Staff is always friendly and ready to help. I got a puppy named Percy, my first every puppy. The staff helped me find the healthiest food and treat for a puppy and Percy loved them.

I love this place for its selection of dog food. While I had Covid I realized I had no dog food for my two Chihuahuas. I ordered an hour before closing and I got my food so fast I couldn’t believe it.

I cant say enough good things about this location. It is my local Tomlinsons, and although theyre all amazing, the staff at this one is particularly stand out. They ALL know their stuff - even though Im an experienced pet owner, I still have lots of questions especially about food types, and they can really give me the details. Ive recently started feeding my kitties raw food after a conversation with the manager, Glenda, about which brands she liked best and how to introduce it. They also do an amazing job with the offsite adoption program, adopting out cats for the Williamson County shelter. I am a foster parent for Wilco and it is always nice to know that these folks are the ones in charge of making sure my kittens go to the right home. They really make sure it is the best match. I also really like their toys and other cat products -- different from what you can find at the bigger chain pet stores, and a lot of them are locally made. Great place with extremely helpful and friendly people!!

The Cedar Park location is always friendly and will help you locate your pet food, treats, or supplies quickly. They will carry your selections to the counter and your car which is very helpful especially if you have your pet with you. They are always excited to see you and your pet.

I came here to buy fishes. Unfortunately, they dont sales fishes, but the cashier was very kind and professional. The place didnt smell like a pet store when I walk in, it was very clean, neat, and organize. I will definitely check them out again, when I get a dog, cat, bird, or etc.

The staff is always ready with information and treats! Super friendly, knowledgeable about the products, love animals, and really pay attention to the needs of the 2 and 4 legged customer. When my Starbuck needed to lose weight, they had us at the top of their list for a new dry food. Less than 2 weeks later there were many more customers that requested the brand and specific bag of food, so they ordered Orijen Fit & Trim for all of us! Its almost always in stock in the 25 pound bag that we like and when its not, they find it for us at another store or help in any other way. Theres always a costume event or adoption event, so youll never feel left out of celebrating with your 4 legged family member. Love this place!

The place is really fantastic. They are very knowledgeable and super friendly. Their return policy is also great. They want to make sure that the food agrees with your dog. Ive been here many times and its always been a great experience... For me and my dog.

All the people here are very friendly and personable. They always help me to my car with big bags and have recommended some great wet food for my cats! The toy selection could be a bit better by adding more toys for cats. The raw dog food is a great buy. All my fur babies love it!! Highly recommend this store if you want great information of great dog and cat foods!

Every time I have been to this store I have received above & beyond, exceptional service. Everyone always has a smile on their face & is happy to help. So refreshing! After my encounter with Claire today, I just had to come & leave a review. My 9month old was a little fussy today, & instead of hurrying us through the store, she stopped & let him play with some cardboard boxes for a while. Then, after helping me to find the right dog food, she carried it to the register for me. Then, she brought out some BUBBLES & started blowing bubbles to entertain my fussy boy! AMAZING! After that, she insisted on carrying the dog food out to my car & explained how she enjoyed doing so... so that I didnt feel like I was putting her out in any way. I dont ever leave reviews, but after so many positive experiences - I cant NOT. Thank you so much for the wonderful service!

With their discount club you wont easily beat their prices on food compared to online, so shop local and conveniently right next to HEB when you stop for human food.

Came into Tomlinsons grabbed the kibble for the Danes kiddo had a fun time playing with the kittens. Such a warm and welcoming atmosphere and staff. Always willing to help and offer great suggestions.

This is a long overdue review. Ive visited various locations of Tomlinsons over the years, dating back to when they catered a lot more to livestock feed. Id been to one other this year, but left that location very disappointed. Their prices seemed high compared to other stores, and their staff didnt seem to be very knowledgeable.My visit to the Tomlinsons on 1431 by Parker was vastly different. Upon entry, I was greeted by multiple ladies who work there, who offered assistance, but without being pushy. Like Hey, were here if you need us, but we arent going to follow you around, telling you what to buy casual and friendly style.I have ADHD. Not just saying it because I get distracted occasionally, but full-on, such a selection of cool stuff in this place that I cant deal ADHD. Instead of treating me like some ditz, they offered to help me find some treats for my dogs.The young lady who stepped up for the task was (is) SO cool, and the most knowledgeable of any person Ive ever received assistance from at any retail place. She appeared to know her dog foods down to ingredients, sources, etc. When I picked out a collar for my new dude, she knew what material is was made of (not nylon).The selection at this place is awesome. Its not a very big store, but they have a fantastic selection of food and treats for dogs. Im sure they have a lot for cats and other creatures, but I wasnt looking for those. They have treats I havent seen anywhere else.I now cant even remember what all I left with, but my doggos were *very* happy, as was I. They got some healthy, awesome goodies over the next two weeks, and I found an awesome store with excellent selection, and people who know what they are doing. I dont casually toss out five stars for pet supply shops, but this Tomlinsons gets all five.I forget the name of the lady who helped me, but Id like to give her the recognition she deserves. So to the manager or owner, shes the VERY knowledgeable and friendly one with the hair with short bangs and a few select tattoos she had done in England.

Tomlinsons is a fun little pet supply store. My visit was short because I was looking for a very specific item, but everyone was friendly and quick to help. I would go again if I were over on that side of town.

Always Helpful With AdviceEvery time I go there someone helps me. I had a problem with my dog eating. The lady asked me a few questions and then recommended the way I fed my dog. It worked. I am more in tune with my dogs eating habits with great information.
