I had an appointment with Page, she was very professional, clean, and made me feel very comfortable. Got my Brazilian plus some facial waxing done within about 25 minutes, she made my whole experience as pain free as possible! Page also took the time to go over different products I could use for aftercare. I recommend her 100%

This was my first time at a European Wax in close to three years and I must say the service and the staff were fantastic. From Sarah at the front seat to Brittany who was my specialist, I couldn’t be happier. They were friendly, personable, and a genuine pleasure to be around. I’m so happy I found this location and can’t wait to keep coming back.

Came in for a full wax. the girl who waxed me was nice however the front desk girl was awful. the place was also very hot. i was told the ac was out, which is unprofessional to have the place running with no ac.

Spoke to some rude haley girl who was bashing my waxer. very unprofessional. also kept changing my time of appointment, seemed like she didnt know what she was doing

Staff was very nice. This was my first bikini wax and I was nervous, but staff put me at ease and they tried to be as quick as possible.

Normally I get a little nervous about waxing in general, but the staff was very professional and knew how to handle nervous people, and I braced myself for the searing heat of the wax, trying hard not to tense up...and...nothing. The wax was surprisingly warm to the touch and my nerves dissolved. Afterwards, it took over a month before I developed Frida Kahlo brows anew.I was in town for only a short while, but this specific location has long since stayed in my memory.

Great service from all of the esthetician’s and front desk. Clean, respectful of your time, services and products offered are excellent what more can you ask!

My oh my. This was my first time getting a wax from someone else, I usually wax myself. But my oh my, was this great. I got in at 3pm and left at 3:20pm. This was quick and the painless. I got a Brazilian wax and I felt so comfortable and the professionalism was amazing. I was nervous at first, as this being my first, but there was no need to be nervous. I will definitely recommend and will be returning for my next visit. Very impressed.

I absolutely love EWC. Ive been going to this center and seeing Victoria for almost three years, shes the best! Id trust anyone here, they all seem great and professional. Sometimes your appointment may run a few minutes behind but its only because they actually care and take the time to make sure you are happy before moving onto the next customer. I highly recommend their products too!

I got my first Brazilian wax a couple of days ago by Alex. She made me feel extremely comfortable and assured me that I was doing great. She answered all of my questions. The lady at the front desk was also super friendly (didn’t get her name). I’m completely satisfied with my results. Can’t wait to go back next month!

I love this place. I have been going here for about a year now and plan to keep coming back. I am signed up for the student pass and its well worth the price. Natalie is fantastic and I will always go to her. Just be clear with them if you have sensitive skin and they will make sure to listen.

Its a great place to get waxed at. The staff is friendly and the service is quick compared to anywhere Ive gone. They only get 4 stars because I went through 6/8 waxes before I found someone that was super thorough that they didnt have to be told to redo it after the finishing serum was applied. Instead she waited and asked if I was good. Its annoying to have to be prepped to leave and have to be repreped to stay.

I got my first ever Brazilian wax today done by Melissa. She made it not awkward, did a great job in a quick time frame, and was very informative on the after care process, etc. I am definitely satisfied with the service, & will be coming back again! The 4 stars have nothing to do with Melissa - That was due to the pricing being a little pricey on the waxing services, & products they sell. PS- The Brazilian wax is really not as bad as you think!! I recommend bringing headphones to listen to loud music during it to help take your mind off the “pain”.😆

Ive been going to EWC for 4 years since I moved to Texas. Ive never had a bad experience with my brows. I used to go to the Round Rock location but prefer this one. I dont even remember what made me change now, so it obviously wasnt something too upsetting. Friendly ladies up front and my brows always look great. And you cant beat getting your first wax free

I reached the center at 11:50am for my noon appointment. As instructed while booking my appointment, called them from my car(new rules in place for COVID) and was informed that it will take another 15mins. So I waited in my car for a call. At 12:15pm, I called them to check as its over 15mins of wait(forget about the 10mins I was early to my appointment), to learn that it will be another 20 mins delay. So for noon appointment, I was told that i will only be let in at 12:35pm(that was also not sure).The front office dealt the matter badly and the apology was not even sincere. They offered to reschedule for another time after wasting my 25 mins.Very poor customer care. Value others time.

I went in for a full leg wax today. When I got home, I discovered there are stray hairs everywhere, my legs are not smooth, and feel like I have several days of stubble. When I called the branch to see what could be done, I was informed that the only manager left suddenly, did not leave anyone in charge, and they had no idea when she will be back. I find it completely unacceptable that 3 branches of a franchise have 1 manager, and that when she leaves, there is no one to deal with customer issues. What a poor way to run a business!

Today was my first time going to get my eyebrows done, and I havent done wax in years. I didnt know what to expect. But they were so friendly, and explained the process and what they were using. And they care what your opinion is on how the end results are. Definitely coming back.In regards to pain, I hardly felt any. But then again, Ive been used to plucking my eyebrows before.

Taylor one of the beautician wanted to know my nationality 🤦🏼‍♀️.Why do u need to know my nationality to do waxing .Very unprofessional.She didn’t finish my appt ,she didn’t remove fine hair and she told me that she is done .

The wax center as a whole might be good, but I will not return after last service I received. I had specialist Victoria. I got Brazilian and upper lip, I had wax burn for over a week at both spots waxed (which is pretty embarrassing). She gave me a sore in Brazilian area from excessive picking and over waxing same spot repeatedly with wax that was too hot..I do not recommend this location but EWC is a good company, just sometimes there are bad seeds. I go to another location now and I am very happy with my services.

I visit this location every six weeks for an eyebrow and Brazilian wax. Natalie is wonderful. She is quick, thorough and very pleasant. I highly recommend booking with her! The front desk staff is also excellent.

Everyone is friendly and hospitable. I am only writing this review to let you know the return policy isnt simple for it is needing manager approval. It took a couple visits and there was a serious lack of communication from the manager on this subject. I would recommend you know for sure that you 100% want the product otherwise you may have a hard time getting your refund.

I had my very first wax here a year and a half ago in preparation for my wedding. I was nervous. Id heard (and read) about how painful it could be, but Victoria put me at ease, explaining the process and how their wax is different from others. I wont say it didnt hurt, but it was much less painful than I expected and is increasingly less so each time I go. The whole experience was the opposite of dreadful and the results were incredible. If you need to feel pampered and beautiful, go get a haircut at Bang Salon and a wax from European Wax Center. My wax started as something special to do for my wedding, but it turned into an indulgence I enjoy every six weeks.

If I could leave a -10 I would. Horrible services- promised a refund after three months of chasing who the manager might be. Now 6 months later 0 responsibility or refund. Horrible aestheticians tried 2 of their “best” and literally had burns. Tried the one on Anderson what a HUGE difference. Don’t go to cedar park drive a few minutes for courtesy and actually skilled staff

Gabby is the BEST anesthetist Ive gone to. I followed her from the round rock location and have been going to her for the past 2 years and will continue to go to her for as long as I can. I recommend her to every one that asks, especially those who are going for their first time.

Never going to this place again. My GPS took me in a circle and I was late for my appointment (my fault, I take responsibility for that). When I checked in they informed me of the 9 minute late policy which I understand the need for, however I was there at 8 minuets past my appointment time not 9. They refuse my service bc they said once the clock hits 9 minutes I have to reschedule. They spent more time talking about it than checking me in. I was there in time according to their policy and yet I was refused service. I drive an hour and a half to get to this place. I will not be returning or referring anyone to this place. Not to mention I have had friends with me and they have had left over wax and their service was not clean with hair still attached. I will definitely go to another location

Absolute incompetence!!!! Service was fine, however, I bought a $300 wax pass and the receptionist assigned to another clients account. It has been 6 weeks and and multiple calls to management and the issue has not been resolved.

I felt discriminated again the moment I walked in there to do some training as soon as I met tuley the manager she right away gave me attitude and sent me home cause I didnt have a BOOKLET with me and after that I never heard a word about my schedule or anything they would ignore me constantly then she calls me 4 days later and tell me Im not a good fit and wouldnt give me a reason why I will NEVER recommended any of my friends to go there!!!!!! They are rude and if your not pretty enough or whatever the case may be they give you attitude and they are stuck up people
