Called about a computer to rent... had it ready to go before I even got there... less than 20 minutes!! ... friendly people.. have 2 other rentals with them....

The manager Summer took oover three hours to give me a refund. Im still waiting but dont go there. I get better customer service from a paper clip!! Seriously dont go to this store. I called corporate .BTW they do look at your credit. She asked to see how many deposits were in my bank account. Sooooooooo they do!!

There seems to be a continuing theme of a lack of professionalism. The manager Bryce seems to be the only one who has a clue about customer service and doing his best to keep his customers happy. The rest of the staff seems to be lacking this concept.

My other post most of gotten deleted. But I am still just speechless about my situation with these people.Dishonest. Lazy...Wouldnt post my full amounts paid.After multiple phone calls, and visits.After I had gotten a signature stating my furniture was paid off they proceeded to call me and say I was late on a payment. One of the employees pretended to be the manager.They then told me the district manager was supposed to handle my account. Wondering when they will call again. Funny they get nothing done. Guess thats how they make money they steal from you. Ps. This is just that location. Nothing against the other one..
