I needed anew battery for my iPhone 8 and a new case. I made an appointment earlier in the week when I stopped in to the store. I arrived today for my appointment and returned an hour later. Everything was taken care of and I appreciate the customer service I received. I use to work at Cross Pointe and enjoy supporting small, local businesses even though my company transferred me to The Greene. Definitely worth my 45 minute drive from home to have my phone repaired. I highly recommend this shop!

I’d like to edit my review and here’s why, I took my PS3s in there to get them repaired, guy at the desk was super nice. They couldn’t fix them so I just put them in a corner until I could take them apart later and see what components I could salvage from them. Here’s where it gets interesting, both of my PS3s had 19 blade fans in them, which is the better fan, and now I’ve opened one and it only has a 15 blade fan in it. Rather strange and then I decided to take apart the rest of the board and saw how they just globbed on the thermal paste with no real care. Since I can’t prove I had 19 blade fans and since it’s been over a month since I’ve gone there I’ll never be going back. I’ll be taking apart my second PS3 as well and if it doesn’t have its 19 blade fan I will never be recommending this store ever again.

What a pleasure to do work with. Took the tablet in on a Friday and they had the new screen and battery ordered, in and replaced by the following Thursday after a holiday weekend as well. Price was very reasonable and the quality of the work was great. They loaded all new drivers and tested it several times/ways to ensure everything was working as designed. Spot on.

Had a great experience here! My son’s screen cracked on his iPad 8. I found them on-line and asked for a quote. They wrote back quickly and asked for more information so they could quote me correctly. I liked that. The price seemed reasonable. They got an appointment set up too. When I took it in they had it replaced in an hour and a half!

Ryan is awesome. His customer service is without compare. The tech had my phone back in my hands in about 2 hours from when I dropped it off. The techs are far above other fix it shops. I had contacted some other stores about my issue. They all stated they werent qualified to do the work that CPR did for me at a price I can live with.Whole heartedly recommend them. They will forever be my go to place for phone repairs.

I would not recommend this business. My first time there I had a cracked screen replaced, the repair was reasonable. Two weeks later the screen went out took it back told me had water damage. I would have to have screen replaced at my cost. Took phone to the back would not do the work in front of me. So had them order and repair the phone again. Six days later the screen popped out and broke the cable. I didnt waste my time with CPR. I bought a new phone. They do not guarantee none of their work. They also called left messages that I did not get to listen to until the 2nd screen was replaced. The message was very shady and very unprofessional.Folks be careful using this business. Thanks.

Certain text letters stopped working after repair and the all of the sudden screen would scramble and open apps and they said they would not cover it under warranty but I could pay another $200 dollars and they would fix it. Would not recommend this company under any circumstances.

I dropped my old Motorola E phone on concrete and shattered the screen. Still worked though. I called CPR cellphone repair in Centerville, Ohio, and experienced friendly service from the first phone call to the successful outcome.My phone is very inexpensive, but small and handy, and they never once acted like it was beneath them to repair that kind of phone.They ordered a new screen and once the part came in, got the phone done in a few hours. Phone is up and running again, and price was reasonable.Great job guys!

My initial review was great, the turnaround was quick and our iPad worked great! But unfortunately, it only lasted a month or so when the “home” button separated from the display, and got stuck underneath the glass display. This caused a small crack in the display. When we took it back, they told us it must have been dropped (because of the crack), and since it has a crack they can’t honor their warranty. It definitely was not dropped. I don’t think it was a result of poor workmanship as the team there was very professional and courteous. I think the new display was faulty and unfortunately we spent $320 for a poor quality replacement.Just be wary when using this company, they will not repair a device under warranty if the display is faulty and breaks, even though it was not dropped.

My phone had a bloating battery it was so bad it was pushing the back away from the phone and starting to push the front glass away too. I didnt think it was going to be able to be fixed. They did an awesome job and made it look brand new again. I highly recommend this place for cell phone repairs, these guys are magicians. Thank you so much!!

CPR has always been a great spot, too nothing repair and turn around is usually quick. I have already had 3 items repaired here and will continue to have my electronics repaired here.

Every time Ive brought a piece of equipment here, the staff has been friendly and helpful. Can they solve every problem with technology? Of course not. I came in for a new phone case and to have my screen protector replaced. Even though they didnt have my size protector, they offered me a temporary protector and ordered the right size for my phone.

The staff was super helpful and knowledgeable. They fixed my issue quickly and didnt charge for the time.

I visited CPR cell phone repair today. My Samsung tablet had switched to voice activation somehow and was not responding to attempts to log in, shut down etc. I was greeted by a technician, who immediately began investigating my possessed tablet. He was able to log in and then with the assistance of a second technician the voice activation was turned off and my tablet returned to normal. I was in the store approximately 10 minutes. I was very pleased with the service and the price was certainly right. I highly recommend this establishment.

I went in having power connection issues. After a cleaning, the connection was back to normal. CPR even tested my chords to make sure theyre were no issues. No charge for the services and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommmended.

Had a 2.5 year old phone that pretty much had to be tethered to stay on. Contacted them using their online quote system and they got back to me very quickly with an estimate which I thought was very reasonable. Excellent work, turn around time, and communication. I brought in my Xb1X after UbreakIfix spent 2 weeks doing nothing (no calls, no repair, delayed diagnostic, etc). I dropped off my console with the techs last night right before close and by noon today they called to let me know they identified the problem and that the repair would be completed before closing. I received a second call around 5pm informing me that everything was fixed and properly working, the price would be the same as what Ubreak quoted me and the warranty covered a FAR greater period of time (6 months!) I drove 20 minutes out of my way to have my phone repaired here because this location had such great reviews. I had completely shattered my iPhone 6S and did not think the damage was reparable. My first encounter with them was great; I was immediately greeted with great service and was told the repair would only take about an hour. After an hour, I picked up my phone and it looked brand new. I also purchased a screen protector from their store while I was there. However, within an hour of leaving the store, my phone immediately started functioning the poorest it ever has, with issues I had never had previous to the repair being done. The image was grainy, lagging screen changes, and terrible touch response. I called the store to ask if I could bring it back in and the associate who assisted me was slightly rude and sounded as if he didnt believe me that the phone was acting up. The next day I again drove 20 minutes (one-way) out of my way, missing client meetings at work, to have my phone fixed. This time it took two hours and the associate who assisted me was short with me. When asked if I had another phone number to call, he seemed irritated stating Well, I dont know how else we will get in touch with you. Just come back in two hours. There was no apology for the issue with the screen that they had just fixed less than 24 hours later. I understand sometimes it may not be their fault, but from a customer service standpoint the least they could have done was apologize for the inconvenience, especially after I informed them I was having to reschedule client meetings and my schedule to have something fixed that should have been fixed the first time. After picking up my phone the second time, everything appeared fine. Again though, no apology for the inconvenience or failed first repair on their end. However, the screen protector that was placed on my phone is placed off-center and has bubbles under the protector, so you can tell it was placed incorrectly or rushed. Additionally, I am not having issues with phone calls on my call, specifically an echoing during phone conversations that has never been an issue the entire time I have owned my phone. The only reason I am not giving this business 1 star is because they were correct in quoting wait times and both times I was able to have my phone fixed promptly. That being said, I am now going to have to have my phone looked at AGAIN, a THIRD time, and will likely be having to pay for the repairs all over again because although my phone screen is under warranty at this location, I am extremely hesitant to ever return there. Nor can I continue driving out of my way and rearranging my work schedule with clients to find time to stop by during their business hours.

Had I gotten my replacement through the mail, Im not certain I could have done the work myself. I feel bad because I think they cracked one trying to adhere it. But overall, it was a 10 experience. They did their best to fix my poor phone which had evidently been damaged going thru the TSA machines at several airports. Unfortunately, despite their best efforts, they were unable to revive my phone, but did manage to extract most of my vacation photos. They did not charge me anything, since they couldnt fix my phone & were very friendly. I recommend this business if anyone is having mobile phone related issues. ❤️

I went in with a broken screen on my iphone 6. It was replaced and I also bought a new nice phone case. The next day a large section of my touch screen stopped working. I returned and explained what happen. After the screen was replaced again they said it had a crack on the inside that i could not see so it wasnt warranty covered. So it cracked the day after a new screen was put in? Without me realizing that something happened? If i would of dropped the phone i would of told them and just said hey i messed up and something is wrong would you take a look at it?....Im just concerned that the new screen i paid for twice now is some cheap knock off screen thats going to keep breaking. They took 10% off the bill for a failure that happened next day. Being in customer service i think there is a more customer first accommodation that could of been made.

A friend of mine brought her phone in and caught one of their employees red handed going through their personal information. This was a couple of years ago but after reading these reviews I will skip this place and drive to Cincinnati to get a more professional repair. I would not let these guys put on a screen protector on my phone let alone take it in the back for repair.

I looked at various places to see what the best deal was to fix the screen on my phone, a few places told me it would take weeks for the part to come in, and they wanted payment up front or at least half up front. The staff at CPR were very friendly, they got the part in just a few days time and showed me that the phone was fixed before they asked for payment which I really appreciated. I noticed that my I-phone 5 screen was bulging, this is commonly a result of the internal battery swelling up and needing replacing.I took my I-phone over to CPR Cell Repair at Cross Point and dropped it off.I came back 30 minutes later and the guy told me that my phone did not need a battery, that my screen had just popped loose and there would not be any charge. I was astounded at the companys honesty. I was fully expecting to buy a battery. They even snapped the screen back in place for free.WOW, I am going to make this place my new go to place for cell hone repair.Denny

They took a perfectly good mini ipad that was working well and replaced the screen. When I picked it up the on/off button was no longer working. I took it back and they told me no problem we must have caused that issue when we replaced the screen and the repair will be covered. Several days later I get a call saying it was fixed and ready! I pick it up today and they tell me they couldnt fix it but they tried and Id have to have it repaired (at my cost). I said no thanks and when he asked why, I told him I was very disappointed that I paid $100 for a new screen and now I have a broken on/off switch. I was asked if I wanted the screen removed. Lousy service. The lobby is bare and it looks like they are getting ready to close up for good. Will never recommend them to anyone.

I dropped my new phone 3 feet on to concrete and it landed on the corner then shattered the entire screen, disabling the touch features. I called at 10:45 am with a broken touchscreen on my LG G2 VS980 and made an appointment for 12:30. They had my phone fixed by 2:30 for $116. I drove 40 minutes each way and am very happy with the outcome. Everything works like it did before. It was no pressure, no cash upfront and I got to test it out before I paid for their service. The staff was very professional and friendly. I would recommend to a friend. (:

Had my screen replaced at this location and was happy with the screen but I soon noticed that my camera was very shaky while trying to take pictures. I was okay with that due to their “lifetime warranty.” Took the phone back today to get the camera repaired but was told there was nothing that could be done because they didn’t touch the camera. Save the $50 and go to the apple store.

THEIR MANAGER IS A CONVICTED FELON!!! I would advise anyone to stay away from this place. I scheduled an appointment and when I arrived I was shocked to see who was going to take my phone! I grew up in miamisburg and the guy that’s their face of the business is a violent offender from miamisburg according to the Ohio court records. Ask for some transparency if you decide this is the place you want to shop at because I wouldn’t recommend it.

I took an S6 phone in to have the battery replaced. When I got home I noticed the battery % was the same as when I dropped the phone off for repair which was 78%. Last night I called and the employee that answered said to bring it back in and they would put my old battery back in with a refund and hung up the phone will I was still talking. This morning I took the phone back in and showed the manager the battery app that is in phone the graph showing him my concern. He said the battery had been replaced. I left not wanting that company to touch my phone. I told him that I would not be back and he said thats OK I dont want you back. Be careful of this business.
