Today I had the best cleaning of my life! Jennifer was amazing and showed me all the spots I need to focus on and what I need to do more. Dr Williams kindly let me know about my previous work done and showed me areas of concern. Yavor in the front was quick and kind! YOU ALL DESERVE A RAISE (; I will be referring everyone!

Worse experience, I wish there was an option for 0 star. Poor communication, scheduled an appointment to get exam and cleaning done. No one called to notify that hygienist had to leave. Forces treatment options, have to do the treatment recommended by Dr otherwise don’t even get regular cleaning of teeth since it will look bad for their reputation and have to pay money even you have insurance.

First time with Dr Wiliams she was patient and explained procedure to me in detail. I experienced a very bad crowning prep at another Dr. office. Dr. Williams was kind, knowledgeable and gave me the confidence to finish procedure. I am looking forward to final outcome !

I had pretty extensive work done, and it was all done well so far, I have a couple more appointments to finish it off. But I couldnt be happier with the results so far. Highly recommend.

Nothing great, also not bad. in 3 years they have been through at least 3 dentists, not really clear why they cant keep anyone. My best guess is they dont pay the good ones what theyre worth or this is just a springboard to get to a better place?I will say, watching the staff put on the same face shield and same apron from patient to patient with little more than a little disinfectant spray then being charged $10 for PPE (not covered by my otherwise 100% covered visit) and claiming its due to the pandemic is really pathetic. It certainly dropped a 4 star to a 3 star review.

I had temp crown put in last year and no one from the office ever called me to let me know the permanent crown came in. I called 2 months later and the receptionist said someone would get back to me and no one did. I called twice more and left messages and no one called me back so I emailed the office and once again, no response back from the office. I also called the corporate office with no response. I was billed for a crown that was never put in. Instead of someone from the office calling me back to rectify this situation, I am working with my insurance company to dispute the bill and claim as fraudulent because the claim was paid by my insurance company, I was billed and I never had the full service rendered. I have never experienced anything like this at any other dental office and obviously am no longer a patient.

I’ve gone here twice and had a pleasant experience each time. The receptionist is very aware of what to do and I always get taken back for my appointment on time.

Been going there for at least 15 years, seen at least 5 or more dentist and several hygienist. They have all been very pleasant and professional!

I’ve been coming here for three years with my kids. Love it. Love the staff, love the follow up, a great choice. They diligently try to get all three of us in at the same time so we don’t have to come back and forth. Works great for school schedules.

My Dad was a new patient at Perfect Teeth. My dad tooth keep falling out his mouth and they did not nice to my dad they said my dad tooth is ready but is not ready to put it in his mouth. I gave it a 1 star of you guys read this they do a bad job. Go found a good dentist do a good job on our teeth.

This whole office is amazing for many reasons! I called with tooth pain and Megan was very quick in getting an appointment for me the next day for the discomfort I was experiencing. Lorinda and Esmeralda helped take x-rays and got me settled as soon as I was ready for the appointment. Dr. Miller is very thorough and will walk you through all tests, issues, causes, and treatment options. Very professional, informative and diligent in attention to the details. Cannot say enough about how wonderful they are here! Extremely considerate staff. Highly recommend!

My son, who is 13, was at a pediatric dentist when they determined he was going to need some extensive work done. The pediatrics dentist suggested we find a different dentist and I found this Perfect Teeth!From the very beginning this office has been full of friendly and very efficient people! My son has a hard time in social situations and can seem very brooding to others around him.Dr. Kari Miller was and is wonderful at helping my son feel at ease. Despite my son’s resistance to communication, she worked with him and brought him out of his shell. All of this while maintaining a high level of excellence with the work that needed to be done on his teeth.Dr. Miller always makes sure to keep me informed on what she’s doing, why she’s doing it and asking my son if he feels comfortable with what they are doing. I was especially impressed when Dr. Miller called to check on my son after each service!Dr. Miller has built a repoire with my son and he actually asked if he could just stay at this office! That in and of itself says a lot! I would absolutely recommend this dentist and this office!The front staff is friendly and have always maintained a level of excellence as well!I truly believe this office has dedicated people who believe in providing excellent and friendly service and they are dedicated to making their clients feel like they are an important and vital part of a great business!

Since I become a stay home mom I lost my health benefit! So as a first time Medicaid user it took me a long time to find a nice dentist that would take my insurance and know what they are doing! I am so grateful to have found perfect teeth on smokey hill! Everyone there is extremely nice and I am always extremely please with my services !

Had my first appointment and I was impressed with their customer service. Everything was on-time, very friendly staff and easy to talk to doctor. Honestly one of my best dentist experiences and I would recommend this dentist office any day. I had a normal check up and they listen to all and any concerns and accommodated everything carefully. Used to go to the Perfect Teeth on Illiff and Buckley, then they changed their staff and just seemed to rush cleanings and sell you stuff you never needed. Wasnt a comfortable environment. I was honestly looking for a new dentist. I have the Perfect teeth plan and decided to use it up and check out the Smoky Hill office. And wow was I surprised. The staff was amazing. They got me right in and everyone was so nice and very clean and professional. It was a fun experience. They took the time and care and didnt rush. I have never had such a good cleaning and my teeth looked amazing after. I am very pleased and glad I gave Perfect Teeth another chance. This is by far hands down the best Dentist office I have ever been to. You guys ROCK!!

I just had a crown and two cavities done. The dentist was very impatient. My mouth was numb and she complained about how much saliva was in my mouth and how I couldnt control my tongue. Remind you my mouth was numbed. My tongue was eventually cut, cant feel it yet, my mouth is still numb.Getting dental work is not my idea of having a good time. Having an impatient dentist made the experience horrible. I paid $1270 out of my own pocket and had to endure that. I can just imagine how much patience she would have with my kids in the chair, unbelievable. Needles to say we will be switching dentist

Never ever been so comfortable with going to see any dentist in my life. They totally changed that for me. The staff is all super friendly. The dentist sat and explained everything in great details, what my options were and the best way to approach my situation. Id give them 10 stars if the rating went that high.

Thanks so much for the great service! This is the first dental office that I actually enjoyed going to! Everyone is so friendly and made me feel relaxed and welcome. Normally, other dental offices give stern lectures on flossing, etc., but not this one. Instead, I was astonished to receive compliments from the hygienist on how well I take care of my teeth. It was very refreshing!

I honestly would give zero stars if it would let me. I just went to the dentist in a different state. I am having to get every filling replaced that I had done at this location of perfect teeth (only 4 years ago). One of them cracked and broke last week and after looking at X-rays, pictures of my teeth and a full exam I now have to pay to get them replaced. The very professional dentist I went to today would not speak badly about the fillings, but showed me a good filling and then showed me the fillings I had done at Perfect Teeth. I am now having to repay fully to have these replaced because they were done so poorly. I do not recommend you visit this office or any other office. I knew they had done a poor job when I was having pain in my tooth (the actually filling that cracked and fell out last week while cleaning my teeth) and continued to have pain after going back in for them to check and fix the problem, it was never fixed. Just be aware. You may end up paying double for your dental work too.

Olga has done an amazing job. Doctor V was very honest about the work that needed to be done and we have created a plan. Overall, staff was very helpful, knowledgeable and polite. The atmosphere could use a little improvement and the bathroom seemed a little dirty. But work done was good. Deffinetly coming back.

Great people! I was greeted with a smile. Dr. Valicevic is THE nicest dentist I have ever had work on my teeth. It had been a long time since I had been to the dentist, and I had three different things that I needed to take care of. He took extra time and effort to make sure I was 100% happy with my teeth, and even gave a follow up call to see how everything felt after the procedures.

A lot of people tend to have anxiety about visiting the dentist, myself included, but Dr. Berry and the rest of the team at Perfect Teeth Smoky Hill are so fantastic that theres no need to be worried at all! Dr. Berry is extremely kind and always talks me through every step of the procedure, even if its just for a cleaning, and truly cares about his patients oral health. The rest of the staff are also very sweet and contribute to a great environment. I would absolutely recommend this practice for all of your dental needs!

One of the rudest places I have ever recieved treatment from!!!!! I ask for information why they sent my father home who had to take a uber to the dentist and is 68?after the first time being sent home due to having cancer and not being told he need doctors approval had his doctor send over approval to do the work. My father had a confirmation letter the office manager said they missed filed the letter and made him reschedule again. I my self with my wife and 2 kids use perfect teeth I will no longer use perfect teeth maybe its just the smokey hill brach but I hope some one from corporate reaches out because I was interrupted many times and the professionalism was a embarrassment.To treat the elderly like this is truly troubling we will possible reaching out to news stations to make people aware of the risk of sending your parents to this location. If you want to be able to speak in a professional manner this is not the place. Its hard to be working pay for some one who can not drive legally and elderly to not be handled with care the disappointment saddening.If I could give 0 stars I would.

I was not informed that a new dentist took over and now they dont take my insurance. You would think that they would look at the upcoming schedule and call people in this situation so that we can make other arrangements. Instead, I called to confirm my appointment and was told the news...2 days before coming in. I doubt I would have been informed if I hadnt personally called.

DO NOT TRUST PERFECT TEETH!I had several procedures done at the Perfect Teeth location at 20269 E. Smokey Hill in Aurora, CO 80015 on August 11th, 2017. I was told that the office called my insurance to verify coverage and that my portion would be $607.50. About a month later, I received an invoice for the amount of $258.50 above and beyond what I already paid. I called my insurance company and they stated that I was in fact NOT COVERED (even though I took the offices word on their follow up) and if I would have waited 20 more days for this procedure, it would have been fully covered. I now had a bill for something that I took the offices word for stating they verified coverage and it is now my responsibility.I promptly reached out to the dental office asking what can be done and all I was told to do is file an appeal with the insurance company. I then filed two different appeals with the insurance company and of course those came back with denials because they stated, coverage should have been verified before the procedures. AGAIN, what I thought happened.Thats not the worst part... Appeals take a long time, months in fact. I have SEVERAL emails to the office stating any and all updates that I received from the insurance company stating I was still waiting, filed another appeal, etc. When I received the final denial from the insurance company, approx one month ago, I again reached out to the office stating that my final appeal with the insurance company was denied and that I would like to know what options I have to settle this balance. Because of the delay in payment, even though I was in full communication about what was happening, my total bill was now $303.28 due to late charges.I reached out on October 14th, 2018 asking how we can come to an agreement to settle up my balance. I RECEIVED NO RESPONSE! No return email, no follow up statements, no notices, nothing!Then I get a phone call yesterday from a COLLECTIONS AGENCY!!!! They are stating that I now owe $334.98 and if I dont immediately pay, it will hit my credit. This is now $76 over the original amount and I am livid! They are stating that I did nothing to remedy this balance and thats why it was transferred to the collection agency. I talked them down to paying the original amount of $258.50 which is complete ludicrous because this had no fault of my own.Had Perfect Teeth Smokey Hill responded to me I would have been more than happy to discuss an agreement to settle the balance. I did my due diligence, went through multiple appeals on my own, stayed in contact with the office, reached out to get this taken care and there was zero response from Perfect Teeth.I suggest you STAY AWAY from Perfect Teeth Smokey Hill is you value your time and money. If you do get procedures done, I recommend you call your insurance company yourself to verify coverage because they obviously are not able to such a simple thing.

I just couldnt recommend this place to anyone because of the way they do business. I had a bridge done and they did a good job. They called my insurance company and found what they would pay and what I would have to pay out of pocket. I paid the out of pocket portion and assumed the insurance took care of the rest. When they didnt they simply turned me over to collections. I was a patient there for a number of visits after the bridge and they never mentioned a past due amount. If so, I would have simply paid it after discussing with the insurance company. Alyssa claims they called me AND wrote me at least 10 times about it, which is bold face lie. It simply didnt happen. I think she or someone else made a mistake and didnt follow up with the insurance company, and when it was still on their books, they turned it over to collections. The collection company had no problem calling me and when they did, I looked into the matter and paid it. It just wasnt worth all the hassle. But at the end of the day, I found this Perfect Teeth to be lacking in integrity and took my business elsewhere. If I cant trust them with the financial side of things and they way they handled this situation, I cant trust them with my dental health and certainly wouldnt recommend them to anyone I cared about.

Perfect Teeth staff and Dr. V, you are the real MVP! During a hiatus from my awesome primary insurance to return to school, I was nervous about finding a new dentist, but as soon I stepped foot into the door I was greeted and made feel welcome. Confirmation of insurance was painless (yes they accept Medicaid) And the communication with each team member around the office was impeccable. I never have experienced anxiety going to a dentist, but with multiple potential complications from recent jaw surgery, I was afraid of how this was going to go. I was warmly accepted and the getting-to-know-you process went well. From the x-rays which took no time at all, to meeting Dr. V my anxiety was gone. His integrity, skill, and williningness to help (even go the extra mile) makes him a great provider. I would recommend Perfect Teeth off Smoky Hill to anyone in need of a new DDS. Thank you to every member of the staff, and I do believe I found my new dentist!

Please DO NOT go to this office. I went here originally for a toothache a few months back. While trying to fill the cavity, my tooth ended up breaking and I had to see the companies endodontist for a root canal at a different office. So then I went back the day after to the original office and got my temporary crown put on. I had to wait a few weeks to get the permanent crown on while it was being made in the lab, which was perfectly fine with me. I was told the whole process of putting on the permanent crown shouldn’t take more than 15 minutes, so I booked an appointment before I had to go to work. When I arrived to get my permanent crown put on, the dentist informed me that the temporary crown was put on incorrectly, and they needed to remove a portion of my gum because of it. So they numbed me up and removed my gum (which they charged me for, by the way). It took over an hour, I was late to work, and completely embarrassed from the novacaine. I was so frustrated with this office because it was always one thing after another. It was never simple, nothing ever went the right way. BUT THEN, a few weeks after I had gotten my permanent crown on, my tooth was still hurting. The nerve ending in that tooth were dead now so I knew I something wasn’t right. Quite frankly I was pretty traumatized by the whole situation with Perfect Teeth, so I ended up going to another dentist to see what was going on. Turns out, they left multiple pieces of cement from placing the permanent crown, and it had gotten stuck between my gum and my tooth. The new dentist showed me the x Ray and it was so easy to see the pieces of cement. How did this get by the Perfect Teeth office? I mean I don’t even remember them taking an x Ray to check for things like that. I ended up paying 80 dollars at the other office to fix yet another one of this offices careless mistakes. I’d avoid this office at all costs. I’m so unhappy with my experience and I’ve spent so much of my money on their careless mistakes. This is malpractice.

Had a recent appointment for 6 month cleaning. As usual, Ally was very professional throughout, always explaining what she was about to do and checking to see that I was ok. A very pleasant visit.

I went in for 3 fillings. Although Im not afraid to go to the dentist, I did have some anxiety due to an expected 90 min procedure. Dr. V and his assistant, Joevanna (not sure if I spelled that right), were very comforting and were able to finish the 3 fillings in less than 60 min. The job they did was superior to any other Perfect Teeth office I have been to, and I have not had any pain. I was shocked when I received a call from Dr. V the next day checking on my status. Who does that these days? I highly recommend this Perfect Teeth office for the entire staff is wonderful.

My son and I just had our 6 month check up at Perfect Teeth and like always it was a good experience. Very friendly and comfortable atmosphere. I have to give extra kudos to Charika. She worked on a couple of teeth that have been giving me issues for years. She made sure I knew what she was doing throughout the procedure and was always asking if I was ok. In the end I couldnt be happier with the result. Ill definitely request her on my next visit.

My mom who is in her 70s went there yesterday for a horrible tooth ache. Got a referral for an endo and she called and they cant see her for another 2 weeks. The ibuprofen the dentist told my mom to take lasts for a short time at the maximum 4 tabs at once and therefore cant take anymore for several more hours once it wears off (plus max Tylenol which the dentist didnt tell her to do, Ive just been in this situation before ironically with perfect teeth). She called again today and the lady at the front said the first time that the dentist was not willing to give her pain meds. She called again because she couldnt take the pain and they said for her to come back in. For what? They saw her yesterday and know what is wrong with her tooth. Its not like she is lying. I work with drug offenders and I can tell you that under prescribing meds is just as bad as over prescribing them. I shake my head at places like this one for being a part of the problem. People who are in severe pain will go through extraordinary lengths to get rid of it. Guess their not the ones in pain so who cares right? Save your money, time, frustration and days of pain and go somewhere else!! My moms cheek has now doubled in size and she doesnt trust that they would do anything to help her anyway so she didnt waste her time going to see them again today. It couldve been handled over the phone. The least they could have done was call around to see if another endo could see her sooner or gave her a stronger antibiotic if they arent willing to treat the pain....

Horrible experiences! My daughter need cavities filled. They did not read her chart at the appt. and only filled one cavity instead of two so we had to return for another appt. My sons appt. they overfilled his cavities and had to redo them. Then I showed up for a teeth cleaning and was told they were doing x rays and no cleaning! I specifically called the morning of the appt. to make sure they were clear on what I wanted and when I showed up they tell me the opposite! We will not be doing business with this very unorginized company again!....everything I have sayed is true. Perfect Teeth now says my complaints were inaccurate and they were unable to reach me. In fact they never called me once. Ive reached out to the regional director twice over a week and she has not returned my calls. There Gold Standard of care is a joke. These people just dont seem to care! Please get a hold of me and tell what part of my familys experience was inaccurately described or erase your false and insulting response.

I would skip this place if I were you. Its pretty much the McDonalds of Dentistry. They told me I had gum disease and some cavities, so I went to a better dentist and was given a very different and more detailed diagnosis. Turned out I had no gum disease and only one cavity which needed whats called an onlay. The Perfect Teeth people didnt see that and wouldve just given me a standard filling. This place wants you to spend money more than they want to fix your teeth. The dentists are clearly incentivized to make sales, and they cant recognize or treat real issues. Go somewhere else or regret it.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Ellen and her team. My wife found this office after six months of hell with Dr. Targos and the Illif & Buckley office, and I am so glad that she did. I cam to Dr. Ellen with a multitude of problems caused by this other dentist, to include two impacted teeth, resulting in root canals and crowns, extreme temperature and pressure sensitivity caused by Dr. Targos grinding on healthy teeth to correct a bite he messed up in the first place.Alyssa is by far the best receptionist that I have every had the pleasure of interacting with. She expertly navigates the Tri-Care Dental network, and I have NEVER had a problem with any of my referrals, appointments or bills.Dr. Ellens team is awesome, every one of them, knows their job exceptionally well, are super friendly, and always professional.Dr. Ellen is a superb dentist who has brought me from hating life due to chronic dental pain caused by Dr. Targos to being able to eat again, off all pain medication, and almost back to where I started sensitivity wise (at zero). She is a professional expert of the truest nature and i would recommend her to anyone at anytime. If I were not Military and moving in three months I would say that I have found a dentist for life!

Really friendly and comfortable environment and the dentist is amazing.

I had a very bad experience with a crown proceedure last year. I was very leary about doing it again, but was assured by Dr. Berry and his staff that they would make sure it would be different. And it was. Dr. Berry took the time to explain what he would be doing each step of the way. It went very well. I had no pain and did not feel like I was drowning. Dr. Berry and his assistant, Charika, were very helpful and caring about how I was doing at all times.. I have a choice and I will stay with this office. Thanks so much, Dr. Berry , Barb, Autumn, and Charika.

I had a cleaning , and filling done at this office , and it was a very pleasant visit . The staff members were very sweet , and cheerful . It was the first time I have ever had a filling , and had my mouth numbed .I was expecting it to be uncomfortable , or painful , but the dentist was a seasoned pro , and it was easy as pie , with no discomfort whatsoever !
