One of the fans on my laptop crapped out, and started buzzing and scraping against everything. I brought the laptop here - just walked in, without an appointment, and they told me it would take three days for diagnostics.Three days later, they told me exactly what was wrong, exactly how much it would cost to fix it, and how long it would take.We approved the repair, and they finished ahead of schedule.I have absolutely nothing to complain about.

I have used Laptop Repair Denver twice for my laptop in the past year. Both times they listened to what my issue was and were up front about the estimated time and cost. I like that I would get a text and an email with updates and that I could respond via text as to how to proceed. It is easy to get in and out of their location and I have never had a problem with parking. I had a battery issue and overheating issues, they were super flexible with me and diagnosed all of my laptops issues! Ordered parts and let me hang on to the laptop while they came in so I wasn’t SOL for work. ~$400 for a new battery, cleaning, thermal work and new fans! Not a bad deal at all. Great service done here for my laptop battery connector that was broken. Very professional and took care of things in a quick manner, while also keeping us up to date every step of the way.

I brought in my 4 year old HP laptop when the machine started making horrible noises, which I assumed were due to a faulty fan. The guys at Laptop Repair took in the machine and ran a diagnostic tool to find out what was really happening. Besides a bloated battery (a fairly common issue for HP laptops), the fan was indeed not working well, but it was the internal hard-disk that was making terrible noises. They recommended replacing the HD with a SSD, and replacing the fan and the battery. They ordered the parts which came in several days later, after-which they proceeded to perform the repairs. At this point, with my new old laptop, everything is great again. The machine boots faster and is dead quiet. I am very thankful to the team at Laptop Repair, not just for fixing the problems, but for also backing up and restoring my entire 550+ gb drive - all programs run great with no need to re-install anything. Great job!

I brought my 9-year old HP laptop to this place on Friday May 28, 2021 to have the screen replaced. I was told that diagnostics usually take 1-3 business days.I received a text on Tuesday 6/1 indicating the only components that failed diagnostics are the screen and the hard drive and they suspect the reason for the hard drive failing was due to a drop. I was told the hard drive still operates, but it is exceptionally slow (keep in mind this is a 9 YEAR OLD LAPTOP!!! I KNOW THE HD IS SLOW!!!). They offered to replace the mechanical HD with a solid state HD and perform an OS reload. Then they offered to help me install any specific programs and settings in house for the low low price of $110 an hour (again, keep in mind this is a 9-year old laptop!). I was given quotes to replace the HD and perform an OS reload for anywhere from $287 to $632 and parts would take 5-7 business days. Keeping in mind this is a 9-YEAR OLD LAPTOP why would ANYONE pay these kinds of prices to refurbish it? Wouldnt it be better to spend that kind of money on a BRAND NEW LAPTOP?!?!?After receiving their kind offer (HA!) I decided to just pick up the laptop and take my chances replacing the screen myself. I stopped in to pick it up the next day and was told it would take some time to reassemble it. Since I was going to order the replacement screen myself I told them to just give it back to me and to not reassemble it. I waited a few minutes and one of their employees gave me the laptop with the old screen and a bag of tiny screws...I took my laptop home and ordered a replacement screen from Amazon for $54! Once the new screen arrived I reinstalled it but noticed I had many extra screws left over.After replacing the screen I powered it up. The screen worked fine, however it would not boot up. I tried everything I could think of but nothing worked.On Wednesday June 9th I took my laptop back to Laptop Repair Denver and explained that the problem was. They offered to run diagnostics on it and let me know.I received a text from Corey later that afternoon that read: I figured out the issue causing your laptop not to boot. Can you swing by before 3:30 pm and I will sit down with you and show you why it wasnt bootingI stopped by and Corey proceeded to turn the laptop over and removed the cover over the hard drive. The hard drive wasnt even secured and the cable from the HD to the mother board was missing...NO WONDER IT WOULDNT BOOT UP!!! AND I FIGURED OUT WHERE THE EXTRA SCREWS WENT!!!Corey asked me if I still had the extra screws they gave me and I told him they were at home but I could get them and bring them back in about 30 minutes. Then he asked if I had the cable for the HD and was ADAMANT that it was returned to me when I picked up the laptop. I told Corey that I was never given a cable (only a bag of screws) and furthermore I had NEVER removed the cover for the HD...EVER! At that point Corey said he could check the security camera footage to prove they gave me the cable (which they could not find...) After a few minutes of arguing back and forth about the cable that I was never given and basically being accused of lying, the owner Mike overheard the conversation and offered to order a replacement cable and reassemble the device.Later that day I received a text from Mike to let me know the replacement cable had been ordered and they should have it by the following Monday (6/14/21).They received the replacement cable on 6/14 but it was the wrong one. They offered me a loaner laptop until they could get the correct cable (which I declined). I was then told it would take a while to get one because they had to get it from the UK but they would see if they had a cable that would work.After all of the BS for the last 2 weeks they emailed to let me know their repair caused a short circuit and the mother board was fried...REALLY?!?I was given a choice of 2 refurbished laptops to replace mine...DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE - VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!!

UNPROFESSIONAL. First off, they actually open around 9:10 or whenever they feel like showing up. It took them 3 full days to tell me the battery was the problem when I came in with that information. They sent me that information via text message at 4:59pm when they close at 5:00pm. This text message required a response from me BUT since it was sent with one minute on the clock, I wouldn’t be likely to respond in time before closing. And when all was said and done it was way overpriced anyway. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR TIME. Look literally anywhere else. The Mexican restaurant next to them can probably give you better computer service.

They do a great job replacing the front plate on a cracked iPhone 6 Plus phone at a reasonable price and reminded me to fix the camera as well. In addition they cloned my 12 yr old PC and sold me as reasonably priced used PC. Great guys, timely and professional!!

My computer is several years old and was running slower than normal so took it to Laptop Repair as it is close to my home. Mike, Ibsa and Corey were not only professional and friendly but diagnosed my computer as needing a new OS. They gave me several options and worked with me to choose the best one. I felt the price was reasonable given the new OS, transferring my documents back on the computer and adding new virus protection software. It was definitely less expensive than buying a new laptop. The screen on my laptop was literally falling off and the screws were all broken off. After 2 hours of research trying to find out how to fix my laptop and find what part to order I decided to try getting it fixed by this company. I wasnt hopeful itd be worth it rather than just buying a new Laptop. About 6 days later I had my laptop back and they fixed it for half the cost of what I was expecting. Their diagnosis fee is $45 which they roll into the cost of repair. Maybe I just have no idea what laptop repairs usually cost but this is probably about as good as it gets.They answered all of my texts within minutes, it was super easy to work with this company.
