I had mistakenly disconnected my phone while attempting to do an update/restore, and the phone completely locked up with a black screen. The fourth TMobile store referred me to Apple. The Apple store at the Domain tried some things and then made an appointment for me with Apple telephone tech support. With Apple by phone we tried some things, with my resulting options: back to the Apple store in a week, try Best Buy next Monday, or mail-in to Apple for a quote, and hopefully repair. On my way to Best Buy, I stopped in to ITech to see if they could help. Mohammed had it updated and working again in about 30 minutes for $20! What a relief! Thank you!
