I was really upset to know after my wife did work arrangements to be able to take my daughter to her 1st appointment after being referred by Another doctor to find out upon arrival that there is no appointment, knowing that they sent me all the documents to complete as soon as we scheduled the appointment their excuse was the computer probably did not save it all we can say is sorry we cant take care of your daughter today but we can schedule it for tomorrow. That being said now I feel so glad not to have them touch my daughters mouth especially after reading the reviews about them. Unprofessional!!!

Hi!I had an emergency appointment and the road close to the office was close. They have 10 min period and I when there 11min late. I called to explain the situation to Marie (receptionist) and she does not help at all also talking with bad actitud after I explain her it is emergency app. The only solution for her was reschedule but the lady next to her help me consulting the doctor to see if they can see me. Thanks to the another lady for help. Anyways I have to wait to see if they have space to see me.

To include NEW DAY DENTAL.Find ANY other source for your dental needs ... even if its a walk-in clinic where you might be in unfamiliar territory. Dental health is such a very important part of overall health. This is NOT the organization to place that trust. Youll walk out on the losing end, either the work they did in your mouth or the money in your pocket.

I arguably suffered from the worst dental anxiety ever, anyone who knows me for a brief period would attest, Dr. Lauren has removed several of my teeth recently over the course of a couple months, give or take, and she is absolutely thee most professional, thourough, and pleasant dentist Ive let in there. These people care whether youre comfy or not, no if, ands, or buts about it. They advise, not push, but more important than anything, they listen.The front desk ladies are always nice to me, none of that fake attitude, just real deal women takin names and getting through the day, but always nice from every experience Ive ever had here, and extremely helpful.The assistants are top shelf, very good conversationalist from the ones Ive had, very personable and receptive to interaction, as well as making sure I was comfy and doing good.All in all, this dentist office is worth it for sure, they know it sucks going, but theyre badasses at what they do, and how they treat you as a person, not a patient.Well done Lauren.

This place is the WORST!! Good Luck getting an appointment scheduled. They are always canceling appts and rescheduling month’s later. Also, I took my son to his appointment and was sent away because I didn’t confirm through text which is bs because I’ve never had to before. Rude receptionists and they try to charge you for PPE. F this place!

They did a great job with my tooth extraction. Very kind and proffesional and clean.

The staff is rude and unprofessional. They told me several times they did not have a dentist who could complete me work and on repeated occasions told me they would contact me. When I called to speak to the office manager I was greeted with a “Let me see if she’s busy” BRANDY the office manager very rude and unprofessional and didn’t want to listen to my complaints about her office staff. She told me I was supposed to call in for an appointment which I have done several times to be told they didn’t have a dentist to do the work I needed.

Terrible Dental office. I had a root canal done by a dentist who is not authorized to complete one. I currently have 2 out of 3 canals filled. And the office manager said because I didnt come right back theres nothing she or her boss would do. They will sink this business name and just change the name they have a revolving door with DDS and front counter staff the place is nasty with left over tooth paste on the bibs I had to mention it to them before they put it on me PLEASE DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY.

This place is great! The staff was amazing and helped me through my terrible anxiety. They were very informative about my care and solved the problem in minutes. Best dentist Ive ever been to I will definitely be recommending them.

Horrible place. I got my fillings there and not able to chew or eat with that tooth for long time until I went to another dental practice. I went for follow up for that incomplete filling and when doctor started to inject, my hands unconsciously moves and I only asked with my hand gestures what this shot for? That doctor said “she grab my hand and I am not going to do that filling”. And he left. I mean I have a right to ask what they are doing? I am usually scared to injection and only wanted to ask if is this going to be painful only.I gave 1 star because staff is really friendly and nice.all nurses are really good.

Don’t waste your time they rescheduled your appointments and miss up your teeth and they don’t care

Pathetic. Unprofessional. I am speechless. They are worse than a mom and pop grocery shop in the middle of no-where.I confirmed everything with them for my child’s appointment. Waited 10 days to get in. Then 2 hours in the lobby during pandemic. Finally we walk in for my kids appointment and pay the copays. They take us in and the assistant checks the kids teeth 10 seconds and says they don’t have tools to do anything. Not even a dentist shows up or speaks to us as a courtesy and tells us what the assistant just told us. Just stay away. If I could I would ban this unprofessional business.

They take healthy teeth. The dont answer the phone. They done answer back to voicemails. They put you on hold for way too long. Clerk is not that busy.

This place is horrible! Dont go here. They cancel appointments even if you schedule months in advance. And i was told two different things by two of their dentist regarding my teeth and was not happy with the work. They dont know four handed dentistry and patient courtesy!

Please run!!!! I would give this place no star if that were an option. Worst dental experience in my life. I had a root canal and 3 fillings per their recommendations In November and have been in extreme pain ever since. I’ve explained to them that Im having to take Tylenol and ibuprofen daily just to get through the day. Their response give it a few more weeks and see if the pain goes away. The staff are horrible, very rude and unprofessional.

Since NewDay Dental has taken over, the staff is absolutely amazing. I have a very big fear of the dentists office, to the point I shake, and the new staff is so lovely, understanding and calming. They actually care for the patients, and dont act like its just another pay check.

I had scheduled an appointment with them for today for my my husband. He was in incredible pain and has been for a week or so now. My husband went in and got an X-ray and without further communication one of the nurses or dr( I can’t say for sure) attempted to pull the tooth without warning, or any pain management. My husband wanted to speak about options prior to doing anything bc he didn’t want to have the tooth removed, so of course he became irate , not only was he in pain but the lack of care and communication would drive anyone to their tipping point. To make it worst I called as soon as I heard from my husband to attempt to get the managers name and more information about their licensing and was greeted at first fine and as I mention about wanting to ask for the manager I hear someone in the background saying” are you kidding me” I ignored the unnecessary comment and continued asking questions until the person on the phone gave me attitude. And then hung up on me when I gave her the same attitude in return(a curse word did slip out but I feel it’s understandable when I’m upset and people are already making snarky comments and listening in.) I call back and leave my info to attempt to speak to Brandy Howell,(manager). I was told that she will get back with me tomorrow I will update this review tomorrow.

Worst dental experience I ever had!!!!! They were so rude and disrespectful! They acted like I was lying about my pain . Did not want to do my ex rays and then she realized I had a defective filling and proceeded to shove the drill right in it!!! I litterally screamed like an animal!!!! Horrible horrible horrible!!!

Absolutely terrible. All the staff I was in contact with were unprofessional. Some of the staff were complaining about other patients, and their lack of insurance in front of me.There were also times I had to ask my hygienist simple things that they should have already been doing.They don’t provide any communication before blaming you. Big waste of time and money.

I had an appointment scheduled for TODAY and was notified YESTERDAY that it had to be canceled because my insurance is no longer accepted there. Mind you that this appointment was scheduled several months ago and Im just finding out NOW? Apparently, the practice was bought out by someone else and there were some changes, I understand that but not to notify your patients is completely unacceptable. As someone who also works in the medical field, this time of year is busy for everyone and appointments are hard to come by and Im left to find another dentist this late is frustrating. No apologies whatsoever just scripted rabble rabble!!

I was a new patient about six months ago. The staff was ok, but I felt I did not receive a thorough cleaning. The Dr came in, did not introduce himself nor did he ever speak to me and spent about 2 minutes with me. I am giving them one more chance today and if I’m not impressed, I will NOT be back.

Horrible dentist. All they want is your money. My daughter had dental work then a few weeks later ended up with abscesses on the teeth worked on. When asking the dentist at her next appointment what could of caused the abscess she said “poor dental work caused it who done it?” I told her them and she got quiet. Last year I had a crown put in and the stud holding it broke. Got it fixed and year later the tooth is abscessed and loose once again. Went to my appointment and they said wasn’t nothing wrong with it. But here I am holding my tooth in my hand that I said was loose. This place is a joke and should be closed for fraud

CareSource needs to Cut ties with this facility due to the fact! The employees there, that lies... They told me they can only submit the referral forms once, When in fact they can submit them as, many times ..As, they feel needed in order to get approved for the work that is needed to be done.. You call them they dont return your phone calls... I been calling for a week wanting the owners phone number & I have not received it yet! I call for Michelle everyday have not spoke to her yet.. Just so, I can ask her Why? did she Lie! She either just left.. or is in the back... Never to return my phone call.... Very unprofessional....

This place is AWFUL. Ive been going here for dental care since they were originally Sears Dental. They broke off from Sears and moved to this current location which is when the problems began.First off, terrible revolving staff. Ive made countless appointments over the years that theyve randomly cancelled with 0 notice. I only find out once Ive arrived. Its always some excuse, you didnt confirm (lies, the confirmation text are not always sent), our water/suction/some other random thing is down and we have no idea when it will be fixed but youre welcome to wait! (pass, I cant wait more than 2 hours past my appointment time to maybe be seen), our tech/dentist/surgeon had an emergency and couldnt make it in today, sorry! (no thought to call before I showed up).Moving on, I had a filling they did that was sensitive after a year or so still. They claimed it needed redone, I agreed. The new filling was horrrrrible! It was so bad they tooth became infected and needed a root canal. They made me schedule it out 4 weeks! On the day of the procedure they tell me the oral surgeon couldnt make it in and to reschedule. I left there and went to a emergency dental facility to have it done. Once the root canal had healed a bit I tried to make an appointment for a crown. I was told my insurance doesnt cover crowns but they could offer them to me at a discounted rate of $350 (this was late 2019). I scheduled it for March because I was 7 months pregnant at the time and they wouldnt do it until after I had given birth. I go int today to finally end this nightmare only to be told they were bought out by a new company and everything has changed so a crown will be $1800 today. Im floored. At least have the decency to inform your patients so they can cancel these pointless appointments and save time. I dragged my newborn out in the cold to try and finally fix this dumb tooth situation theyve caused over the past year only to have this happen. Unreal, that was the final straw.

I had a flawless experience getting my fillings today. I had Dr. Huang, Chelsea, and (please forgive me, I can’t remember how to spell it) Jenti, and they were all so fun and took great care of me. I even won the “Most Fun Patient of the Day” award. I was extremely nervous but they made me laugh and smile and feel so much more comfortable.

So I showed up to my appointment to find out they no longer carry my insurance. They said they quit taking it for about 6 months. I just found this out AFTER I drove all the way there. They couldnt have called to t me know? They had 6 fricken months to let me know. But no, I had to waste my time and gas...very poor organization skills for sure. Never again will I go back, even if they take my insurance again.

This place is awful if I could give a negative star rating I would!I wouldnt recommend going to this dental office.I live 25 minutes away drive all they way there and had several appointments canceled.Ive needed a root canal for months had a appointment for three months and drive all the way there for nothing they canceled on me yet again! And said they called me but conveniently didnt leave any messages, I told them today I wasnt wasting anymore time and was going to find a new dentist office.I hated this dental office they workers are rude and they act like they couldnt care less about your dental needs.Its all about getting money with these people.Take your chances if you want to bit its at your own risk!I would also call to verify any and all appointments.

Did not disclose charges to me before proceeding to a root canal and now are FORCING me to pay. Office is commiting borderline FRAUD. Temporary filling that they out in fell out after 4 days. Absolutely pathetic

Horrible experience. This clinic is very unhygienic. The dentists and the workers there are very rude and unprofessional. They didn’t care about the client satisfaction. The lady spilt the cleaning supplies they use to clean the equipment on my clothes. She didn’t seem to care even tho she clearly saw it. When I notified her, she claimed she didn’t see it and she didn’t apologize. She had an attitude with me. They don’t follow safety rules. They had most of the equipment on the floor and unsanitized. Especially with COVID going around they should be having extra safety precautions but they have such a unclean office that’s not even taking normal cleaning procedures before COVID precautions.

Dayton Dental pressures patients to have them drill into healthy teeth. Every appointment I was falsely told I had a different number of cavities - 1, 7, 3, 2. In one appointment, the dentist told me I had 7 cavities and tried to convince me to have her fill them right then and there. When I asked her to hold off, she became defensive and asked me if I didnt trust her. I switched to a different dentist for the last couple of years and luckily never let Dayton Dental drill my teeth because I do not have any cavities and never have. Dont trust Dayton Dental. They are out for a quick buck at the expense of their patients.

They cancelled my appointment 2 days before and told me my insurance was no longer accepted even though it has been for the last 15 years. So now I have a filling that THEY MESSED UP and is in constant pain and they refuse to fix it, look at it or acknowledge any responsibility for it. So much for customer loyalty for the past 15 years. If I could give them a negative star I would. Just AWFUL.

I needed a root canal done and they were making pay out of pocket I talked to my insurance and they paid for it after I got it done and paid out of pocket. Was told I should get my money back since my insurance covered it. I was 2 months pregnant. My daughter is now 1 years old. Still haven’t gotten my money ! DO NOT COME HERE !!!!!

I dont normally post negative reviews. But in this case it is warranted. I had several cavities filled recently. In one instance, the filling was put in incorrectly so I asked during my regular 6 month cleaning for it to be fixed. The dental tech shaved too much off and left a big hole where food was getting stuck so I had to have the filling taken out and replaced.Subsequent to that, I had two more fillings put in. I began to feel some sensitivity and discomfort so on my next visit I asked them to take a look. The xray revealed that filings they put in were cracked and would have to be replaced.Never in my life have I had so many problems with the quality of work at a dentist. The people are very nice. Ive never had a problem with wait times or billing. But Im afraid I simply cannot recommend this office because of their inability to correctly handle a simple filling. There are many dentists in this area and I encourage you to seek another office.

I have been taking my grandsons to Dayton Dental and Orthodontist for approximately a year. They don’t mind going to the dentist since we started going there! Everyone in the office is so nice and friendly. I feel both of my grandsons always receive excellent dental care at Dayton Dental and Orthodontics!!

The people who work at this office care about their patients. They try very hard to put their patients needs ahead of everything else. The time spent here is very much worth it if you care about your smile. They do excellent quality work which is time consuming. This dental office has received quite a few bad reviews. Mostly regarding waits and appointment changes. Quality takes time and there are not many dental offices around this area who accept so many types of insurance. So they have large amounts of patients. That does not stop them from giving each patient 100 percent. I have worked in the medical field most of my life and let me tell you when you treat patients you dont watch clocks if you care. So, yes sometimes you may wait at this office but if you want great quality care with people who care about your smile, I highly recommend you go to this office.

Long story short, I had perfect teeth that were beautiful and unexpectedly had trauma which left me with my two front teeth needing crowns. I was very scared to have my teeth crowned so for two years I had another dentist just composite my teeth,they kept breaking off and I lived with sensitivity ( I was miserable) Dr. T promised me he could match my teeth and get me out of pain. He did not disappoint! I have my beautiful smile back and cant drop looking in the mirror. Dr. T and the staff are great.

My sister who is special needs has been treated very well. My own experiences with this office have gone very well also. I find the staff friendly and efficient.

The dentists and hygienist are wonderful. However, the staff at the front desk are awful. I sat in the waiting room while one of my children got a cleaning and had to listen to the women talk poorly of EVERY person that called to make an appointment or ask a question after they got off the phone. They never turn their phones on at 8am when they open.For employees that are in the customer service field, they really need to rethink their career choice. They do not belong in it.I am switching dental insurance in 2020 specifically so I don’t have to take my children there!

The staff is BEYOND rude. Dont let the voices over the phone fool you. They act as though they were miserable and didnt want to be there. Half of them didnt have masks on at all walking the floor while patients were present during this COVID crisis. Just dont make an appointment here.

Awesome experience. Unfortunately, we have been to more than the desired amount of dental offices. Hands down, from the moment I scheduled this appt, it felt like like a breath of fresh air (compared to what we had previously experienced). This place is ok for regular cleanings, but we wont be back after two scheduling screwups by the uncaring and rude front desk staff. The waiting room is dirty also. There are much better dentist offices out there, ones with staff that actually cares.

I enjoyed my cleaning because she took care of everything and explained everything. I think the office is very efficient and respects the people.

Although there are a lot of negative reviews about this company i found that if you look past the unprofessional banter of the student dental assistants. You find that the dentists themselves and the office staff are true professionals. I have had maybe 5 visits at this office and my overall experience was excellent. I got a sense that both dentists really cared about creating a fast painless experience. The office staff are great! Ive even had dental assistants who comforted me through the process.9/10 recommended!

Very Unprofessional!I schedueled my appointment with this facility 2 months ahead of when I was told I could be seen ( Dec. schedule, could not be seen until Feb. 14th.); letting them know what type of insurance I had, and them insisting that they take my insurance. I called 2 days in advance to let them know I needed to reschedule my appointment for a later time or day, and as I am relaying this to the receptionist, she stated that when looking me and my appointment up, she did not see an appointment for me and also wanted to know, if I wanted to set an appointment, since she didnt see me in the system for one I already set; I had the appointment card I was given for my first set appointment, but I went ahead and agreed to setting up another appointment for the following week at a later time. The day comes for my newly set appointment, and I had a feeling that I should call to make sure I was being seen that day, because I live all the way on the other side of town; I got no answer after calling multiple times, so I just went ahead and drove there. I arrived 6 mins. In advance, I am standing behind someone, waiting to be checked in, the receptionist dealing with the patient in front of me is getting this patients insurance copied and things like that. At this time It is passed my appointment time, there are two other receptionist on the side, on there computers, one glaced at me then looks back down, not asking me if I needed to check in or anything. Not even asking me if she could help me , but 10 to 12mins later a gentalmen walks in ( white older male) and she says to him, may I help you? He says, yes I have an appointment. She says, Whats the name... You can have a set they will be right with you. At this point I am very irratated and disgusted that this woman would allow me to be waiting over 12mins. To be checked in knowing that she could have been helped me. So, I step over to her and ask, you could have helped me? She looks at me, with a nonchalant look and says, whats the name? I tell her my name, give her my insurance card and she says, we no longer are taking your insurance. I say, Im sorry, I was rescheduled and under the impression that you did, seeing as you guys asked what insurance I had twice, for my first appointment , that ( they didnt have in their system )and rescheduled appointment. She says well we arent taking this type of insurance anymore. So, I take my card, and leave. And I PROMISE, I will never return to this place and would NEVER recommend it to anyone!!! Very unorganized, very bad customer service, period.Thanks

⚠️WARNING! DO NOT GO HERE! I took my friend to get a couple of teeth filled. This was for a second visit after a horrible cleaning. The women at front desk claimed she had never been there before(but they magically had her insurance info). The receptionists were EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful to her. I was disgusted by their behavior. My friend finally gets back there...The dentist did not thoroughly numb her and she felt EVERYTHING they did ! She told them and her pain was completely disregarded. So she gets home after this horrible experience and her fillings fall out along with part of her tooth. Now she has NEW drilled holes and open filling holes in her teeth ! I advised my friend that she should sue. They should not be in business.

Setup braces for my son 1 year in advance. Went in for his cleaning 2 months before, confirmed everything was all set. 2 days before his appointment they called and cancelled everything and told us they were voiding our previous contract. Wanted to do new contract, but couldnt start for another 4-6 weeks until we got another authorization from insurance. Unless we signed a paper that said we would pay them up to the full amount out of pocket. Would not even recommend them for emergency procedure!

I set up a new patient appointment and received two automated reminders. I showed up at 11 for my appointment and filled out some paperwork, turning it in at about 11:05. By 11:50 no one had spoken to me as a follow-up or inform me of any delay, and I left.They are unable to provide me with basic business courtesy while they were still competing for my business as a new patient, I have no reason to believe that their service would have gotten better after I had committed to their practice.

We have been going there for years. Just received a bill that has almost went to collections and has been building since 2015! Then I get pulled aside and told I have an outstanding bill for @$800. Cant believe the billing specialist told me, most companies dont do this for their customers. We have submitted this several times to the insurance. I am very displeased with Dayton Dental Orthodontics!

So 2.5 months I went here to get my teeth pulled and get setup for dentures.Today they tried to extort 143.00 from me to hold my appointment that was made 2 months ago. I have Ohio Medicaid so I don’t have to pay anything (not even a co-pay) that she tried to get today.They left me on hold more than once for more than 20 minutes , they clearly don’tHave a staff that knows what they are doing or any regards for patients. I did place a call to my medical provider and they are checking into the practices of this place.Do your self a favor, go somewhere honest,If I could give no stars I would have.

From what I remember the dental staff is nice enough but the billing department is horrible. They are rude and arent willing to work with you. This was the first call I got and they wanted me to pay it all at once and were not willing to work with me. They were threatening and very rude. Too bad it affects the dental review that Im giving them because the dentists are nice

If I could give zero stars, I would. We called to set up an appointment for my 4 year old daughter based on information from insurance company that they did have a pediatric dentist. When I called, they said they did have one and scheduled the child for an appointment. On the day of the appointment, got there and was immediately told they accept Caresource in a rather condescending tone, presumably because we fit the profile of people on Caresource. That was very disrespectful to say the least. This, after we had already given them insurance information both over the phone and online registration. The proverbial straw that broke the camels back was when the person attending to my child wrote Couldnt exam because she was uncooperative. This to a four year old childs first dental visit. Youd think theyd be gentle. I called the place to register my complaint and cancel future appointments, the girl that answered told me I misunderstood everything. She also told me they have not had a Pediatric Dentist in well over a year. During the call, she talked over me and told me I was being argumentative. She hanged up the phone and that was the extent of their customer service.

Dr. Sara and Corey I hope I spelled his name right are great! My son just got his braces September 9, 2017 and he was having an issue and they fixed the problem right away. Ive only seen the Orthodontics side of the practice and Im very pleased with them. All the staff are very good. But Corey stood out because my son was really nervous but Corey made him feel at ease. He done an excellent job putting my sons braces on. Dr. Sara has always been very nice and always is there to help and very knowledgeable. I would recommend this practice.

We used to visit this office last year the employees at the front disk were nice and kind but THIS YEAR the employees are very rough, and clearly, you can see the mistreatment. This office is not recommended. By the way, I cant give zero stars, we didnt even go forward to our appointment.

Had a friend come and sign in for her root canal. She was getting over being sick and sat down for her appointment at 11. Waited until 12. Asked why they hadnt called her and was told that they marked her as absent without calling her name. The reason? She had put down 11:30 instead of 11. Was told to come back at 1 because they were going to lunch. Came back at 1 to wait for cancellations. None. Waited until 5 PM for nothing. Rescheduled to the 4th of September (her appointment was last week after they rescheduled for overbooking). She still needs a root canal and is in a lot of pain and this place has done nothing to fix their mistakes. DO NOT GO HERE.

I have had two appointments cancelled here by the office and had a 4:30 appointment which Ive been waiting for over an hour. Was given exscuses by office manager when I expressed my concerns. Looks like Ill be looking for another dentist. This place needs to get it together!!

Totally unorganized and very rude.i just had an app rescheduled for 3rd time it takes forever just to get the 1st one.I have had 3 fillings fall out that they have done.I have alot of work that needs done by the time i get an app they say work needs to be re submitted sometimes for 3rd time.Meanwhile my teeth are getting worse i finally called care source an d explained my problems and they found me someone else.its my fault i should of left a long time ago they do very bad work and sometimes painfull and thats only if you can get in.STAY AWAY!!!

Ive been petrified of the dentist my entire life thanks to a bad experience as a child and again as a teen and adult. Dr. Caputo and his staff have been friendly and calming through everything. Dr. Caputo and his staff are the most detail oriented, caring, compassionate, kind, and honest dental staff I have ever encountered. I highly suggest seeing them if you want the perfect smile. Thank you too the whole staff of Dayton Dental for giving me my smile back.

Sat there for 3 hours, at the previous appointment they told me they would pull one wisdom tooth. They pulled my last 3, quite an executive decision to make without consulting the client. They barely communicate whats happening. The dentists in Prison were better..

It would be nice if they would give you a courtesy call to remind you of your appointments. The doctors seem nice, but the receptionist (the older lady with the short hair who sits on the left) when you check in is ALWAYS uptight! :( As many times as I have been there, she has NEVER been friendly when I check in!

This place doesnt even deserve one star. Very disorganized, dont respect customers time. Have (3) receptionists yet fails to notify a customer ahead of time when they cant verify Insurance, had 3 weeks to. Constantly have1 dental hygienist try reschedule your appointment when you didnt even get seen/ already there for your (appointment.) DONT WAST YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLACE.

Easy to schedule, they try to get you in quick, staff are friendly and professional. Staff are very experienced at what they do.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Worst experience with a dentist ever. First appointment was only x rays and an exam. Was told I needed to take out my hoop nose ring, which Ive never had to do before. Had to schedule my cleaning and fillings, in which they tried to make me two separate appointments for them. Yeah no way. Total waste of an appointment. Made an appointment for two weeks later. Fast forward to today where they called me three hours before my appointment and cancelled because the hygienist called off due to weather. Which isnt a big deal but apparently there are only two that can do it and the other one was fully booked. I am a working mother who had to take off work early and find a baby sitter to get this done and they did not seem to care. Total waste of my precious time. Will not be back.Update: Went to my new dentist who told me I have no cavities and no wisdom teeth left which the doctor here told me I had!! Absolutely ridiculous that they would lie to me! Stay far far away from this place!!

Dayton dental & orthodontics is a great place to be. Dr Antone & Dr Theis are professionals who know dentistry. The wait times are extensive right now but they have greatly improved.

Front Desk Girls are Amazing and Very Courteous. Dr. Theis is a Wonderful Dentist

They are awful. The dentists hardly do any of the work, they let uncertified random people do it who aren’t even hygienist and they ruined my teeth. I will never go back.

I brought my best friend here today to get her wisdom teeth removed. The red haired receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional when we asked if I had to stay in the waiting room while my friend sat in the waiting room, fake smiling and had an attitude. (We’ve been here over an hour and still waiting.) Obviously I know that I needed to be here for her during/after. I work in a hospital. I’m not ignorant to the fact my friend needed taken home and she made me feel that way. I also know how Anesthesia works. Will not be back.

They were great and fit us in fast ,I didnt even have a very long time waiting ,and the girls were super nice

This place is ridiculous. It is ghetto, customer service is the worst I have EVER seen with no exaggeration. Front staff has no compassion. They are negligent, unorganized, unprofessional and a complete irritation to try to work with.

They have a wonderful and courteous staff that are always very friendly and helpful and get me back in and out of the office in a timely fashion.

If I could give them 0 stars I would because my experience with them was absolutely terrible! My husband and I go to college in the area and decided to go to this dentist office because it was close and our insurance was accepted there. Worst mistake Ive ever made. The receptionists were so incredibly rude and unhelpful, the office was so small that youre basically in a cubicle, if you have anyone with you they cant come in with you, and it just looked very dirty and run down. But even worse than that, theyre simply out for your money and will tell you anything to get it. After waiting an hour in the waiting room and sitting through a rushed appointment, they told my husband an I both that we had cavities and needed fillings. We made appointments and didnt think much of it until the day of my filling appointment. Before I went in I saw a bunch of bad ratings and chickened out thank goodness! I talked to some of the people I worked with and got recommendations for trustworthy dentists and long story short, the second dentist we saw could find no possible cavities and could not figure out what the previous dentist was seeing. Dont waste your time or money here!

Love Sara she is amazing. She is the ONLY reason I gave 2 stars. I hope she joins a different practice as this one will not last! Very unprofessional front desk staff and management staff with little knowledge. Multiple billing mistakes made during our 1 year period with them, contracts were signed but only count when they want them too. They charged us incorrectly the first time and honored it (as they should). Billed us incorrectly again and we paid it, only to have them call us days later saying the price was incorrect and would actually be 4X as much as we were originally told. Manager claimed the staff was uneducated when they charged my husband, (though they had no problem taking the money).Manager Christina was rude with several snide comments about their offices previous mess up with prior Bills we had. Trying to act as if it was our fault they cannot figure out their billing and our fault they are losing money. Contacted regional manager and she was very kind. After I explained the situation, she said she would look more into it and make it right as patient care is important. She told me she would call me the next day. I called her office 2x over the next week and she was busy everytime and would return my call that business day. She never did call me back. Instead she contacted her office manager (the rude one) to call me back. In which she was once again snide and rude. Very unprofessional business. I would not recommend trusting them with your money qnd expect proper care/professionalism. Please Sara find a new employer.Edit: changed it to 1 star from my 2 star I posted before. They were suppose to refund us for the payment we made towards the incorrect price of a treatment plan that when we discovered the real price we decided to not proceed with. It has been 1 month and they still have not refunded us. Now I am having to call and remind them that they owe us money. Things you should never have to deal with when dealing with a professional business.

Walked right out of this office without going into appointment. It’s in the middle of a Sears. It’s trashy looking. Right next to the restrooms. Walls are all torn up. Open electrically outlet. The front desk was friendly, but will not be coming here. Never heard of a dentist office in the middle of a mall.

Ok this place sucks. If you are 10min late they wont see you no matter what but youll site in waiting room 30 min or an hour just waiting to be seen.I waited an hour after my appointment time.Now Im here with my daughter and have waited 45min.And on top of it waiting room is nasty.

Terrible place. I had to get my wisdom teeth removed and chose this place. The first time I arrived, they told me the doctor didnt show up (called in sick?), and basically forced me to pay a $75 fee for the full general anesthesia since the one that operated with local anesthesia would not be returning anytime soon. I show up 2 weeks later at my next appointment and had to wait in the waiting room for close to 4 hours for my appointment. My appointment was at 9 A.M. did not see the doctor until 12:45. One of the receptionists apologized and was very nice about it, but the there was one specifically that was extremely rude. How is this place still open? The entire waiting room was full with other people just wanting general cleaning that were waiting for hours.

This is the absolute worst dentist I have ever seen in my entire life. The scheduling takes forever and they do poor work. I was in the ER because a tooth they filled broke the following day and have had a splitting headache since Saturday. They looked at it did a X Ray said yes its broken & scheduled me for October 16th which is almost an entire month away. I think theyre hoping it gets worse & turns into needing a root canal. The fillings they did are noticeable & you can see where its not lined up properly and my floss gets caught on all of the fillings when I floss my teeth. Cavities arent high priority at all for them. This entire process taken months for them to do since late July I started with this office and they have yet to all my cavities. I was in tears in the office & they did not fix what broke last Friday either. The atmosphere is more like a patient mill where they want to churn patients out like a drive through that has turned into a movie drive in. Never have I felt so mistreated in my entire life.

BEWARE!!!!!!Scheduled a month out for a consult to Beavercreek. Called Friday to confirm appointment. Due to the tornados was told to come to Yankee Office. I feel so bad for that office and other patients and new patients that aren’t told, “Don’t come to Yankee.”BUT...my 10 year old and I just now left the yankee location and they told me they are not equipt to “see new consults at this time. Okay?” ***No that’s not ok! Took time out of my schedule-rearrange my own doc appointments-to be told you “can’t be seen” even though Dr. Smith is there. And asking me, “who did you talk to?” What does that matter anyway? Their concept is morally WRONG!!!!And pulling my phone records isn’t good enough apparently.The reason I came is I know that they used to do good work on braces, but however BE CAREFUL of teeth and dental work.I had them look at a hurt molar of mine 3 years back and they wanted to extract it and implant for $1800 and I decided to get private insurance and went to an another dentist who capped it for $500 (private Dental Care Plus Insurance is $35 a month to get decent work done-look that up if you want to save your teeth)!!! I’m adding my daughter during open enrollment and eat more Mac and Cheese and PB and J sandwiches if I have to!Anyway, after that I would never come back here for any dental work. AND my brother had to get dentures as he’s almost 60 and his teeth ended up looking like Jim Carey from the movie Mask!*Taking my kid back to her daycare, I was just informed by a teacher and a parent that Caresource can reject 2/3 times braces consults. And her kid is still without braces and now in their teens! DDO tookadvantage of people’s time as they know they have caresource and they can’t afford Good Quality Dental Care-that is so wrong.Save yourself the headache, stress and get other consults from Dentists/Orthos and set up a payment plan for an office that is not disorganized and will accommodates it non-patients and patients. Yes-it feels like buying a new car, but it’s our kids smiles we invest in.Good luck everyone and wish me luck!I’m hitting Google now. If I have to travel to Columbus or Cincinnati, I will as ourkids teeth come first! 🦷
