Dr. Skinner is THE BEST! Very convenient office hours, excellent office staff and hygienists and they put your comfort as their top priority. I appreciated that they kept me informed of what they would be doing next while working on my teeth. Dental work is never fun, but this practice makes it a whole lot more tolerable! Dr. Skinner is the best dentist! His staff and hygienists are super friendly. Dr. Skinner is not anxious to drill or yank anything outa your mouth like some dentists. He has a positive attitude and offers gentle reminders about being conscious of teeth grinding when chopping vegetables for example. Very practical advice from everyone I interact there.

I will be the first to admit that I dread going to the dentist probably more than the average person. Dr. Skinner knows this and he always makes sure to explain everything that’s happening while making it as painless as possible. Even though I moved farther away, I won’t switch dentists because they treat me with such care.

The Front office team works with every patient regarding insurance concerns, financing options, etc. My children, who are now adults never liked going to the dentist until this practice opened up. Ive been going to this dental practice for several years now. Always have a very positive experience. The staff from the receptionist to the hygienists to Dr. Skinner are as good as they get. Ive never had a bad experience here and I highly recommend them.

I’ve been coming here for years and so have my kids. We had a new dentist examine my kids and she asked me questions that she would have known if she checked the file and so the experience wasn’t as good as it normally is. It feels like the place has changed a little over the years. Just hoping that this is a one time thing and that our next visit will go back to that homely & friendly feeling that we’ve always experienced.

Had an excellent experience at Dr. Skinners office. The staff, they are ALL so polite. And, importantly, they follow-up, check-in and let one know what to expect. They listen so well and explain things well too. I changed dentists in the last couple of years for a couple of reasons, which werent because of bad situations. Skinner Ossakow & Assocates has been my dental provider since they opened ~20 yrs ago, and believe me - I have a mouthful of dental investments. They always deliver service with a smile, pleasant conversation (with a joke or two), highest attention to and concern with my dental health, and unwavering professionality. The office is clean and the staff are attentive. However, I came in for a deep cleaning and was told I have 4 cavities that needed to be filled. I did not get them filled at that time because fillings are expensive and the cavities were fairly small. A few months later I went to a different dentist and was told my cavities were just stains. That same dentist got rid of the stains with a normal cleaning.

Dr. Skinner has been my dentist for almost 20 years. When I moved out of town and another dentist did less than exemplary work on my teeth, I went back to Dr. Skinner as soon as I could because I knew I could trust him to put my health first. His team is amazingly talented and very comforting for someone who has had a bad dental experience. I cant think of a better thing to say than, I trust all of my teeth with Dr. Skinner. He also doesnt recommend unneccessary treatment and serves his medical opinions with full honesty, which I appreciate a lot.

I am very satisfied at the service performed by my dental hygienist who has done excellent job. However, I am a little bit disappointed at one professional in this office during final examining the teeth for my husband and myself at the same time in the same room.The reason is that he did NOT change his gloves after he examined another patient and then examined me. Luckily, another patient is my husband.

I was able to get an appointment on the first day after closure for COVID 19. Everything went smoothly. The staff had a process to ensure social distancing measures were in place and that patients were aware of what their responsibilities were. I was screened prior to my appointment as well as just before my exam. All staff were wearing PPE, which was comforting. Oh, and the staff ( as always) were courteous and professional! Great team and great care!

Routine visit for oral exam and cleaning which could not have gone any smoother. I have been going to Dr. Skinner since he opened almost twenty years ago. When I first saw him, my teeth were giving me alot of trouble and I had been to many dentists who made things worse and created a great deal of anxiety. From my very first visit with Skinner, I felt confident that he would do what he could to take good care of my teeth. He is always very thorough, patient and compassionate. I have had to have many novocaine injections and he is the best at it; little to no pain. His assistant, Tonya, is also wonderful. She is kind, professional and very skilled. My husband and three children also see Skinner. We highly recommend him!
