Booked my reservation with them 2 weeks ahead. They called the day before to confirm everything. Later on I got another call saying they have 0 cars in the lot and they need to push me to 10:30am instead of 9am. I didnt really have any other option at that time, so I picked up the vehicle the next day (no discount or anything was offered). After I realized Im going to miss my flight and I had to drive the vehicle up to Seattle, I asked if I can drop it off at a local enterprise branch, their response was we have to charge you one way drop off fee. Sometimes we can wave it, but not this time

Horrible tramatic experince with this place. As if it wasent bad enough that I am a victim of a Accident but they also completely took advantage of me and played games with me. I then had to invlove my lawyer cause they were coming after me for the price of the rental and precceeded to make threats about getting law inforcement involved trying to scear/extortion on me into either paying them or to bringing the vehical back, again while insurence was supose to be paying for it.The insurence stopped paying for it befor I got my check and it took me about a week to extend my rental. I eventually got the insurence to extend my rental. But murice from enterprice in centralia apperently closed my account and had told the insurence I had returned the vehical. And then preceeded to tell me i had to sign another contract because they closed the other one for some resone even though i hadent brought the vehical back yet. They also told me i had to make another deposite cause they used my deposite for the damage waiver which is optional with out my consent. I did first sign off on it but was told I could cancle at anytime. They had no right to use my deposite for something i dont even have to have its wrong In so many ways. Thankfully I had a lawyer to help keep me withing my rights and to keep me informed on their mind games. Next time I get into.and auto accedintly im gunna make sure I dont get a rental through this location. Im having extream Anxiety over this.

This was my first time renting a car and got a 2020 Toyota with the damage waiver. 30 minutes down the road the tire went flat and came here to exchange for a new car since I was scared another one might go down. The lady seemed irritated when helping us. A week later I get an email saying that they found damage to the car but the lady told us we were good when we exchanged cars. I had to call customer service to fix a problem that shouldnt even happened in the first place. Im never renting a car again thanks to this horrible experience.

5star covid-19 compliant, every employee is on the same page, the cleaning standards are all above cdc guidelines. This is my go to place, when i want to go any place! Becoming a member has lots of perks, renting with the app is way easy, fast and accurate. Renting from enterprise is way better than borrowing a car!

Very friendly and extremely helpful employees. They found me a better deal that I had originally asked for and I got a better vehicle at a better rate. The only problem with this location is that they are closed Saturday and Sunday. Pretty ridiculous to be closed weekends when people are most active.

Everything was fine the first week. Kinda spendy but it’s to be expected. I originally paid for 3 days plus the 200 refundable deposit which came to a couple dollars less than $500. I was to return the car at 2pm and was told if I wanted to keep it longer to just call by 2. I called the morning of to pay for an additional 2 days. The gentleman that helped me was very nice. He told me the amount he would be charging my card on file and I told him I needed to sign onto my banking app real quick first to make sure I didn’t need to transfer any money from savings and unlock my debit card. I asked if he could wait exactly 5 minutes after hanging up before submitting the payment. He said to do all of that and then call back and he would charge it while on the phone with me. I did exactly that, the payment went through and everything was fine. My return date then changed to Sunday at 6pm. Sunday morning came and I needed to use the car one more day so I called the office, left a couple messages, emailed the office manager, found her on Facebook using her business card (is that weird?) and messaged her. She called me Monday morning as soon as they opened and was quite rude. I told her I wanted to pay for one more day and would return the car that day at 6pm. She then told me someone else had reserved to pick the vehicle up that day but fine and hung up then immediately called me back. She said the payment was denied and I need to return the car immediately or give her another card she could charge. I told her I had plenty on money to pay for it I just needed to unlock my debit card. She had tried charging my card so many time WITHOUT me on the phone that her system wouldn’t let her run my card for 24hrs. Since I only have one debit card and no credit cards I asked if I could stop in and pay in cash, she said no. She suggested I had a family member or friend pay using one of their cards so that’s exactly what I tried to do. My brother called in to pay it for me but she wouldn’t do it over the phone. He needed to go into the office which wasn’t possible since he was in Ellensburg. I ended up buying a prepaid debit card, loading enough money on it to buy for the day when I returned the car at 6pm. When I pulled in they were closed! I locked the car up and put the keys in the drop box and didn’t hear a word back. A couple days later my 200 deposit was refunded minus the $98 for the one day. I’m very disappointed for the way the Centralia branch manager handled my situation. Charging my card so many times without my approval that her system wouldn’t charge it again for 24hrs then wouldn’t try working with me on making the payment. Very unprofessional! It’s not my fault she had booked a rental that was already being rented out. I understand I had only booked it for so many days but it wasn’t an issue to extend it a couple days before and they shouldn’t of told me from the beginning if I needed it longer just call and let them know. The only way I’d ever go back there is if my insurance was paying for it and I didn’t have any other options.Besides the awful costumer service the 2020 nissan maximum was awesome.

Manager bent over back wards to get a van/suv for us. She brought it down from sea-tac. We had to go to Shelton to sign papers.The only gripe was we were short on time. When we got in the van it had less than 1/4 tank. The van was picked up around 10am plenty of time to get gas.

So I rented a car through enterprise last night for my son thats in the navy sent my son down there this morning to pick up the car with the credit card that I actually have in my own name they would not rent him the car because the credit card was not in his name because they said it was corporate policy. But why would they not honor the price that Expedia has for my son a service member I will never do business with enterprise ever again and Im a business owner of over 30 years

Great service, Rented from them several times. One time a needed a car last minute the morning of by 12 pm. I called at 10 am and they were able to get me a car by 12 pm. Great service, nice cars, reasonable price. I would go again anytime.

My brother and I were rented a car. Shortly after renting it, police pulled us over for crossing a fog line and we were detained in the back of police cars for 3 hours while a warrant was authorized to search the entire vehicle.Crumbs of marijuana were found in between the seat cushions and by the seat belt due to a previous renter using drugs in the car and Enterprise not taking time to thoroughly clean the vehicle. The whole ordeal was quite awful.

Horrible. I made my reservation weeks ago, was told I would have what I needed on day of pick up. I got a call this morning saying they could not find the right van I needed(on the day of pick up), get a run around all day when I trying to be very understanding. But come to find out at the end of the day, they do not rent cargo vans and I would have to go up to Fife to pick up a cargo van and they would not be able to transfer the vehicle down to the Olympia location. Why wasnt this figured out ahead of time? If it was I would be a lot more understanding and probably would have been able to pick the van up in fife. Now I have to cancel my plans.

We were on a business trip when the van we had rented in Portland failed to start after getting gas. After a jump start we were able to get to this Enterprise and they got us back on our way in a new van and we were still ontime for our meeting.

Terrible customer service. One day I was told the Elantra was smaller than what insurance was paying for. They never had any cars larger than an Accent available. Then I was told they would hold an Altima for me. When I showed up on the agreed upon time to get the larger car, I was given a dirty Elantra. I said it was too small, and they said it was what insurance would pay for.

EDIT: There is an update at the bottom of this review.---This review is going to be overwhelmingly negative. But its not your typical sour grapes story where the person went in with unreasonable expectations. We have rented from Enterprise in Texas, Arizona, Oregon and even Washington, with fantastic results. All of the service has been fantastic, which earned them a family of loyal customers for life.That said, I will never take my business to this Enterprise again, atleast not until Ive heard theyve righted the ship. Our family rented an intermediate car, described on the Enterprise website as Toyota Corolla, Nissan Sentra or similar. Sounds good, a four door car for a weekend getaway. We slid into the parking lot (which was scant with choices) and couldnt determine which one would be the intermediate all were either full size cars, or compact cars.My immediate thought was that they would give us an upgrade, it happened from time to time, and was a pleasant surprise. What we got instead was a tiny car. I wont be specific because we still have to return the car and dont need to be punished for this review. Now these cars are popular in Europe, they are reliable, they have nice gas mileage, but there is one problem; its small enough to pick up and twirl over your head.We protested that is not an intermediate car and in quite an arrogant fashion, we were told that yes, indeed, it was. What else were we going to do? It was about an hour from closing, we couldnt go to Olympia, or anywhere else for that matter. So we took it. But I was a little miffed at the general attitude of the agent there. So I called Olympia, and I called Seattle, and I asked what they classed this tiny car as.Compact. Well duh. So we went back, not ten minutes after we had left. And what did we find? The Enterprise had closed 40 minutes before the 5:00pm closing time posted on the door. Not only that, but we noticed now that the check oil light was on. Im familiar with cars, and yes, they can be driven with that light on, but it makes me a little uneasy to be paying money for a car that has a warning light on it.So we couldnt return it, we had to deal with it. I filed a complaint with customer service, and were swapping it out at our destination. We will, I expect, be getting our money back for the intermediate price, from someone higher than the customer service rep at the Centralia branch, after we speak to the regional manager.For those of you thinking of renting a car in the Centralia area, go to the Olympia Enterprise, or rent another company entirely. This place has a poor fleet of cars (About six, I think) and god awful customer service. We like Enterprise, but not the local one.---Edit: As expected, Enterprise management at the regional level came through. This is why I love this company, yes, everything I said in the review for this branch of Enterprise is true. But we received a phone call from a manager above this branch and all was set right. This is a great company and with any luck, this incident (and others, from people Ive talked to about this branch) can serve to improve this branch to be of the quality weve come to expect from other Enterprise Car Rental branches.
