Dr. Jackson has been seeing my kids ever since he was at Dayton Children’s. When he left there, we followed him and continue to see him. He is extraordinary. My kids absolutely love him and even my adult daughter continues to see him. I always recommend him to everyone that needs a pediatric dentist!

This is the best place to bring your children!! They took really great care of my sons teeth and just made us feel very comfortable. The waiting room is perfect for kids!! I would recommend this place to everyone with children!

Everyone was great from the front desk to the Doctor. We had got there earlier than our scheduled time and the assistant and doctor saw us before they went to lunch. They did not have to do that they could have left us in the waiting room but they didnt that was so nice and thoughtful. It was my 20 month old daughters first-time and they were so amazing with her. Im truly happy I choose CPD my daughter wasnt just a number in there system to them she was a person. Thank you so much

I wish I could be more articulate in explaining the greatness, professionalism, caring attitudes, and thoroughness of the staff at Centerville Pediatrics but basically: WE LOVE THEM. My 4 year old has been going since she was 2 and my 1 year old just had her first visit. Despite the usual screams of our youngest, we felt entirely at ease through both appointments. Our hygienist was so so so sweet and nice to the girls, making them laugh and comfortable to the best of her ability. The doctors are great with the kids and parents, explaining any issues with a warm demeanor and not the coldness Ive experienced before. My wife and I could not recommend this office more.

The staff was so kind the whole appointment- from calling to set up the appointment to the dental assistant to the kind woman checking us out- it genuinely seemed like the staff enjoyed their jobs! They encouraged us to ask questions and seemed they really cared about our childrens care. Weve seen a handful of dentist but this has been our favorite experience!

Would highly recommend this practice! I couldnt be more pleased. You work so diligently as a team to make this a fantastic experience. From video games in the waiting room to really engaging the child, the details help put everyone at ease.

Had a wonderful 1st time experience here with my 4yr old son. Painless procedure for him too. NO NEEDLES! The doctor was very kind and informative. Front desk ladies are amazing too!I would recommend this office to everyone with small children.

Dr. Jackson is by far the best when it comes to listening and explaining. Instead of just telling me this is how it is, he listened, explained and gave options. I have had some poor experiences elsewhere requiring upfront fees to even set up the appointment! I really appreciated the time he took with me to go over everything.

Over all great my daughter loved the dental assistant she made her feel really comfortable. However the dentist was a little more not on the level with my daughter. Great experience here! Recommended for sure!

I just took my 2 year old there for her first ever visit. They were amazing! I was nervous my daughter wouldnt do well, but they were patient and understanding. Id highly recommend. Dr. Jackson was great, Hannah was so kind, and the front office staff was wonderful! They even assisted with an emergency we had after our visit. Cant say enough.

We saw Dr. Kaitlin today for a visit after my 3 year old fell and pushed a front tooth back in her gums. From Jenny her assistant to Jan the lady that does the billing. Everyone was happy and pleasant, the attitude you would hope for in any office dealing with kids. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I WILL BE MOVING OVER MY OTHER CHILD.

So happy we found Dr. Jensen’s practice. All the staff are so accommodating and treat our children with such respect and gentleness. They love the games in the waiting room and movies while they are having their teeth cleaned.

The office was very kid-friendly ! My daughter played a video game until her name was called. Once back in the chair, she got to pick out a show to watch and was given headphones! I was impressed by the TV on the ceiling for when the kids lay down in the chair! The hygienist was very friendly and explained everything to me. Although I am in the healthcare field, she helped me understand what was going on with her teeth. The dentist was VERY friendly and warm. She made sure to talk to my daughter and helped her understand caring for her teeth. Great place!

Both of my kids are new to this practice! My kids enjoyed going to the dentist. They were all so professional and we couldnt ask for better service! It was my 4year old son first time here. The staff was very nice to us. The whole dentist office had very welcoming feel to it. They was understanding that my child was very shy. He love their games n toys. N the TV and the exam room. The wait was not that long at all. Happy I found Centerville Pediatric Dentistry online. I cant wait for his next appointment here.

Phenomenal dentists here - kids love them :) My 13 year old came out from being seen and told me how much he loved the dentist (Dr. Jackson) and the hygienist. Also, he saw my 2 year old and he was excellent with him. Very caring and spent a lot of time speaking with me. I was hoping they would see me as a patient. MY KIDS ARE LUCKY! I was very impressed. We also have seen Dr. Jennison and Dr. Betty both are excellent as well. I am very happy with this practice. We just started here since we just moved to the area and we are very glad we picked this location!

I honestly loved this office, the waiting area was amazing. The staff I spoke to while I was there were so kind and helpful. I am giving a 3 star review because DEB in billing was a nightmare when it came to getting our insurance figured out. My husband and I both explained how to contact our insurance company because he is union so it is a little different than most. She said she contacted them but they couldn’t get an estimate in time... my copay she said would be 900!! I don’t even have a copay. My husband then called his trust office who then informed him they were never contacted and a claim hadn’t been submitted. My daughter was suppose to have surgery 02/14/19 and instead of calling like he requested to move things along she mailed it so that we had to pay some crazy amount that doesn’t make sense. My husband had asked for a breakdown of the cost. DEB couldn’t even tell him where the last 150 was going towards. It was a nightmare. In my opinion DEB takes away from the potential the often has! We are taking our business somewhere else!

My first visit here with my child seem to have been OK staff was very busy looks like some of them had called off they were very under understaffed and behind in schedule I witnessed a lot of patients in the waiting room complaining about their wait time also the receptionist seem very frustrated and seem to be having a bad day I waited about half an hour to 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time once I was taken back but don’t touch on the six way that they were behind and they apologized overall experience was great and they were very friendly definitely will be coming back hopefully next time we’ll have more stuff on

Please be more clear with adults about the procedures children will be undergoing. Describing extraxtions as tooth wiggling to both adults and children alike may not satisfy the obligation to provide sufficient information to obtain informed consent.Each parent/guardian accompanying a child should be able to judge how best to present information so that the child/patient remains calm. In the future, please exercise greater discretion in how upcoming treatments are described.

I would like to thank our Dental Assistant Sarah. She was great with the girls. She walked them through the whole experience before doing anything. This relaxed both of my girls and made the very comfortable with their visit. Especially my oldest who is afraid of everything and a little drama queen. She worked with my daughter and controlled her anxiety. Both my daughters visit was professional and timely and they both were about to go back to school and finish the day. I really love this dentist practice. Including the front desk!

Absolutely love the office and all of their staff! My girls (age 8 and 2) both get excited to go to the dentist and always leave happy. The office is quick to schedule emergency appointments and accommodating to those with multiple children needing to be seen on the same day. Dr. Jennison is amazing!

The staff are nice and they handled my child issue with easy. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because of the wait time once in a chair. Its a bit long for a toddler. Great place nonetheless.

They do a great job putting both my 5-year-old and my 1-year-old at ease, as well as this anxious mom. I love that they give text appointment reminders. Every staff person Ive interacted with is friendly and professional.

Ive been taking my older son here for a year or so, and now that my 1 year old has teeth, I asked when he should be seen. They quickly added him to the system & the hygienist fit him in & more my two sons are on the same schedule!! SO accommodating!

Had a terrible experience with my 7 year old at former dentist office. We were referred here and I will not take her anywhere else! They provide a safe and comforting environment for children and go above and beyond to alleviate any fears! Love them!

Wonderful experience!! We went there for my 4 year old sons very first dental appointment and I was worried because he tends to be uncomfortable trying new things. They made it fun and were very accommodating to him and his nervousness. He had fun and it was a huge weight off my shoulders. Thank you!

The dentists here and the care they give is great and they were great with my kids. However the office staff leaves much to be to be desired. I just received a letter dated Oct 12 stating as of Oct 12 my kids will no longer to be seen at this office. No warning, just a generic letter, not even saying we had a balance. So I called the office and was told we were being discharged for a $20 balance. $20 dollars, a $10 copay for each kids cleaning. Way to be committed to kids health. I knew I owed $20 dollars and was going to pay it on our next appointment, however did not know they would go to this extreme over $20, since Ive paid them thousands dollars over the past 2yrs.

Dr Jackson and his staff was amazing with my son. I was told that my son would need his front tooth pulled from a previous dentist so I wanted a second opinion and dr Jackson eased my mind. He now does not have to get his tooth pulled and he took the time to explain things to me . I drove an hour to come see this doctor and I will continue to drive the hour to come bring my son here it is well worth the drive . I highly recommend him

Phenomenal first experience! Everyone in the office is very kind and helpful. You can tell that they all care about the children and took extra time whenever my son started getting even the slightest bit anxious. My son had some trouble with getting x-rays and so they found an alternative resolution which was much easier for him and less strenuous. I would, and will, highly recommend this practice to anyone that needs a pediatric dentist. Very pleased with everything regarding my son and I’s first pediatric dentistry experience here!

Ive taken my children to Centerville Pediatric Dentistry for three and a half years, and every time we have an appointment my kids get so excited they talk about it for days beforehand. The staff is fantastic and they always accommodate my large family. I highly recommend this office.

My 5 yr old grandson needed a filling. They worked him in the day we first called. Dr. Kaitlin kept him focused on Ninja Turtles while she filled a total of 3 small cavities. It was a great experience for him. He was a little scared in the beginning but was all smiles at the end. Its a tough job, but it was well done.

We had a great experience at Centerville Pediatric Dentistry. Dr. Jackson and Latrice were both very knowledgeable and personable. The office is beautiful, and they have a great setup. My daughter didnt want to leave! I worked in the pediatric dental field myself for 10 years, so I feel like I had relatively high expectations. Thanks for the wonderful visit, guys!

The staff and Dr Jackson were so nice! They made my daughter feel comfortable with every step in the process by showing her the tools and explaining what they do.The waiting room had plenty of stuff for the kids to do. The exam rooms all had TVs with Netflix so the kids have something to watch while their dental work is being done.Also, when I called for the appointment they could have gotten me in the same day but I chose the next day.

Plenty of ways to stay entertained while waiting. The staff and Dr were amazing with the children. Would totally recommend taking your children here

I originally had issues with scheduling and while I know that some of it was out of their hands I felt like it could had been handled differently BUT they did make it right and got my child in and it made a huge difference. Dr Jackson and his team do know what they are doing. I never had any issues with the office before and my kids like going there because of the TVs and waiting area.

Dental Assistant was great with my 3 year old! She sat in the big girl chair all by herself this time! My kids love going to the dentist!

So patient, respectful, and willing to do everything it takes to make kids comfortable. My 22 month old had an entire exam, including hygiene, floss and fluoride and didnt complain one bit! So happy we switched pediatric dentists and found Centerville Pediatric Dentistry!

My daughters first appointment AUG 2019 was met with an increased wait time in the lobby and once taken back to a room. She only had a cleaning done and it should not have taken almost 2 hrs. The dental hygienist was very nice and friendly and got her portion done quick. I believe the practice was overbooked in the time frame (between 4 and 5). The front desk staff seemed ok but unaware of how insurance works. I explained my BBCs coverage for basic dental care as primary and then my secondary dental insurance should pick up the rest. Needless to say I get a phone call later where the office reported they did not have one of my cards on file (which was given). A few weeks after that I received a bill, in which I should not have (been doing this too long, finding in network providers etc). Attempted to speak to Debbie who is the said insurance biller and never got a chance to talk with her (this is after speaking to 2 different front desk staff who did not seem to know how to answer my questions). Needless to say if I have all this trouble over a cleaning I dare not return for xrays, etc.

New Patient found the staff, dental hygienist, and Dr were all pleasant and professional! Made my 7 year old daughter feel very comfortable with the dental care provided. Thanks!

My daughter is 3 and still getting used to going to the dentist. This usually results in a lot of crying. Each time weve been in the staff has been very calm and understanding. They were eager to make it as easy as possible on me and my little. The dentists are always so friendly and great with my daughter, even if she is scared or crying. Their front desk staff is always friendly and they text me notifications for her appointments so I dont forget.

Its my daughter Gabbiees first time Dental check up here at Centerville Pediatric Dentistry and it was a great feeling, quite amazed how she loves her first dentist experience. My son is 9 months and had his first cleaning today. He has also been seen in this office for his lip and tongue tie correction. Each time we have been there everyone on staff has been absolutely amazing. The girls who schedule and check in have always been so friendly and inviting. The hygienists and doctors are extra gentle and careful with my little one. They are always thorough in their explanations and advice. Dr. Mason even rocked my 3 month old to sleep after his frenectomy!! Their waiting room and exam/cleaning rooms are sure to keep your little ones busy and calm with the video games, toys and Tvs. Everything is so clean and nicely kept. They even emailed me when it was time to set up my little guys first visit and allowed me to schedule online. I highly recommend this dentist office to anyone who is looking!

The staff was very helpful and so nice to my daughter Kinley and I. I brought her in for her first cavity and I liked how all the options were explained clearly to me by Dr. Jackson and the front desk girls, they made sure I clearly understood before I left. I also like how they show movies while your child is being taken care of and also how it is even visable on the ceiling when they lay back. When you are placed in a room they dont just put you there and leave you, the dental assistant actually hangs out with you while you wait. Im so glad my daughter who is 3 had a good experience and hopefully wont be frightened with her future visits. Thanks again, keep up the good work!

My son was seen in their office 3 years ago and i loved Dr jackson she was amazing. I called at the beginning of the year an was told he was not a patient an had never be seen. when they were told he was in fact a pt they then told me he would be considered a new pt and couldnt be seen because of the insurance he had. when asked to speak to the office manager the lady told me im the lead coordinator hes gonna tell you the same thing i did. She transferred me to his vmail and i never received a call back.. Fast forward i called today and tried to make an appt he now has a primary insurance which they do accept but told me because he still has a secondary he cant be seen. its very frustrating because hes been there before an every time i call an make an appt they make an excuse of why he cant be seen. They are contracted with medicaid and shes on the medicaid provider list so she does in fact take it!!!!!!!! an its even more frustrating because his primary is not medicaid! her receptionist is very snarky and its unfortnate because shes a great doctor! i will not be referring her to anyone

Great environment for children. The office is clean, and has plenty to keep occupied. While they are waiting and during their appointment. The dentist and assistants are patient and understanding. They offer a prize afterwards and kids that do not have cavities get entered into a weekly drawing. Highly recommend!

My kids love coming to the dentist, and all the employees are very sweet and patient with the children. Office is very clean and very nice. I will not take my children to a different dentist.

It was a great experience, even though Kens was nervous. Dr. Katelin was awesome by being patient with her and to let kens get her nails polished that was sweet of her to make Kens feel special and comfortable.💅👸💞

We love Dr Betty! She was so kind and gentle with my little girl who was not excited for a simple cleaning and the fluoride paste. Dr Betty sang the ABCs in a soft gentle voice that helped calm my daughter! I was truly touched by that. She was also encouraging about the condition of her teeth and did not lecture me about what she was drinking and eating. I hope we see her everytime! We also loved Hannah! She was kind and kept a smile even though my daughter was not the best patient.

The staff was so friendly and accommodating. They saw all 4 of my kids at just about the same time, so we were in and out pretty quick.

I took my twins here for their first ever dentist appointment and I will never go anywhere else! The staff was very friendly and patient with my kids (seeing as to how they were skeptical.. considering it was the first time). The place was super clean and they have cute little “prizes” for kids after they see the dentist. They also have a “no cavity club” that your kid gets to put their name in a jar and participate in the drawing for a chick fil a gift card. It was a great place for kids. I would recommend them to every parent.

The dentist Adrian saw was great as always, however the hygienist who cleaned his teeth had very little patience. I dont think she likes children at all. Adrian loved getting his teeth cleaned last time, as he has sensory integration disorder he loves to lick stuff or put stuff in his mouth. As she was cleaning his teeth he was licking the good flavored toothpaste, she held his tounge down which put him into panic mode, he began screaming and crying as a result he doesnt want to go back to dentist. He came home very upset. I only hope he gets the lady he had last time who understood his challenges on our next visit!

This dentist office is one of a kind! My daughter felt like a true VIP with all the child-friendly accommodations (and getting her nails polished was the most special touch!) Her visit was cavity free - which entered her into the drawing for a SonicCare toothbrush. Dr. Jim Mason and the Centerville Pediatric Dentistry staff were really fun and nice, and they made every effort to make my children feel comfortable for their dental cleanings.

Clinical staff and Dr. were excellent. Receptionists appeared slightly inexperienced. My only complaint is the continuous confirmation calls, texts and emails nearly every day.
