Very good and knowledgeable service. My new Bluetooth hearing device(s) and the Beltone app with all controls works great on my I-phone.

We have been waiting on my mothers hearing aids a little over a month, then I call and they said they just came in BUT she cant get them for another 3 weeks. How crazy is that. She has only one right now. if they have a cancellation theyll get her in sooner. She cant hear, I explained this but they dont care. Poor customer service. When we were told they would get them ASAP. Not happy.

Beltone of Iowa has been amazing to work with. We went to the one on Center Point rd. I spoke with a few different people and they we all so amazing and helpful. My daughter normally goes to Iowa City, but they could not get her in for like 4 months. Beltone does not normally work with children, but they worked with me and got my daughter in right away. Cleaned her hearing aids and fit her for new molds. Some of the nicest people I have ever met and or worked with. Thank you all for caring for us.

Alana was great. The hearing test was, well I need hearing aids.

She was very friendly and curtious.She made it feel so easy to get a hearing aid. I really dont know why Amerigroup doesnt send more people to Belltone instead of fighting with Iowa City.

They have you under their thumb. You give them 7000.00 for hearing aids and they own you. Your records and service is theirs, you can not go anywhere else. You can not transfer records to somewhere else. Not happy.

Alana is the tech who helped me and after hearing I had insurance her price went from 2500 dollars to 4200 dollars.I was livid and walked out. As I was leaving she followed .e out and said I wouldnt want you as a customer anyway.Fine, I hate being robbed!!

What an amazing difference Alana Wenger made in the life of my father! Through Alanas help my father who had been wearing hearing aids for 15+ years and not getting the correct assessment and service from another facility was able to get the correct equipment and knowlegde from Alana at Beltone. My father had not been hearing much for so long that it was impacting his cognitive ability due to the lack of stimulation of his brain from not hearing or communicating for years. Alana spent the time to assess his needs and explain what technology could do to improve his quality of life and the life of those around him. I have see in a few short months the difference in his cognitive thinking skills and the vast improvement of his ability to communicate with those around him. Alana was so caring and knowledgeable, this experience was 5 Stars! We have had many questions and Alana has always taken the time to answer them and look for ways to continue to improve his situation. I and my father know she is up to date and extremely intelligent in her field and would recommend her services to anyone! Thank you Alana for all your encouragment and service!
