I called the team last week to come cut down a tree, which they did with no issue whatsoever- not even one branch left on the ground! They just came back today for more work in my yard, removing bushes and trimming up whats overgrown, so itll be easier to maintain later. This was my first time having trees removed so I wasnt sure exactly what to expect, but from the time of the initial phone call to the time 13 pine trees were cut, stumps ground, and everything hauled away was 60 hours.By far the best price in nearby area. My yard is on a retaining wall and there is at least a 30-35ft drop.They did an amazing job! If I had to describe my experience with this company in one word it would be UNRELIABLE. We talked and set a time for them to come remove some trees resting on our house. Said day rolls around and no one shows up. No one answers any calls or responds to any voicemails. I still have not heard anything a week later. I understand things are hectic after the derecho, but you cant even give us a simple call back? Thankfully we found an out of state tree service that did the job the next day.

We had an appointment to get a quote on a Monday evening at 6pm. No one showed up or answered the phone. I left a message and didn’t hear from anyone so I called at 3pm on Tuesday. The person on the phone was very rude saying they had an emergency (understandable) but I mentioned we didn’t receive a call letting us know no one was coming and they said “I’m telling you now...”. They didn’t offer to reschedule or anything so clearly will not be doing business with them.

Filled out a request online for an estimate and called the next day to follow up to see if they’d be able to give me an estimate in the next few days and wasn’t asked what it was for or anything about the job, just told probably not and that they’re booked out two weeks. Wasn’t even offered to be put on the schedule. When I said how unprofessional that was just got yep as a response.

What a professional job. A huge, almost 10 meter tall Conifer was about to be removed an not easy, as it was partly overhanging into the house roof space. I am glad, I made the right decision by asking Cedar Rapids Tree Service to do the job. He and his team of dedicated workers finished the job in no time and left the place spotlessly clean. One of our trees in the front yard split on a Sunday morning. We called Dylan Erlacher and he promptly came over and gave us a fair estimate and said he could do that day. The tree was cut down, removed, and cleaned up by late afternoon. Service was professional and price was fair. Would recommend and would call again if needed.

Cedar Rapids Tree Service and his team were very professional from start to finish. They arrived at the job site 5 minutes early, assessed the tree needing removal and had it cut down within 20 minutes. I popped inside to get the lads a beer for their hard work and by the time i came back out they had already cleaned up the entire site of debris as well. Very good tree service company in Cedar Rapids. We used them on a rental property of ours that needed a tree removed - very professional and easy to work with.

We used Cedar Rapids Tree Service for some tree trimming in our front yard. We had some severely overgrown maple trees (not sure the exact variety). They did a great job in thinning them out and re-shaping them.
