I had specific needs to call for tech help! I needed to take online lessons from an instructor in Costa Rica where I needed to watch the technique of the inside of his hands and learn to do the same with my hands.It required 2 devices at the same time.. Just too confusing for me! I had 2 young men from Groovey Tek come to my studio (one in training) and they explained and set up my devices so easily! I took notes and we practiced connecting until I felt comfortable! There was even time leftover for more unrelated how toos!

I have been using GroovyTek for several years now…since the first time I saw their ad in the Denver Post. I cannot say enough positive things about this terrific organization. The technicians are highly-skilled in computer technology and, without exception, have been able to correct all of my issues. For the majority of my issues, they went further and trained me in the correction processes so I can take care of many things on my own now!I think the thing that impresses me the most, though (especially compared to other computer technicians I have worked with), is their honed listening skills and their ability to be patient and understanding. In my experience, these abilities are rare in this “high-tech” world.Now, I am not a young woman but, throughout my entire career in the government industry, my work was at a computer station and I was kept up to date on innovations, improvements, upgrades, and the like, and received considerable training on same. 12/13 was a great day because of Austin from Groovy Tek. He helped connect my fairly new computer to an older Dell printer. Then, it got better when he helped me connect my digital camera photos to my computer. Simple to him, but a mystery to me! Groovy Tek is a great choice and you get a follow up e mail with printable instructions to refresh what the tech taught you. We will be customers always.

Derek was the rep who helped me today. He connected the printer to my computer, tweaked the computer to rid it of unnecessary things, and during all of it took the time to explain the what and why of what he was doing. He wrote notes for me, and I took my own notes so I can go back and use the information in the future. I am not a fan of computers or technology. No problem. He explained things in a way that I understand. GroovyTek has been so helpful in managing the technology.

I was so pleased to find Groovy Tech. Although I am pretty tech savy in some areas there are others where I need help. Groovy tech has helped me fill in that gap of information. I made an appointment to help me sync my devices and also help me learn how to organize my photos. The trainer knowledgeable and able to explain things very clearly.

Derrick is absolutely great. He very completely walked me through the process of digitalizing my photos, then showed me how to work with them to create albums. He is very nimble and addressed topics such as how to copy files from an old computer to a newer computer and how to integrate material on my phone with my computer. Nothing has stumped him yet. My first phone session was very productive and enjoyable. Derricks listening and communication skills helped me to simplify photo transfers from the cloud, camera and mobile phone. I learned about free apps and tips on backups and sharing. I had my questions ready for the call so every minute was productive. I have recently completed my 3 sessions with GroovyTek over a 2 month time frame. I joke that this was a marriage saving decision. Really it was a no brainer type of decision. Leo, my trainer, was always prompt and courteous. He spoke in terms I could understand not speaking to me like I am a child and not technical jargon. My biggest concern was the cloud and lack of storage remaining on cloud on my iphone. As a new grandma I have a phone full of photos of my grandson - each equally important. I do not like being harassed by my phone to buy more storage or to hear continually I have a problem. He not only took care of this concern he printed me directions so I can do it myself. After 2 sessions devoted to my phone, we used the 3rd session to test out an old tablet and double check the security settings on my laptop. I do recommend GroovyTek to my friends and I shamelessly tell them to ask for Leo - hes the best

We have had 4 sessions with GroovyTech and both Ashley and George were outstanding in their knowledge, professionalism ,and recognition of when we needed to learn something and when they could simply fix a problem. Today, Ashley did Mac and PC and fixed earphones that a big box store tech set up but we lost connection the day after they left.

Just finished a session with Ryan. He is the best! He didnt just show me, he made me use the phone myself and even tested me to demonstrate what I was learning. I had a session with Groovy Tek over the phone today. It was extremely helpful to me because I was able to see everything that he was doing on my computer as he was talking. I was then able to follow his actions to do what he was doing as well. My biggest problem had been just having technicians telling me what to do, I was not able to remember as much after the session. Today, Derrick showed me what my problem was and how it could be solved. All this in 30 minutes! What a way to go!

I had a very malicious malware attack on my Samsung Note8 phone which took over my notification settings and substituted a face unknown to me on every call that came in after that (and I didnt even answer the initial call that started it all,) then pop-up ads followed. I had Derrick Le out and with escalating steps of research, he was able to solve it with a wipe of the phone. I am GREATLY relieved to have my normal functioning phone back! I highly recommend GroovyTek as a solution for this type of problem. We also went through some file management and other stuff which will improve my productivity....Yeah!

Groovytek says 5G technology defies the laws of physics and allows WiFi signals(radio waves) to travel faster than the speed of light. I don’t recommend taking classes from people who don’t have a grasp of the basics.

My instructor Derrick was terrific. He showed me many important features on the computer and was extremely patient. I highly recommend him.

This is a great service! I worked here for a little while and the managers really take pride in helping folks out with their technology needs. Ive never worked with a group of people that cared so much about their product and clientele. Customers were always calling in to express their appreciation for the trainers, as they are always friendly and patient.

I have a GroovyTek membership which allows me to seek advice over the phone. I was unable to get any response from my IPhone despite trying every suggestion from “techie” friends. I had dropped my phone the prior evening, but as the screen & case hadn’t cracked I did not suspect that drop might be the culprit!I called GroovyTec & requested a 1/2 hour phone diagnosis. I was immediately told that I would receive a call from Derrick, one of their technicians at a specified time. Derrick called at the appointed time & after asking just a few key questions, he determined that I had damaged something beneath my iPhone cover even though the cover didn’t crack. He suggested that I take my phone to a company called “You BreakiFix” to confirm his diagnosis & provided me with the company’s address & phone# & gave me a repair cost estimate should his diagnosis prove correct. Derrick’s diagnosis was “spot-on” as was his cost estimate to repair the problem. I was impressed with Derrick’s courtesy, professionalism, & tech knowledge.
