Love our floors. Bob Jason and Brett did a wonderful job and they were so good to work with. I will definitely recommend them.

Beautiful work! Janice, Bob and installers where wonderful. They brought our floors back to new and added onto them. You can’t tell where the old meets the new, amazing!

We did our research and Gray’s was recommended by every high end builder in town. They accommodated us within 6 weeks of our phone call, showed up on time, clean , friendly, personable. They were creative at helping us by adding a border to accommodate our existing oak in our house while going darker with the floors. I would highly recommend them! Thanks again Bob, Jason, Dale and the rest of the crew, we LOVE our floors.

Very satisfied w/Bob, Jason and Dale! Floors had a poly stain finish which was awful in so many ways. Jason and Dale sanded the floors to bare wood followed with stain and three finishes. Wonderful rich looking floors at the end. Pricey compared to poly stain finish applied before, however well worth lengthy process and correcting previous work.

Poor customer service!!! As soon as I contacted them to for a quote, I had issues. When we were trying to schedule an in-home consultation, they were not very accommodating and stated they dont do any consultations after 5pm (not really helpful for people who work 9-5pm jobs). It took us a while to lock down a few other quotes before we proceeded with this company. We reached out in the end of the July and they said they couldnt get us schedule until October 1st. 09/21 - I received an email stated there were issue with scheduling and we had to reschedule for November. While Im sympathetic to the medical issues you had with your employees, I would have rather a phone call than an email. Its incredibly impersonal. Im really disappointment in the communication I received throughout this whole process. We decided to cancel the service and go with another company charging more.

Grays refinished our flooring after a dishwasher leak. They were reasonably priced, extremely friendly and the results were outstanding. We would highly recommend Grays.
