This school is very unresponsive and very unhelpful. Im sad to say that I may graduate from here after this quarter, with that being said I can tell you that it was at no help to the college. They lack help, responsibility, and knowledge. If your looking to come to this school and plan on using financial aid dont!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This school will drop the ball on your funding bad!!!! Dont let them lie to you about funding and help they will drop the ball bad!!!!!!! Im sorry if you really wanted to go here, however if your paying for yourself these money hungry people will take it.

The ladies working in there are rude. I was called and told to go there and pick up my package. It was set off to the side because of all the new people working.2 of the ladies working told me I was lying, that no one called me. Also said I was lying about tracking discrepancies when it got to the post office. Then both were rude as heck saying my package was delivered to my PO box and Im just out of luck.Terrible customer service, and act like its my fault they lost my package. Accidents happen at least try to be nice about it. Both these people have no business working in customer service

I live on west main centralia. The carrier, an older gentleman just admitted to knowing theres a stop sign on our street. I have yet to see him stop at it

The service is so very poor at this postal office. The two women everyone refers to definitely dont do their job. Plus when you call Carrier ANNEX that woman laughs. They dont take their customers seriously. They blame others for their actions. So I will be contacting the BBB, because even the supervisor wasnt helpful when I told him in a calm voice my anxiety was starting to get higher. Act like Im acting hostile when really Im annoyed and frustrated and having an anxiety attack because his employees are not doing their job. Key word job that they are being paid to do.

The worst excuse for postal service Ive ever seen! Lie about trying to deliver packages, then when redelivery is requested, they dont even let you know it has been dropped off at our local smaller post office! Then they drop mail on ground , in the rain and leave it! Horrible!

This is in regards to the driver who usually delivers off and around Borst in Centralia. He is middle aged/ or maybe a bit older. He is an amazing worker never ever had a issue with our packages and we order a lot of things. He always makes sure they are handled with care. Hopefully someone praises him for his hard work, he deserves it.

Packages never get delivered. I have to chase them down. Never know where the package is going to be. 99% of the time deliveries are 2-3 days late before I can pick them up. Multiple wasted trips to town and they NEVER answer the phone.

Its every time I order something online they want to say delivered, but its not. Then never want to help me resolve it. Wait an hour on hold or longer when I call and get no help. I have video proof of them driving by then get an email saying delivered in mailbox then see them just drive by my house and never stop. THIS HAPPENS SO OFTEN!! ITS DRIVING ME CRAZY!

They dont deliver packages to our house even though there is a place to turn around. We have called the delivery department but they never do anything to resolve. Right now Im waiting in a line out the door because they dont have enough workers. Staff is nice but if I had the choice I would use ups or fedex every time.

Good luck if you actually want something delivered and if its even remotlely large forget about it.

This is 8.6.2020. Two pieces of mail expected on the 11st, and showing on my informed delivery email, did not arrive. They again showed as to be delivered on the 5th, and again did not arrive, though a 3rd piece did. I was advised by the carrier to call the annex, which I made many tries to do so, only to get a busy signal with no option to be on hold or to leave a message. I then attempted to reach the post office, only to reach a national office with no option to speak with a local rep.! And this is called a service?!

Customer service is worthless. Dont bother trying to call, no one will answer. They cancelled my passport application appointment and it was really difficult to get it rescheduled

Awful, awful, awful. Usually dont have problems, other than the occasional delay, but currently trying to track down a package whose tracking history keeps changing. Tried to go directly into the post office to see if it was there and possibly pick up, woman at the counter had zero interest in helping me, kept telling me different things, basically didnt skirted responsibility onto the carrier in Galvin. Said I would likely receive it today. But as of this morning, there is no updated delivery date, now saying they had tried to deliver yesterday, but didnt have access (very false), yet no notice was left, getting through to a real person via the automated system is impossible, and calling either the post office in Centralia Or the carrier annex in Galvin is USELESS, as it just rings until you finally get a busy signal. Ive literally been trying for hours, so obviously they just dont answer the phones at either location. Pathetic overall.

Meanest post office i have ever been to in my life. Extremely unprofessional. i pride myself on being a polite human, but man these people must hate their jobs they are rude to everyone. Even made the lady in front of me buy entire roll of tape instead of just taping her box closed for her like they do at every other post office. Even after she said she didnt have money.. like come on ya’ll its a pandemic have some compassion.

Mail cariers dont wear masks when they do deliveries to local busnisses, they have been doing so for months If you get covid in Centralia, sue the PO.

Automated phone system is terrible, and to speak to a rep I will have to wait for more than an hour. Ive gone in before and their line system for dealing with covid and social distancing is awful - there are two lines that are supposed to merge to one rep at the counter, and nobody is honest with who is actually supposed to go next. Customer service is also terrible, the lady working the counter last time I was in seemed like she hated her job and made it obvious she didnt want to be there. If you work in customer service then I hate to tell you but you are getting paid to be nice. smdh

My new carrier leaves other peoples bank documents in my mailbox and leaves packages (sometimes containing expensive electronic gear) out in the rain. I have a covered porch but the new carrier doesnt bother to use it. Not happy.

The postal workers are always very helpful and offer ways to save on mailing items. I appreciate their dedication to great service.

I ship packages here often, always a quick easy transaction. Holidays are obviously a bit more of a wait, but usually I am in and out and on with the rest of my day.

This is the third time Ive had an issue with this place either false delivering a package, or just STRAIGHT UP losing the package.I went to the store in person to find a package, after calling and filling a claim, but only to be told that its not THEIR issue, its the delivery issue.... So contact the place on Galvin. So I did. Then on contacting them, they made me give a number to call back (about 30 minutes) to only tell me that my package was delivered.... Which is wasnt, it is STILL not here even after I paid for 2 day delivery (this would be day 4). After they called me back the third time and contacting their driver, that apparently left at 4pm for the day, and told me it may have been miss delivered.Seriously? SERIOUSLY? I LIVE IN WALKING DISTANCE OF THE GALVIN LOCATION AND IT WAS MISS DELIVERED?!I wish I could give a -5 star.... Jesus.

Awesome customer service!! We came in to do our daughters passport and it was fast and efficient. Jerry was friendly and knowledgeable. We drove from Olympia and will certainly do so again.

They have worthless postal carriers who claim to have left a notice but we found nothing. Come to find out package did not require a person to be home the tool just didnt feel like doing his Sunday deliveries. One of the many reasons the usps will be going away soon

My package was left on my wet back porch this morning. I was home. The way I found out was by seeing him drive by. Its good to know my packages are in good hands.

Tried to call, could not get any real person on the line, there is no option that I have heard to speak with anyone. Complete BS.

It is a nice building, I dropped off a package to refuse there and there was no line. It isnt the most obvious looking post office, but it is a nice building.

Very friendly and are one of the quickest post offices around. Very diligent and helpful.

Mail is always late, mail lady speeds through our road were children play and speed limit is posted. Over all not a good experience.

I have a large business size box and yet this particular office manages to lose my packages on multiple occasions! Theyre not worth the $300+ that I pay each year for my box!

I put in a change of address over a month ago. And they completely ignored it and delivered to my pain medication to my old WA address. Im in CA now and have no way of getting them.
