We had a large door scratch and fender dent on our 2018 GMC Acadia repaired this past week. The workmanship was excellent. It looks brand new again. Most wouldnt care much about anything else. However as a fellow business owner, I can tell you that the customer service was top notch. Everyone we encountered was honest, kind, friendly, and professional. They went out of their way to save us money where they could and stayed after closing time so we could have our vehicle back before the holiday. I will highly recommend them to anyone. I went for an estimate last week march 1st saw Joe gave me a good estimate and work go be done,went back on Thursday march 4th to have car fixed. Very professional and car looks great and on time as promised, Id highly recommend Grobens

Incredible company!! Fantastic communication about work and time frame! They were absolutely amazing to do business with!! After all the work was done, I picked up my car and the cleaned the outside AND the inside!! It was a simple gesture that really went a long way! I will definitely be using them in the future and will recommend them to everyone!

It was a okay shop pretty clean employees are nice but the work isnt the best paint could have been better they got over 2500 from me could have put in a better effort. Interior pieces were missing from my car left my car dirty inside and out. I dont recommend this shop

I have to say they are the best!!! From the first day I brought it in until I picked it up, everything went smooth. Got my car back and it looks great wouldnt even know I was in an accident. They even cleaned it inside and out my car looks great!!!! Everyone is super friendly and very helpful. They went above and beyond for me. I would highly recommend them. If I ever need an auto body shop again this is where I will be going!!!! They are the best!!!!!

Everyone was great, one stop shop for my Geico policy. walked in, they contacted Enterprise whole going over what was needed insurance wise (didnt know I needed to make an appointment with Enterprise but they did that too)painless and quick, my car looks beans new.they even installed a new rear wiper blade I asked them to get from the dealer (because they were getting other parts from them) and I may have neglected that wiper a little bit 🤣🤷‍♂️. 12.32 cost to me, they could have up charged or then some labor on it but nope 12.32 and now my wiper is also as new as my car looks lol.pick up as just as smooth, signature, walk around, drop the keys to the rental and Im on my way.hope they take USAA if I ever need them in the future (hopefully not but🤞)

The work was average at best, left some wax on the area worked on, said the car would be ready Monday wasnt ready till Friday. Had to call everyday only to be told it wasnt ready, which made the car rental bill that much more expensive.

*~BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!~* they get paid from the insurance company but because the insurance company does not follow up and cant supervise the shop to make sure they are truthful these people are scam artists & I call it how I see it. Long story short geico Express paid them for Mitsubishi parts & they ordered aftermarket parts and had the audacity to install these parts on my car and try to give me my car back with aftermarket parts. Also, they changed the original discussion of what was being fixed without my authorization. I ended up bringing a friend with me to pick up my car and luckily he noticed the car had a multitude of issues. We refused to accept the car and after multiple arguments they finally did the right thing which should have been done in the first place. They had my car a month for a bumper and headlight fix 🤦🏼‍♀️

Initially I had some issues with the quality of the work, but after discussing what I found, they did all they could to keep me happy. I appreciate their diligence in keeping their customer happy, and they are overall very friendly people who are a pleasure to do business with.

Nothing but good things to say! Both times Ive brought my car here the staff have been pleasant, repair was done quickly and the work on my car was excellent. .... hopefully I wont need them again but if I do I will have my insurance company bring my car here again :-)

These people are they most inconsiderate, unprofessional people i have ever had work on my car. Unfortunately, three months ago I was in accident and Grobens came recommended through my insurance company. So I drop my car off (GET A RENT A CAR THAT I WAS PAYING FOR OUT OF POCKET) and after week and half goes by I get a phone call stating that my car will be ready in a few days. On the day I am suppose to pick up my car, they call to tell me they found glass in the vents. Which at first, I was little upset, they had my car for two weeks and no one even bothered to check if the shattered glass that was in my car and all over my dash was in the vents. It seemed convenient. But people are human, so I let it slide. They told me it was going to take a couple of days, and it did. HERE IS THE KICKER. Upon towing my car through the facility they cracked my windshield .Obviously I through a fit because this meant I had to wait for the glass repair man to fix my car. Which meant i had to continue driving and paying for my rent a car for another who knows how many days until this guy could show up. I demanded that the time I had to wait for the repair man should be paid by Grobens because they were at fault for the windshield. PUSH COMES TO SHOVE the repair man never shows up and I get a call from my claim adjuster stating that I should just come and pick up my car so I dont have to keep paying for the rent a car, and set up an appointment with the repair man myself (Which would of been nice to here the first time). So I do, but Grobens refuses to pay for a portion of my rent a car fees. I had to pay $700 in total for the rent a car. ALL IN ALL NOT RESPECTABLE BUNCH.

Great service from start to finish. They described the entire process and completed the body work on schedule. Car looks brand new and Geico in the building made the insurance claim easy as pie.

I had a very negative experience with this body shop and they provided me with terrible customer service. Took them 9 days to do a simple auto glass repair job and 2 extra days then the agreed upon date for pickup. They told me the reason for the delay was that the car needed to be detailed. When I received the car there was dirt/mud on all four tires and in the passenger & driver side console so it was clearly not detailed matching the excuse they gave for the delayed repair. When I asked for 50$ off the cost of the job for extra days of uber/taxi transportation the owners daughter started to scream at me and embarrass me publicly in front of all the employees with extremely aggression, after I calmly explained why I felt it was the right/fair thing to do. She said she would issue me the refund and after standing in the shop for 10 minutes awkwardly waiting for the check after I had just been screamed at, she screams again say actually I changed my mind you can leave now and never come back. What a horrible and uncomfortable situation for both me and the staff on top of the unreasonable time for repair, poor follow up, dirty car, belittling and Indian giving.

Worst experience ever this was my first time being hit and going through the insurance company Geico highly recommended this place I trusted it. I should have went to another auto body shop. I learned the hard way Geico discussed with me I was getting new parts new bumper and 5 days for repair from my hit. Not only did it take a week for the repairs but I didnt get a new bumper like I was told and the rest of the parts were replaced with aftermarket parts which was also not discussed. The bumper was offset and they actually scratched my bumper on the bottom and blamed it on me. Grobens Auto Body Shop made the decision to tell Geico I did not need a new bumper and repaired my bumper that was hit after Geico told them to replace my bumper and give me a new one. Grobans failed to contact me to let me know that this was being done. Long story short when I went to pick up my car I find out I have aftermarket parts the bumpers offset scratches damages to my car and I didnt get a new bumper like I was told I would. I refuse to accept the car and left it on the property and left in the rental. After telling grobens Auto Body Shop staff that I was dissatisfied with the work they felt offended and got confrontational with me I feel as though they try to take advantage of me as a young woman. They got paid $3,000 from geico to spray a quarter of a bumper and give me an aftermarket headlight. All tbag no eu for what?!?! I called geico and asked them why they paid these people that much money but fail to supervise them to make sure they are doing what they are being paid for?!?!? A week later I finally got my car the way that I should have in the first place $300 in a rental later. Geico sucks and Enterprise gave me a disgustingly dirty car I couldnt even see out the windshield at night it had a nasty dirt film inside of it. Please save yourself the stress and go to your own dealership if u have one or a different auto body shop! Next time Ill go a few minutes down the block to class act in selden and deal with Mike.

Horrible! They did a terrible job repairing my car. Gieco rep Matt is a clown. Do not go here. They lied to cover their errors. I would never go here again. Shady shady people who do sub par work.

I brought my car to be repaired after a tree branch came down and damaged my car. When I first picked up the car my decal was cut off and there was pitting in the paint near the window so I left my car there to have it fixed again. When I picked up my car a second time we noticed a nipple in the door where dust or something settled when they painted THEN right as I got home I noticed on the other side of the car there was damage to the door and it had been colored in. I went back and the guy proceeded to say it was there and he pointed out the other marks on my car. I advised him my husband and I wash and wax this car all the time. I know every nick and every scratch on the car. THAT deep scratch in the middle of my door was not there.So, in short they did a crappy job the first time. Not so good the second time AND they damaged my door and would do nothing to repair it.

Ive used Grobans twice as I unfortunately was in two separate car accidents and both times the process was very smooth and the staff was very friendly, professional and helpful. The staff at grobans contacted me numerous times about the status of my car as well as the enterprise office was very fast and efficient in assisting with having a rental car readily available for me. I requested Grobans before my insurance company even mentioned that they were affiliated, I highly recommend for a smooth and efficient service

This place is a scam. I was covered under Geico so the shop milked the insurance company of as much money as possible. Matt told me I will have my mirror replaced. They ordered a salvaged mirror and billed Geico for a brand new mirror. The worst part was that the salvaged mirror had the same exact issue as my current mirror! These guys will cut corners and waste your time. The second way they will milk your insurance is a $150 VW computer scan. They told me that this is required on every VW but I dont believe it because I have taken my VW to many different shops and everyone either does it for free (included in the labor charge) OR they charge $20 for the complete scan and printout. These guys did not even give me a print out and told me a laundry list of nonsense in 30 seconds. I highly recommend you stay away from this place even when you are covered under Geico Express.

I recently had my first experience with an auto body shop, and I am so happy it was with Grobens. I had put a claim into my insurance company for my 2011 Acura TSX. I had extensive body damage from what must have been a hail storm of acorns (at the right angle my care looked like a golf ball) and they recommended Grobens to me. When I arrived Dallas greeted me warmly at the counter. She was friendly and engaging making sure that all my questions were answered fully before she proceed processing the assessment of my damage. I was happily surprised when I halfheartedly brought up a question about the quality of parts that would be used in my car, she instantly stopped what she was doing and made sure that she got me the correct information by calling Matt into the office. From there on Matt took exceptional care of my repair and provided impressively professional service. He keeping me informed about what was going on with my vehicle the entire time that they had it. I walked away with a stunning repair (literally looks better than the day I bough it) and confidence that nothing but top quality work went into my repair. Thank you so much for your great work and professionalism!
