Ive been trying to get my washing machine fixed for approximately 6 weeks. Repairs are covered under my extended warranty. A tech has been here multiple times. He was knowledgeable and friendly, but was unable to fix the machine. Sears sent him a motherboard to replace the faulty one, but it didnt work, so he put the old one back in, and told me to hold tight until Sears sends him a replacement. That was a 4 weeks ago.This company emailed me asking me to rate them on Google, so thats what Im doing. Ive spent many hours and many hundreds of dollars (in the form of extended warranty) trying to get my washing machine fixed, to no avail. This company doesnt seem to honor the contracts they sell to their customers.
They wouldnt even come check out the problem because they thought it was too old for them to even look at
