need a pay stub. Hes very rude about it although Im a returning customer. I ask to speak with the morning shift manager.The morning manager completes my rental in five minutes and does NOT ASK FOR A PAYSTUB-- high LACK of standards!!!If all my rentals have been approved incorrectly, it means every visitors rental for the past 6 months has ALSO been incorrect.One Star review. I have had to use this place a few times while my car was getting service at the Lexus Dealership across the street and each time, the service staff were excellent. It has been super busy because of all the recalls at the dealership, but the staff have been as accommodating as possible. My only gripe would be that they stayed open a tad later if you need to return the car, but that is pretty minor. Each car that I have had to rent were in great/excellent condition.

I have use enterprise before since my insurance(mercury) company said that they have disc. rate with them. They were better before but this time maybe last time. I called Cerritos office and talked to Greg and gave him my confirmation number and he said they will pick me up from my home which was only 2 to 3 miles away within 45 min. Time came and went by so I called them and Lady told me that no we dont go to your city to pick you up. Just take uber and she wont even listened to me. So I found someone to give me a ride and rented the car. Hopefully I dont have to use them next time since they are not the only rental car game in town.

Very quick service here if you have a reservation. They are very concerned with getting good customer service ratings so they will be extremely courteous and friendly. I even got a call from them on the second day of my two day rental just to make sure that I wasnt having any problems and was happy with my rental. They also provide shuttle service before and after your rental.

Pick-up on a Friday afternoon was very easy as expected. I was able to get a deal on a Jag and it made my weekend much better.Turning the car back in, on the other hand, was an entirely different story. They close at 3 pm on Sundays. I went in around 2 pm. There were about 10 people in the lobby waiting. They had 2 associates working. 2 on a Sunday near closing time! Just to drop off my car, I waited 30 minutes!So, a word of caution; if you plan to return on Sunday, do it exactly around 3 pm because Im sure they want to go home and they will get you out of there in a heartbeat.LB airport has much better service.

If you need to rent a car, this is the place to do so as I have used this office of Enterprise many times and always come away with great satisfaction, car that I requested and very good rates. The staff is friendly, the site very busy and the overall customer service great. It can get hectic at times as they work to please both walk in foot traffic and people holding confirmed reservations!!! Having used other companies in the past and not been satisfied, I tried Enterprise a few years back, have been very satisfied and now go right to them when I need their services.

My car was being repaired and the insurance company paid for a rental from Enterprise. I was asked what type of car I had. I was given a car that was of the same caliber. There was a problem with the key locking and they told me to bring it right back and they gave me another car right away, It was nice to have a SUV fully equipped like my SUV. Dustin is to be commended for his professionalism and positive disposition. He is an asset to Enterprise. I enjoy doing business with Enterprise because you are close to my home and very eager to make things right.

Great customer service. I had no idea when my car was going to be out of the shop, so I had to keep changing my reservation, and they were super friendly and helpful. I ended up turning in the car 4 days early and they didnt charge me any extra for days that I didnt end up using the car :)

Had an amazingly easy time reserving my car and was told I would be picked up in an hour. An hour and a half past my pick up time I called to see the problem. I was promptly told I could not be picked up and to go else ware because we where too far away (ten min away) . Perfectly fine if we werent in the service area, but dont let me sit for almost three hours with no intention to tell me I dont have a ride.

I picked up a car from Cerritos California, I drove straight to Breckenridge Texas with no stops except gas stations, it was a tiring but smooth and uneventful drive, not even a bag blew in my lane the entire drive, like I said, a smooth uneventful drive. - However, the guy working at the Cerritos location said all previous damages are documented, asked me to fill the tank before drop off, the basic spew of info when you pick up a rental, I signed the form he said acknowledges I picked up the vehicle, and i jumped in and drove off. When I dropped off the car at the Abilene Texas location right on time, one of the guys at the place inspected the vehicle, said there was damage, they then said to me nevermind, its nothing, nothing to worry about, you dont have to worry about anything. Well, that instantly worried me because I did not have any accidents and the car was returned with no new scrathches or dents, so I asked to see what they were referring to, again the guy at the counter basically said, its nothing, nevermind it, you have nothing to worry about you wont be billed for anything, its nothing have a nice day. So I received my emailed receipt, my refund and deposit was credited to my account, yet that same week I get a letter emailed to me saying I need to contact my insurance for damages or loss to the rental car? Really? What damages? I called Enterprise and they said there was indeed a damage reported, what damage I do not know, they did not show me, no pictures, no detailed description was given even though I asked for them to explain the so called new damages. So I called back again to demand an explanation, and this time the guy who helped me, named Cody, said the damage was already reported BEFORE I even picked up the car in Cerritos, and Cody said for me not to worry about the damage letter, it was a mistake crossed in theor records because the guy in Abilene filed a report, and I will not have to pay for damages that were already on the car before I picked it up. Well, last week I received another letter from enterprise saying I need to contact my insurance or pay for the damages myself. I did not damage the car! No amount was even given for the supposed damages. What a scam! If this moves any further, I will take this to litigation. I was told twice not to worry by enterprise as it was nothing, once in person at the front desk in Abilene, and over the phone with a representative named Cody, yet here I am getting billed for damages I didnt even do. - this will be the last time I ever use Enterprise, what a hassle.

Staff was courteous once they got to the front desk. Waited nearly 10 minutes before anyone showed up. Parking is atrociously bad. It took me nearly 30 minutes to find a place to park and then only after I doubled parked outside the office. When I asked where I could park my car while using the rental salesperson kept telling me they werent responsible for the car. Never answered my question. Another salesperson told me to park in the back area but their maintenance staff argued with me about doing this. So I ended up back out front double parked. Spoke with the Branch Manager the next day who was very polite and offered to make it right. With the exception of the salesperson who did not seem to understand my question regarding parking the rest of the staff was polite and courteous. But obviously no one knows how to manage parking. I have repeatedly used this location in the past but most likely will not do it in the future.

I frequently use enterprise for their good prices and customer service. I received excellent customer service this time too. Only issue was I received a car that was beyond filthy. If time wasnt an issue and they had another car immediately available I would have insisted on changing cars. When I brought it back the customer service person was very apologetic and assured me it would not happen again. She made a bad experience much more acceptable. I will definitely return

I had to rent a car for a job interview, service was quick and great. I was promptly greeted and got my car within 15-20 minutes. The employees are very friendly and made sure everything was good before they let me leave. Returning the rental was easy as well.

I had an efficient, effective, and very excellent Enterprise Rep. named Eddie Gonzalez, that placed me in an automobile that drove like a dream, delighted my disposition, and delivered a dynamic discovery! I have gone to this location about 5 times and I received simply WONDERFUL service!

Wanted a car with head room. Im 66. So I reserved a Cadillac Luxury car Or a similar car . I was given a BMW. No head room. Hard to get in and out. The gas tank was empty. Had to wait till the person working with me could take it to the station to fill the tank. Came back telling me She could only fill half the tank. Had to take my time go to the station to fill the tank before driving out of town. When I returned the car with half filled tank as it was given to me... They charged me $40.56 to fill the tank the tank the rest of the way. Had to return to enterprise to show my gas receipt to get a refund. All in all. Did not enjoy renting from enterprise this time.

I needed to rent a vehicle for a week and Enterprise is always the company I choose first. The staff in Cerritos is very courteous and professional. I had a made a reservation in advance, so they were ready for me when I got there. We got through the process quickly and efficiently. The vehicle was in immaculate condition, and I was on the road in no time. Drop off at the end of the week was a breeze as well. I will be back.

They were very professional.I made the reservation on line and all was ready when I arrived. Within a few minutes, I was underway. Later when I needed to extend it two days, that was easily done with a short call.I always use Enterprise when I need to rent a car.So far, I have never been disappointed.

I rented a truck 3 out of 4 weekends in one month. Although i had a reservation each time, only 1 time did they actually have a truck there when I arrived. The other 2 times I had to wait a hour or more hoping for one to be returned or waiting while they somehow find me one. The wash/cleaning of the vehicle is very rushed and poorly done (inside and out). The staff is very friendly and nice.
