Casey came and did testing to see why our AC unit was not working. He accessed we needed a new unit (We were expecting that answer). He immediately set us up for John to come out and give us an estimate. I appreciated his quickness to get the job moving forward.

We do the twice a year contract, we never use to do this but it’s the best thing we ever did. We were able to change a condenser on unit before it went completely out, which if air went out could be a couple weeks to get repaired. So great preventive maintenance, I would recommend people to do this. They have great people from office to techs

I had Advanced Air come out for a second opinion. They are very professional and took time to ask and answer a lot of questions. He spent quite a bit of time analyzing and testing the furnace. Ruled the issue down to two possibilities. My issue is sporadic and was not in it’s failed state at the time so he was unable to pinpoint. In all they confirmed the first opinion was mostly accurate. I am very pleased and would recommend Advanced Air for your needs.

We have used Advance Heating multiple times. They are Honest and dependable. They text you when they are on their way. They could have told us we need a new A/C unit (which we do) but they just recharged it and on their most recent visit discovered it was the blower in the furnace. They ordered the part and fixed it within 2 business days. They again could have told us we needed to replace the A/C unit but they got it up and running for much less. When it is time to replace our unit, they will be the people we trust to do it because we know they are fair and honest.

We use Advanced Air to take care of all our HVAC needs in our out buildings. They respond promptly and resolve our problems every time. They installed a Building Automation System which allows us to adjust temperatures view and troubleshoot problems in our facilities Across 2 counties from any computer on our intranet. This enables us to respond in real time to temperature change requests as well as immediate diagnosis of equipment problems.

Mr Dave Williams responded in a quick and timely fashion to our report the HVAC was not cooling. He trouble shot the unit and found a failed capacitor. He had a replacement part in his vehicle, removed the failed one, and replaced it with a new. All in less than an hour.Very professional performance.

Above and beyond. Called Advanced Air as the original seller/ installer of my HVAC no longer returns calls for required service. I found Advanced Air to be courteous, extremely responsive, professional and communicative regarding appointments. Kotey, the repairman couldnt have been more personable and informative. This company has looked after our comfort for years. Just last week on one of the hottest days we had no cooling. Advanced Air & Metal had a technician fix the problem THAT AFTERNOON! We were impressed and deeply grateful.

Raymond of Advanced Air came out and totally hooked us up. He knew right what to do with the gas adjustments and tuned our pilot light perfectly. He also cleaned a gas burner which failed to light, after which it lit up just right again. Raymond was a pleasure to work with and I was very happy he was an hour early, to boot! I recommend a geothermal system from this company to anyone who can afford the initial cost. The system definitely pays for itself and these guys have done an incredible job installing and maintaining it. Raymond came out to do some preventative maintenance and is extremely professional. He was very patient and even enthusiastic about answering all my questions.

The technicians kept me updated during the evaluation and eventual repairs. It was an expensive fix but I was in charge of what I could spend. I appreciate that.

I called Advanced Air & Metal, Inc. shortly after another company had come out to service my air conditioner. Prior company stated it was now working, however it was not. Advanced Air & Metal technician discovered it had been wired backwards which could have taken down my whole system. He had it up and running properly in no time, answered all of my questions and concerns fully. Quick response time, efficient, professional staff from phone call to completion. I recommend them highly!

Albert came out to our home to try and help with a sqweeling sound coming from the Air Condition unit outside. A quick diagnostic and a new motor was determined to be necessary. Ordered, picked up, installed, all in a matter of a few hours. Excellent service from a very nice Guy ! Advanced is the only company well deal with, and certainly highly recommend.

The Service Tech (Casey)was knowledgeable and knew what was wrong with our heat pump in about 1 minute. Replaced the part and was on his way in about 20-25 minute.

Dennis was excellent. He worked with me to firm up a time for the service call, saving me at least 2 hours. Dennis found a short in the wiring between the air handler and the heat pump and found a way to quickly bypass it on the initial service call. He even programmed the thermostat for my tenant. Dennis is a true professional in every regard; a 5 star technician. This is a problem that could have dragged on with someone else, I suspect.

Dennis at Advanced Air & Metal did a great job fixing my broken gas furnace. Service from first contact was courteous and response was fast. The price seemed fair. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them without reservation.
