The gentlemen that came and trimmed our ash tree did an amazing job! They took their time and got the tree looking wonderful! The kids enjoyed watching them and they were super friendly waving back and saying him to them. The yard looked amazing when they were done everything was raked up and removed and they used a leaf blower for the final touches. All around they were amazing and we highly recommend this company!! Best ones hands down

We had three very large trees to remove after the derecho and they werent in places with easy access. The skill to drop very large limbs without taking out our neighbors garage... wow. The entire crew was nice, communicative, and very concerned that we liked the job they were doing. Jenn was a gem, she responded in reasonable time and hid nothing about the job. Very different from other companies weve had perform tree services! Highly recommended.

Was referred here because i had trouble finding someone to come out to give me an estimate for my trees stuck in my trees from the derecho. i called and talked with Jen and she came out right away, she had amazing communication with me from the start and was so genuine and personable. They were able to get me scheduled sooner than i even expected. The crew did such an amazing job and i am so thankful to every single one of them. They worked tirelessly for 2 days and even cleaned up sticks from my yard that wasnt even from the trees they removed. for once since the storm i feel like i am seeing light at the end of the tunnel. i am so very grateful for arbor tech and the team they have. Trustworthy , honest and dependable is what you will get. i cannot thank you guys enough. They are stellar.

Hard working (didnt even take a lunch break?), friendly and responsible like Ive never seen. Clean up? Couldnt be better. Excellent work done on removing some very large trees after the derecho. Required a crane and some complex removal, but arborist did an excellent job at safely and cleanly removing our trees from our house with no further damage done.

Very impressed with Arbor Tech. They did everything asked: tree removal and saving a derecho damaged tree - they picked up all twigs/debris, leveled the snow around the removed tree, and cleaned up the sidewalks near the tree too. I trust them and would hire these folks again in a heartbeat!

We had agreed on a day and time for them to show up to trim my tree. It was almost 2 months ago. Im still waiting. No returning my calls or responding to emails. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Arbor Tech did a wonderful job taking the legs out of the ash trees in our front yard. It doesnt take very long for a mature ash tree to get shaggy with new interior growth and it had been several years since they were last cleaned out. All of the new growth was creating a good deal of wind loading and causing branches to break. We wont have to worry about that for a few more years now, the trees are cleaned up and look very nice. The owner and his crew arrived around lunch time, cleaned out the two trees, finished their yard clean up by 2:30 and then headed off to their next appointment. I am not exaggerating when I say that the crew knows their way around the canopy of a tree and how to make a tree look good. The price was fair and exactly what was quoted, I would highly recommend their services to anyone that is looking to have their trees prettied up. And as an extra bonus the crew was friendly and easy to talk with.Thanks again to Arbor Tech, we will be calling them again in two years for an assessment of any new growth.

Accepted a job. Never showed up or did I get a call saying they would not be out. could not get ahold of them after that. I have left messages but no return calls. Piss poor way to run a business! Would not recommend to anyone.

Very knowledgeable, with extremely great eye for what your trees could become! They seem to love what they do, and truly care about your trees. Not only do they give your trees the proper care that they need, they make them look great as well! They are respectable and make it look like they were never there except the fact that your trees look great!

I hired arbor tech to do some forest clean up and take out a few old dead trees and I cannot say enough nice things about them! They worked for 2 days, showed up early and worked hard all day long and did a great job! they got more done than I had anticipated and did a great job cleaning up the yard and were very nice and hard working and professional! Will be using again for sure!!

Great company! I wouldn’t trust any other company in the Cedar Rapids area for any tree or landscaping needs. They are very polite and you get an update if anything in the schedule has been pushed back due to weather. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who has tree work needed to be done!!

My yard looks better than ever! Living in a wooded section on the NE side, we have used several companies for Tree removal and trimming and Arbor Tech is our new favorite. We had a full day of work scheduled with Arbor Tech Tree Service which included removal of a large tree with stump grinding, thin out some extra full trees, remove some dead wood, and groom some really large evergreens so that lawn mowing wasnt so difficult. The 4 man crew tackled my list and cleaned up everything including our mounds of pine needles. They are priced fairly and can handle your job. Arbor Tech exceeded my expectation!

Friendly people. Tree looks great after the trimming and I didn’t need to cleanup the yard after they left. They took care of it all.

Their arborist (Rob) showed up on day 4 drunk and belligerent. I was home alone and didnt feel safe. He is an angry drunk and I regret not calling the police. Do not hire!

When the big front line wind storm came through in June 2015 we had multiple tall (80) black locust trees that had snapped in half about 10-15 above the ground and were posing a risk to continue falling which would cause damage to our house or potentially hurt someone on the ground. Literally left our back yard and deck unusable due to the looming threat of those trees continuing their fall. No tree companies would call back or if they did come out to look at the job they said no thanks and would leave. Arbor Tech ended up coming over and really got us out of a jam at reasonable rates. Removed the tall, awkward trees safely and then removed all of the wood without damaging our landscaping. Took the time to In the face of a disaster you really figure out who has good customer service and who tries to take advantage of those in need. Very, very pleased with Arbor Tech and would recommend.
