District manager, unfriendly, unorganized and unprofessional.Fed ex employees around were very friendly and working hard.No signs on mask mandate. If you do or dont wear a mask, the outcome of your experience will vary. Inconvenient and inconsistent - either way. Watched managers hide the store big mask plastic sign, usually propped outside or near entrance floor. They took it down, folded it up and wedged it between machines.If you want people wearing masks, put the sign back up. If your goal is to make it a negative experience for mask users or non mask users, hiding signs that set expectations is definitely a great start. 👍

I have used this FedEx location many times for personal business - printing, photocopies, shipping and faxing. And every time I visit, all of the staff are welcoming, courteous, and helpful. I really appreciate good customer service. So many businesses are lacking in this, and the staff at this location has the best customer service, and a cut above the local UPS store. To the whole staff, Spencer, Braxton, Kim, Melissa, Robin, Kaela -- Thank you for all your help!

Nice employees, but - they refused to ship my package due to the box not being structurally sufficient. Claimed no one would ship it in its condition and that I needed a new box. Went down the street to the FedEx location off of 183/45 and they shipped it no problem.

Clerk tried to refuse this damaged package that was delivered to my door damaged by their delivery services. Here are the photos of it when it was dropped at my doorstep so damaged you could see the product inside and the damage to the part in the box. This is the second FedEx package Beaten up and left at my doorstep, FedEx use to be the best I guess things have changed. Tried to email FedEx directly since I have the photos time stamped at the time of delivery.

This place is awesome! Always a breeze when I go there. I order our company invoices from them and it never comes better than ok. Its always a great result. Why arent your drivers wearing face coverings???? I run a business in Cedar Park, which is under a city ordinance for everyone to wear face masks. The State of Texas is also requiring face masks. I have repeatedly asked your driver to wear a face mask but he refuses. Do Fedex care so little about their customers and the general public that they cant even be bothered to wear a face mask??? Very disappointing.

The employee did not want to be bothered. I had a package to pick up. I was the only one in the store. I think I heard some kind of greeting. Once he got to me, I had a question as to why I had to pick up this package as all mine over the past 6 years have always been delivered at my gate. His response-I don’t know. I asked him if there was a way to let Fed Ex know to always deliver my packages and again-I don’t know. He was too busy for me. I will only go here to pick up packages-won’t use the services otherwise. I did call Fed Ex at the 800 number and the lady was extremely helpful and explained it completely. Too bad the man in the store couldn’t have told me to at least call the 800 number. Poor poor customer service.

Tiffany was just awesome! Friendly and yet still professional; she helped me print out some last minute pics for my sons project and cropped them into photo sizes, cut them, cleaned them up and I was outta there in less than 20 minutes. Office depot told me that what I wanted wouldnt be ready until tomorrow and when I called FedEx, it was a last ditch effort since we had just moved here a month ago. Tiffany helped both on the phone and on the floor. Thanks Tiffany...youre a blessing to both FedEx and my son.

I come here pretty regularly and have never had a bad experience. From the manager to the team members they are both polite and helpful. I just left FedEx after trying unsuccessfully to download a barcode to print a package and for the 14 minutes I was in there struggling with something that didnt work as a result of my own error, the manager was incredibly helpful and tried everything he could to help me correct the issue. I highly recommend this FedEx Office location.

I really love this location. Ive been going to this location for several years now and the staff is exceptional. More times than I count, they have gone above and beyond, helped me out in a bind and have gone out of their way to make sure Im satisfied with my printing jobs. Cant recommend this location enough.

Ive been trying to get a package that has been in a loop for three weeks. I called up this location and got Ken. He gave me some advice on how to avoid the issue in the future, and what the status of the package was. Unfortunately a different rep of FedEx already returned to sender my package, so I still dont have it, but Im happy to have Kens solution for future packages.

Usually, I would give this store 4 or 5 star but today how I was treated by Dana & his co worker was uncall for. They lack professionalism and understanding. It was very challenging to communicate with these employees. I had to call Fedex customer a service to get some understanding. Issue was with the pricing and tracking # was in correct according w/FedEx CSR.

No one answers the phone. I just want to make sure they have a color copier in working order before I drive all the way over. at the location closer to my home it was out if whack. from what I can tell so far, this company was better when it was just kinkos.

Short staffed is my only complaint .The one person working, Corrie, was a refreshing change to customer service that has become common place. Swamped with customers and no help, she maintained her composure and remained pleasant to each and every customer. Well done.

I have never written a review on google but decided to because I beleive good customer service should be praised. Tiffany (at this store) handled a night rush with a smile on her face while juggling things customers needed like a champ. If I need anything else from fedex I will be back because of her. Horrible experience!!! Staff not willing to help! We had to carry a super heavy box back and forth just because the employee wasnt able to find a zip code of the destination address, we explain to her that we already sent packages to that address from another location and she just ignored us. If you need to use fedex dont go to cedar park!!!

I like this place because they will hold stuff for you if you arent home to sign for it. You just have to go customize your delivery and select this FedEx Office and then when you are home from work, you just show up and show your ID (with your address of course) and pick up your item.

The problem with this location is that it is very, very small. There is only one computer, so if you need to access the internet to print something, expect to wait. Also, this location tends to be understaffed.
