I have been to corporate wax chains that rush you in and out & leave half the hair behind & have never been satisfied with my experience. But not here! Alejandra was thorough and made sure to make the experience as painless and light-hearted as possible. I am definitely recommending to all my girlfriends. Alejandra is the BEST. She is professional and caring towards you. Theres warmth! She wants to build a relationship with her clients! She uses hard wax and no strips. It doesnt rip your skin like soft/sugar wax. Ive been to her about 5 times and each time is wonderful and best service. She gets my ingrown hairs which Im so grateful because I wont do it. Lol. She even tweezes me! I love her for her dedication and giving her best every time I see her. My favorite thing is she holds my skin after she takes off the wax, it helps so much! No one else does that. My skin is immensely softer after waxing with her and of course the hair is thinner as well. It definitely becomes less painful the more times I see her. I accidentally made an appointment for the wrong day and she squeezed me in today! Talk about good customer service! She is responsive via text if you have questions about post treatment after her working hours. 👌Youre crazy not to go here. Shes the cheapest in town that gives that amazing service and care.

I drive by the Brazilian Wax Center all the time and I’ve been meaning to try them for a while. When I got an email with a Groupon for their Brazilian waxing, I knew it was finally time I gave them a try. I’m so glad I did! Booking was super easy to do it online, and the environment was welcoming and clean. Alejandra was very knowledgeable and quick to get the job done! I will definitely be going back.

On my first visit, she gave me a thorough explanation of all of my services so I knew what to expect and when we were finished, she made sure I was happy with the results. Dont be fooled by the name, they do more than waxing. I purchased an acne facial for my 16 year old daughter and an aging facial for myself. I am a happy customer.Lets start with their facility: It was compact and cute. To my surprise, the facial room was big, tranquil, and relaxing.My daughter had Ms. Sophia, and said that she had very firm and good hands. She was kind and made the entire experience comfortable. She explained everything that was used and what they were for.I had Ms. Alejandra (who I think is the owner). She was just as good as Sophia. I left the appointment with glowing, cleansed, and hydrated.Definitely will be back!

The best facial I have ever had. Such a relaxing and organic experience. I get the glow facial my skin is so much brighter and has a much better texture I am going back for my third one next month. I also have had my arm pits waxed Alejandra is very gentle and as sweet as can be. Gave this to a friend as a gift. Highly recommend.

Quality, ValueI left a negative review on Groupon for this business due to an unwillingness to work with me during inclement weather that caused a statewide emergency. I got a call back from a woman and man screaming at me to take the review down and they didnt want my business. This was even after I told her I would revise my review after receiving the promised refund. Im so glad I never let this woman touch my body, I have no clue why anybody would give business to two clearly unstable individuals. Do not give your business to this place, whomever runs this business is unstable, and I count my blessings that my appointment was canceled, especially on such a delicate procedure.

Alejandra is the best! I waited until I went in for my second Brazilian Wax to write a review. I am very pleased with BWC. The place is clean and the prices are reasonable for the services offered. Initially, I was anxious for my first wax appointment. However, once I got there, Alejandra made me feel comfortable. She explored my concerns and what I wanted and coached me throughout the whole waxing process. I thought it would take long but my appointment lasted less than 15-20 mins. The second time I came, my experience was a little less painful (5/10). I feel that the more you stick to waxing, the less painful it gets. Overall, I enjoyed my time at BWC. I was running a little bit late for my second appointment and I was scared of being charged. However, when I called Alejandra about running a few minutes late, she was understanding and accommodating. I will definitely continue to come back to this place!

I purchased a Facial and Brazilian waxing for my wife for mothers day gift. When she got home she told me it was by far the best facial she has ever received and that the lady Alejandra was awesome and extremely professional. She said it was the most relaxing experience in her life. She also had a Brazilian waxing done which my wife told me was practically painless. The lady who did my Brazilian wax was extremely sweet and super considerate. I’ve Got A Brazilian Wax From Here, They Use The Cheap Wax, My Hair Started Growing Back After One Week && The Wax Was Irritating My Skin.. I Wasn’t Waxed Properly. The Lady Literally Stood And Watch Me Get Undress & After My Wax She Watched Me Get Dressed Inorder To Walk Me To The Register, I’m Not Sure If She Thought I Was Going To Escape Through The Back Door & Not Pay Her.. Also The Didn’t Have No Mirror In The Room For Me To See If She Did A Good Job.. I Will Not Be Returning !
