Not helpful At all, doesnt seem to handle or have experience with anything related to whats going on in The rental property I am currently renting. Also when they went threw My Apt With my landlord my roommate witnessed our house Left wide open unlocked And things moved around in the apt.after they had done a Walk threw.

I had dealt with some bugs in my new apt and they sent Tyler out and never have I felt more comfort and support in dealing with something this embarrassing. Tyler not only made sure I understood what he was doing and why but was very friendly and easy to talk to. This company hires great people and does a fantastic job!! So I would like to revise my review because I really appreciate when a company goes above and beyond to make things right, and Certified Pest Control certainly did that. He was thorough, friendly, and did a good job!

Awesome experience with Certified Pest Control. Melissa showed up early, answered all of our questions and taught us a ton about what we can do to mitigate insect problems in the future. Will definitely call them again if there are any other pest issues.

Extremely professional detailed-oriented And timely with service. My husband and I just purchase our first home and they came out after we had a few concerns about pest. But remember you saw was professional and took the time to discuss and educated us on some pest prevention. We will continue to use them for prevention maintenance.

Today when the apartment complex I live in was being sprayed, the person who sprayed my apartment left my door completely unlocked and not closed all the way. This is extremely unprofessional and completely unacceptable.

I had a good experience with working with them. I had a bat problem in my attic. They got to me right away and installed a one way bat valve. They were reasonably priced and answered all my questions. Would recommend and use them in the future!

Nevin the owner is really dedicated to taking care of his customers, he came out with his crew today to personally oversee our widespread bee and wasp problem, they went above and beyond using multiple treatment methods for each of the bees and differents wasps i had on the property.Thanks very much for coming out and helping me guys, see you again next year!

Tyler did a fabulous job. He was friendly, thorough and professional. He took time to explain things and a bonus my dogs loved him. Will absolutely use their services again and suggest them to my friends and family.

I would love to be able to give more than 5 stars to this company. I had Robert out today to figure out where mice were getting into our home. This was a new problem to us and we had no idea how to approach it. To begin with, Robert was so polite and courteous and I could tell that he takes great pride in his work. He did a thorough inspection of the interior and exterior of our home. He found several possible points of entry and sealed them. He placed bait boxes inside and out and used something in our crawl spaces. He sealed areas around our foundation and even repaired some cracks in our front steps with concrete because the cracks were possible entry points. He looked in our cupboards and behind appliances and all along our baseboards. I feel completely confident that I will never see another mouse in our house thanks to Robert and Certified Pest Control. I highly recommend them!

Eric is the best! I called today with a bald-faced hornets nest I needed removed ASAP and Eric was able to be at the house within an hour of calling to do the removal. He was kind, considerate and ensured we were safe during the removal. I can’t say thank you enough!

Dave was awesome! We have had ant troubles and I gave certified pest control the call. He was punctual, informative and used pet and child safe products which was important to me. As he was treating he also checked for termites as well. Great service highly recommend!

I had a guy show up and tell my renters he would be contacting me shortly with an estimate to remove bats from attic. 2 weeks later never heard back but i got a bill for 100 bucks for the inspection. Called on Friday and was told he would call me Monday. Monday at 4:30 pm still no call. I call back. The guys are still not in the office but she reviews a sheet and says it will $1000 to seal the attic and install “bat doors”. (This lets them out but not back in). I ask how many hours this entails and she informs me it is 2 guys working 6 hours plus the bat door cost and follow up. When i mention i am in the wrong business and should go into the bat control business making almost 100 bucks an hour, she got defensive and said i should go somewhere else. Now, she was very nice i must say, and she did remove the initial 100 dollar inspection fee so i am really torn here. Lousy communication with the inspector, HORRIBLY overpriced but a very nice and polite phone gal. Can not reccomend this place one bit but kudos to the phone girl. She was very polite:)

Very polite and flexible when I had to reschedule. They came out to do a bat inspection and gave us a quote to fix our problem.

I have had Certified in my home, my parents, sisters and friends have also. Its a 5 star company in the facts, they dont want to take your money for spraying that is not needed nor will they sell any product not needed. The assistance Ive received on the phone is nothing Id get anywhere else. I can only share my opinion on here but my sisters, mothers and friends follow suit.
