Everyone was super helpful and knowledgeable! Knowing that they sell used equipment, I wasn’t sure they’d have what I was looking for. When I mentioned “carving ski”, Bill happened to be coming my way from the back, and took me straight to the skis I decided to buy. He recommended an edge tune that would provide the best grip, while maintaining edge, and the price was too good to resist. I’ll be back again to see what other deals I can find!

Great store, great employees, fair prices on maintenance, store had a good selection of gear, would recommend it to anyone in the area.Went in to get some snowboard bindings setup and my wife wanted her skis waxed and edged. I had Burton bindings for a Lib Tech board and didnt realize the mounting holes were different for the two. Tre and Tyler ended up getting it worked out after a bit and were great to sit around and chat with while they worked.11/10 experience would go back for any other ski/board needs.

I had an excellent experience in this store. I was helped by Tre, who helped answer a ton of questions for me as I am a beginner. He explained everything clearly, and I had a lot more knowledge once I left the shop. I bought a board, and I will be back for any other gear I will need going forward.

Went onto the store today to get my first board, etc. Had a great time getting everything figured out. The guys took their time to help me out and make sure I had what I needed. I didnt feel pressured, at all, into buying anything now expensive than I wanted, and Trey was super helpful as he kept in mind that a low price-point was important to me. Didnt even make it to the store. Unhelpful employee on the phone wouldnt bother walking over and looking at a rack for me.Do you have any 130 or 140 skis for kids?I dont know, youd have to come in and look.Will you take our trade-in skis?I dont know, well have to look.So you cant tell me whether I can get skis that fit my kid, and you wont tell me whether youll take my trade-in? Its a half hour drive to get there. I need to waste an hour of my time if you dont have the right size?Yeah.Two stars because Ive heard its a good experience. Looks like Ill be going back to Epic. Guess thats why you need an appointment at Epic but you can walk into Outabounds.

Came in today looking for a snowboarding coat for my wife, and to ask a couple questions about best way to go about a board and everything for my 5 and 6 year old that were going to get riding next year! The staff was awesome and they have a great program where you can buy the first year used even and bring back the next year and get 50% off.. if your like me and want your kids to ride this is the only thing I know of that makes sense. The boards are nice even! Cant wait to go back this fall to go up our little guys:) also my wife found a used probably $200 jacket for $50 in great condition its even white and looks new!!!

This is a fantastic shop. I am new to skiing and needed help finding skis, boots, etc. I worked with Bill and he was incredibly helpful. He took me through all of the considerations and made useful suggestions based on my answers to his questions. By the end, I felt confident that I had purchased quality equipment at an extremely reasonable price. I will absolutely be returning for any other ski-related needs I have in the future.

We purchased from Outabounds because they provide 50% off a trade in the next year. We have a growing 4 year old and felt that this would be more cost effective than renting. We originally went in August to purchase the gear but after talking to the rep he recommended that we wait until we were going to actually be using the gear so that he wouldnt outgrow the gear before we even used it. Kiddos can grow a lot in 5 months. So instead of making a sale they did right by the customer to at least make the recommendation to wait. We went in last weekend to purchase everything. After trying the boots they were a tad too big they welcomed us back to exchange for a smaller boot with no issues. I appreciate that this is a family owned business who makes skiing affordable for families.

Great local shop. Mark the gentleman who helped us was , helpfully, patient and took the time to explain how binding were being set up. I have not skied in 11 years since my hip replacement and he took the time to setup my skis just right to make me comfortable on the slopes again. I forgot how much I enjoyed skiing. I did have a small problem with 1 of my boots, they went back in they exchanged the boots for a brand new pair at a good price with no problem at all. We also have since gone back and taken all three of my kids to get set up for boots and skis for the first time and Mark was great with the kids and helping them get all of them situated. Overall a great experience.

What a fantastic little (not so little) shop! I’ve lived here for 8 years and never knew about Outabounds. We found them while looking for a snowboard set up for my 4 year old and I’m blown away with their kid’s selection. They took the time to fit him properly and everyone was so nice and knowledgeable. Lauren is the best! I am a beginner skier with no real knowledge of the gear and she made the whole process incredibly easy. She also went out of her way to give me tips and pointers to help me improve and suggested a few resorts that are perfect for anyone new to skiing. Cant say enough good things!! This shop has been in my neighborhood all along and I never knew it was here. I was outfitting my granddaughters for snowboarding and Will was very patient as we had to have just the right look and fit! Prices are reasonable, service is terrific (especially compared to the big retailers) and the people are friendly. Shop here first before you blow big money and get less at one of the chain stores.

Dropped in to buy some used ski boots. Team there was great - super quick, friendly, and found a great set up. A good collection of high quality used gear from the high country.

I was so impressed with all the help. Most often when staff asks if they can help they really can’t, in this case the staff got someone who could and Lauren was awesome. Even though I am an experienced skier and a past ski patroller I have a replaced knee and hip and she knew just what equipment I needed to enjoy my ski day. She really knows her stuff, I will be back and recommending this store.

I saw this place had great reviews and they did not disappoint! They had a great selection of gently (meaning BARELY) used boots at a great price, including very small women’s sizing. I always struggle with renting and getting pushed into children’s’ boots so I am ecstatic to have found a pair of my own without breaking the bank. Top brands and they also carry new. Friendly and very knowledgeable service - I will definitely be going back!!Only downside is there is limited parking due to its location by Enterprise. Be sure to read the signage and time your trip accordingly. I did not have an issue, but I could see that being frustrating in the evening or on a weekend.

Third time in Colorado and this time Im actually staying for a while. I wanted to pick up a new hobby while out here for work, so snowboarding is what I want to start doing to kill time out here. I started looking at snowboard shops around where im staying at and this place was close to the top of that list. Wasnt too far from my hotel. I walked in and Lauren was super friendly and showed me what they had. I know its close to the end of season, so they didnt have a ton of selection. I did, however, end up purchasing a jacket, gloves and goggles to start my snowboarding adventures. I hope to be back soon to check out their snowboards/boots.

You need to put somewhere on your website when you’re closed for the season. Checked you website before I left, didn’t see anything about you being done for the season, drove all the way out here and the doors are locked. A-Basin and Breckinridge are still open and people are still skiing, you guys clearly don’t want to make any money.Update, 5-4-2021The business owner reached out and explained that their Google page had not updated yet, so Ill blame technology for this confusion. I plan on visiting this shop again once they reopen for the next ski season.

This place is awesome. I got my snowboard as a birthday present from this shop over the summer. It was my first day snowboarding last week at Keystone and I noticed I dinged the top of my basically new demo board from them and asked them about it. They said warranty only covers manufacturers defects but they can repair the board by sealing it with epoxy so water doesnt seep in and cause further damage for no extra cost. When I went in, it seemed they were super busy but Mark got it done in just a few days. It was amazing service and super fast. I will definitely come back again. Marie was also super helpful on the google maps chat and answered all my questions promptly.

This place is great! They have good gear at good prices. I cant remember the guy that helped me but he was awesome. Got new Ride boots, Ride bindings and a K2 Broadcast board for what I paid for my Solomon board last year. Highly recommend

I have never snowboarded in my life. Recently bought a board/bindings at a garage sale. I went to outbounds, the staff was super helpful. They helped me find everything else I need to hit the slopes. Everything was at a great price and the staff gave me good advice for a first timer. They really went above and beyond, more than just a regular pro shop.

Great service, friendly, affordable and great selection. The staff where very helpful with finding me the best boot fit. They even went through the trouble of changing boot snaps for me and gave me insoles. I bought used boots and just rented the skis for the season.

Planned a ski trip over Thanksgiving weekend. Almost all places in the cities where closed but I wanted to ski early fri and sat. After calling to see about rental and office hours they informed me that they where closed for Thanksgiving like most city rental shops but since they lived close would be happy to come in and set me up. Ended up walking out with some new gear and hit the slopes on time. Family business that cares about customers. Also has some great deals on last years equipment.

Its been a few decades since I knew anything about snow skis. I bought skis off Craigs List, and boots at Outabounds. Every employee there I spoke with was excellent. One young man, who knows his stuff, assisted with making sure I could make minor adjustments to my bindings if needed. Thing is, within 4 or 5 minutes he figured out the boots, bindings, my weight and skills all matched, perfectly! I got lucky with my purchase and even luckier w/his expertise! Will be a returning customer.👍
