Phuong did an amazing job on my Winnie the Pooh nails for my baby shower! I love them and can’t wait to show them off! I’ve always been happy with anything I get done here but this time she blew me away!

This place is family owned and operated and they are the sweetest people. The art that they create for me is amazing . I am always getting compliments. Sometimes if it’s busy you may have to wait a while but to be honest I like the wait because they are wonderful and it’s so entertaining and all the laughs are worth it . I tell everyone to come here !!!

Paris Nails is a welcoming and has a great family friendly atmosphere. Clean, professional and very friendly fun Salon. I’m always welcomed when I walk in and made to feel special. They offer competitive prices, drinks and a punch card. I would recommend this Salon to any of my friends.

This is the 2nd time I have started this review. Decided to condense it just to say I nor my daughter will return. Long story short,the woman who waxed my daughters eye brows this A.M. was so interested in adding to the phone call that was on speaker phone, she waxed off half of my daughters eyebrow.

Good place for shellac/gel. They take first come first serve, no appointments. They are inexpensive of you tell them you dont want a manicure, and only polish.

Only place I will recommend to anyone!! Staff are so friendly and nice- they make you feel right at home!! 5 STAR ALWAYS :)

Nail fell off in a week but staff was nice!

Went in and Tia did my nails and did a great job! Offered me a drink, and we had a nice time talking. She made sure I liked everything as she went along (like the nail length and how wide the white was on my French tip). Top notch place!

The staff was friendly, however it was very filthy, I tried to remain hopeful as I seen people coming in and were obviously regulars. Let’s just say I have my nails done on a regular basis and never had such a sloppy rough job done! The half @&& do everything, my toes had paint on the sides and clipped around the edges hard. The woman who did my hands stated she was going to do a better job than I had already gotten done....ya right! She put little cuts on my fingers never cleaned my cuticles or under my nails, never do half the stuff other nail salons do and my cost 90.00.... I paid and gave a tip she was expecting it....don’t ever go there, ever! I just moved here and will never go back I was never so tense in my life ugh!

I came in to get my nails fixed from another salon. They were scheduled to close soon but stayed late. The last nail salon (diamond nails) made my acrylic nails too thin. In less than 24 hours one chipped off. I am always happy coming to Paris nails. They always are so friendly and so much fun to BS with. They rarely talk Vietnamese between themselves. it shows they really care about their clients. 😊

This place is filthy with horrible customer service. The salon staff yell throughout the store at each other. Very unprofessional. I asked for a matte finish twice and ended upwith a very shiny finished, was told yes it will turn matte color after a little while. My acrylic nails were put on crooked and when she tried to curve the tips they looked completely lopsided. I would not recommend this place. They had the television on and music playing so loud. Not a very relaxing visit at all.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this place!!! Phuong is the best! Always entertaining while I have my nails done and they make sure you are happy before you pay and leave! I would NEVER go anywhere else! Highly recommend!

This is a great place in Cedar Rapids to get your nails done! They are all very kind, funny, and extremely experienced. They have wine upon request and bottled water. The prices are fair and they have always done a great job on my manicure and pedicure.

I went here because of the good reviews. Cant understand the reviews as this was the very worst pedicure I ever got. The guy did not want to trim my nails, but when he finally did he left the edges of my big toe nails on so my big toe nails look u-shaped. He painted my cuticles as well as my nails, looks like a polish job from a kid. And worst of all during the sugar scrub instead of massaging my legs he repeatedly scratched me with his fingernails. DO NOT GO HERE!

They were very friendly and fast. My nails look fantastic and I dont think I was there for more than an hour.. I would highly recommend someone to come here!

I go there every two weeks an have the owner do my nails she is amazing an a perfectionist, I had her sister in law do mine when she was out of town IAn she messed them up an wouldnt fix havent been back, also the other lady made this customer so uncomfortable in front of another customer because she didnt like a color she choose an only two toes were done at this time an called the owner husband over an the just told her they would charge her more if they take the color off it was reg paint an only two toes an the lady was so mortified she just kept the color she didnt like,,,

Had the worst experience here. Went in for a pedicure and it was one of the worst I have ever had. A pedicure is suppose to be relaxing but this left my feet hurting and sore on top of her digging into my skin. The woman cut up my feet so bad. And on top of that my feet were bleeding so bad that I didn’t want to get polish because I was scared the blood and polish would mix.... to make everything worse I look over and see a dead cockroach on its back by the side of the chair. To top it all off they didn’t seem apologetic and made it my fault that my feet were bleeding... they made me pay $20 for this butch job.

Took over a hour and a half For acrylics. The person doing my nails cut my fingers, didn’t seem to care though.After reading other reviews I’m scared they’re going to pop off

Just randomly decided to try this place. I am SO HAPPY WITH MY FULL SET!! She understood the specifics i requested, did very well with my few problem nail beds, asked several times if they looked ok & tended to the few discrepancies- which were very minor. I have specific logo designs I always get, she did GREAT for first time. I am very happy with the tech, services, outcome, and ability to converse. I am looking for a regular & consistent tech, excited to say I will be back!!UPDATE: Although I HAD a great experience & the finished service was exceptional, Im dissatisfied & disappointed to report that the nails all popped off by 4th day. My original nails are very flaky and usually have part of my nail still attached when fake nail lifts, these actually did pop off with no difficulty or damage to original nail bed. Had them done late on a Friday-12/29 by Tuesday-1/2 I had nothing left) it was a holiday weekend & I had no plans, so there was no strenuous activity, no chemicals in contact with, not even doing dishes. I was so very disappointed. I have had my nails done consecutively for over 12 years, since this incident I have not returned to a nail salon.

Do not go here for acrylic nails!My usual Salon was full, so I tried Paris Nails. First off, I needed my original acrylics off because it was time. The lady scraped under the acrylic nail with a nail tip to rip them off and made 2 of my fingers bleed from this. I’ve NEVER had that done. The one positive (and why I’m guving them two stars instead of 1) is that the finished nails looked really good! Everything was shaped right and the polish was applied nicely. They also had an awesome selection of colors to choose from.Fast forward to 5 days later on vacation and two nails just fall off - it wasn’t even painful, they just popped off. Which is why I know they weren’t applied correctly. Then the next day another falls off and two days after the fourth breaks right in half while I’m petting my dog. So very frustrating! It was a complete waste of $58. Will not go back here.

Friendly staff, dirty technician area had to wait due to minimal technicians. Had dip removed at different nail salon & took 2 hour to remove dip, Salon felt they used cheap products or acrylic powder for dip powder. Not good will NOT be returning. Stay away, no run away as fast as possible! Two stars for friendly staff.

Been going to this family owned salon for years and years...they are the best! So friendly and every service is top notch - do not go anywhere else in Cedar Rapids....just tell them Paly sent you and they will look after you😊

All my friends have raved about this place, i have no idea why. Dont bother to schedule on line, they never look at it. Their work is shoddy, the woman doing my nails was on her phone chatting for more than half of my appointment instead of paying attention to her work.

I love them so much they connect with you they do really good at designs they remember who you are so they know the way you like your nails Ive gone to them for 4 years now and wouldnt change it

I did not see him clean any utensils before or after(same as in other reviews Ive now read) he grabbed a tool and it was dirty so he looked at me to see if I noticed which I did so he simply grabbed another and while doing my pedi he scrubbed so hard on the top of my foot with pedi stone without paying attention to what he was doing & he took skin off! When I asked for alcohol to clean it after because it hurt and for fear of infection he then used a chemical to clean my cut not alcohol so it burnt my skin around it. I do not recommend this place and next time Ill just wait to go to my regular nail salon. Hope this review helps someone avoid a nail/skin infection in the future.

I have never had such a horrible experience at a nail salon! I went there with my 5 year old daughter to get her nails painted, and new acrylics for myself. A man sits down to paint my daughters nails, and he doesnt say a word to her then starts talking very loudly to his coworker right next to him. My daughter starts to cry because she is scared of this strange man. I tell them she doesnt want her nails done anymore. The lady doing my nails then trys to talk my daughter into getting her nails done. I had to ask her to stop. Then she trys to rip off my old acrylics (which are stuck on pretty good still) with a fake nail after only soaking them in acetone for 5 minutes. Only half the acrylic came off of each nail. She took a chunk out of my thumb nail. Then said she was going to sand off the rest and ended up burning 2 of my real nails before I told her I was done. Then I asked what I owed her she said full price for nail removal $10. I only paid $5 due to her being rude and rough. Also she only took off half my acrylics so she got half the pay. I will NEVER go back! NIGHTMARE!!

I personally had a good experience but two of the girls I was with had their skin nicked while their nails were getting shortened. It was busy so I think they were just going too fast.

A great spot to get your nails done fast. Everyone is wonderful and extremely friendly.

This is where i always go! Prices are good, i get the top pedicure and its like a hour long leg and foot massage. They have stamp cards and complimentary drinks and friendly people.

Employees are nice. Customers have to wait if the shop is busy!! Not enough employees to handle busy times.

First time there. I noticed right away baby roaches i. One of the tubs. Tubs were not cleaned with cleaner. After every chair (except 2) was full. Very run down n dirty inside. Had manicure n pedicure. No massage on feet n no massage on hands or arms. Was hurrying to get done. How can people go there. There at high risk for infection. NOT GOING BACK!!!! I will let my friends no.

It was dirty (dead bugs) and the staff were sitting around watching Netflix on their phones. The TV was also playing a channel with vulgar language and content. Not a relaxing experience!

I was not pleased with there work and customer service at all.The lady was rushing and the place was filthy.I got my nails done about a week ago and there already chipping and they didnt buff them very well cuz the acrylic is on my cuticles.I also sat outside the building close to there closing time and they came right out after I left so I know they dont clean up at the end of the night.

I had a pedicure and the nail tech pulled out a dirty instrument from the pencil box that sat next to them, wiped it off on the towel and looked up at me to see if I was watching then sprayed it with alcohol. After the pedicure he went back to his phone and left all the dirty instruments in the box. I watched the box and the instruments as they were just left for the next pedicure . I cant say for sure if they cleaned instruments as they still sat next to the chair while my feet dried until the time I left. Im not going back for fear of unclean instruments that cause nail fungus. No thank you.

Horrible service told the owner i was unhappy with my nails. She said so what do u want me to do?(with attitude) so i said forget it i would just write a review she said oh well u can make a youtube video.. I said wow u really dont care about customer service.. I went and got my nails finshed somewhere else after i had already paid them

The girl I had didnt do a really good job she had to fix it a few times and when I asked her to fix one of them because it was fat she said its because I touched it but it wasnt like that before I even touched my nail ...and the place wasnt even that clean and they didnt offer any drinks

The male that did my nails cut my cuticle three times and kept trying to put chemicals on it to stop the bleeding. I had to rip my hand away from him and the other workers to put a bandaid on it. It’s now covered in hardened chemicals, discolored, and super painful hours later. Will never be returning to this place.
