Steve and Sharon are very personable and easy to work with. Theyre knowledgeable and up to date on the latest tax laws and have always completed our taxes in a timely manner. We started using them about 6 years ago and now, we wouldnt think of going anywhere else. Plus, their prices are low!

It only takes 1 bad experience to change an opinion. Id never had a problem with this business until Steve did mine and my fiances taxes this last year. We moved from a state with local taxes. Mine were filled out wrong, I ended up fixing them. Both of our IA state returns were missing a part year resident form. Somehow my fiances got fixed but I got a letter months later saying I owed the state more than I made in the state in 2017. Took it in to Steve and simply got a letter to mail to the State saying I was a part year resident. Still no official form. Called Sharon, who Ive never had a problem with, and she knew right away what was wrong and filled out an amended return. Now Im getting calls from the state that I owe money that I dont owe and it could take up to 6 months to process the amended return. The only answer I get is theyre human and make mistakes. I can understand once, but not twice on my taxes and once on my fiances. I also had to call back about not getting my referral bonus and was told it was taken off my fee, it wasnt. Luckily a check was mailed for that mistake. I could file my own taxes online but I pay for a service for peace of mind. I dont expect to be this inconvenienced and theres no peace of mind this year. Not sure if myself or any of my family will ever go back.

We have been working with this firm for about 4 years. They are wonderful, easy to work with and do a fantastic job.
