Ive finally found the only place Ill ever use again for my computer issues. These guys are professional and just so nice. They make you feel like your problem is their problem. The service was really quick as well.

My computer is my livelihood, so down time is costly. Sean told me to bring it in and hed look at it immediately. He sourced the problem quickly, showed and explained it thoroughly to me; then got it repaired in less than five hours. My six year old machine now runs like new. Their pricing was very reasonable and Ill be recommending the two Seans (S & S) to all of my friends.

Dropped my pc components to be tested off a week and a half ago. Was told 1-2 days. Called back 3 days later. They said another 1-2 days. Waited 3 days came into the store and they said sorry man give us 1 more day and we will forsure have them tested. Came back 2 days later an extra day after the gaurentee at 2 pm and was told come back in 2 hours and we can start looking at them. And then i asked to just test the graphics card real quick because i noticed they have the exact same one in there office and they said they cant because they would have to rebuild the enitre pc. Absolute worste place to go for computer needs. Would rate 0 stars if I could.Edit: went to Tsi computer services on bell blvd and they tested my power supply on the spot and it was completely dead. Took less than 5 minutes and found out what was wrong with my computer. And they didnt charge me. 5 stars for TSI and 0 for s&s

Seriously, run! These guys are looking for new ways to rip you off! They said I needed a new motherboard. I found out they put in a used, partially working motherboard. As they did it, they broke other parts and tried to charge me for them. No! Do yourself a favor. Dont look back!

My Outlook software decided it no longer wanted to talk to the Microsoft Exchanger server. After researching online and trying various possible solutions, I was still stuck. Im on my computer all day, every day for work and many of my client interactions are exclusively via email. My work was at a standstill and I needed help fast. I started calling local companies looking for somebody who could help and help right now. I found S&S. They were great. Within a day I was up and running again without the loss of any email and some of the emails go back years. I will be going to S&S for all my computer needs and recommending them to everyone. These guys really care about customer service. Like finding a good car mechanic, finding a good computer tech is golden. S&S is definitely golden.

I called in a panic. A drive had been corrupted and I thought I had lost valuable documents that I had poured hours and hours of work into. Sean told me not to panic (thank you!) and they would do all they could to recover. He saw me right away, recovered the documents, and sent me on my merry way. I am so thankful! So I took my laptop in with the black screen of death this morning and Sean was super nice very professional Very thorough and located it had taken on a little water damage to my ram stick which was causing problems who knew...He also helped me jog my memory that it was I that spilled water next to my computer and not a family member who would have died a slow and painful death lol... A small innocence accident ... He was able to locate the fan I need for my particular unit and offered excellent advice on how to take care of my computer and the way it functions.I am so grateful to him I can get back to business at hand while I wait on my fan. Both Seans were friendly, they recovered my old sentimental hard drive that had been busted for over 6 years. Another store had asked for over $800 years ago to attempt recovery but these guys were able to do it in an afternoon. Very happy with the service and price.

WOW! I am just thrilled with the fast, informative service these guys do!!! I had a computer go dead on me in September 2018 so I discovered these guys and they had me up and running in 24 hours. Nothing lost and their price was very reasonable! Today I called because the used computer I had my bad hard drive data moved to was dead and I had no idea why. Within a couple of minutes on the phone with them, my computer was running!!! Im a technical person and sometimes I think I know all the tricks but as they are teaching me no I dont and they are excellent. I recommend these guys absolutely you will not be disappointed!!

Ive used S&S twice now in the last couple months and theyve been terrific - very capable, honest, and customer-focused for a fair price.We were getting ready to replace our home PC and they provided terrific advice on a machine that wouldnt break the bank but fits our needs, then helped get all the data from the (failing) old machine over to the new one. Full success.Just this week they tried to help me recover a deleted file from a flash drive - it didnt work out but they tried hard, got to it fast, and didnt charge me a penny when they couldnt recover the file. Id use these guys again in a heartbeat.

I recently had trouble with my desktop computer, and since I cant drive, I looked desperately online for services nearby offering on-site diagnostics/pickup. These guys picked up my PC, fixed the problem, and had it back to me in no time! Not only that, but after I casually mentioned my other older PCs issue, they diagnosed and repaired that one as well. This is the only place I trust for quality computer/technical support. Brought in my pc after my GPU started acting up, they diagnosed for free and helped guide me through some troubleshooting steps they did, as well as suggesting replacement GPU. The second time I worked with them (due to hard drive issues), they went above and beyond to make a personal call to me while at home, and we fixed my HDD with ease. Very knowledgeable and Im thankful they helped me understand the troubleshooting processes so I better know how to operate my PC. The best computer fixing place. Went there when they were about to close and Shawn stayed even after they closed and fixed my laptop very quickly. From our conversation I can tell they are not people who are trying to make money off of you using your less knowledge about the subject matter. Their goal is to give the best service. Deal with computers a LOT. When something fails and data is on the line, we all tend to freak out! LOL Had an external hard drive fail to engage. I brought it in and had a solution within minutes! These guys are fantastic. My computer blew up and I didnt know what to do. They were able to access my situation and advise me on how to proceed. They worked diligently to recover all my info off my hard drive. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. Will use them and recommend them for all computer jobs.

These guys are really awesome in their work and charge very reasonably. They repaired my laptops depressed power key. They took me in immediately when I showed up and immediately started working on it. Since they didnt have one small tool part, I had to go there few days later otherwise it would have been just 30 minutes visit. Highly recommend these guys.

I am very impressed with S&S. The two men that run the business are really good people that focus on giving rather than taking, which is a sure recipe for success. I own a small business. Recently I needed to move offices. I had several other quotes, S&S was cheaper and the quality of work could not be beat. They showed up on time, and had excellent communication throughout the whole process. They insalled, computers, phone lines, security cameras, and Nest thermostat. There was a glitch with Nest Thermostat, Sean worked late to correct the problem without charging extra. This is the kind of business you want to handle all your IT needs.

I wouldnt use anyone else! Ive used Sean, and Sean, with S&S Computers for about 2-1/2 years now. My first call was on a Sat. morning and I was desperate, after getting the blue screen of death. Sean #1 came to my home within an hour to pick up my laptop, worked his magic, and was knocking on my door that evening. I was able to work the rest of the weekend and not fall too far behind. Even with the rush, and weekend call the cost was way below what I had expected. They do not take advantage, or gouge, and they really do care about their customers situations.Since then I have called several times, for both my personal and business computers and, these guys are always right there to keep me up and running [and sane]. They have also become friends whom I value highly.I have dealt with a lot of Tech companies down thru the years but, Ive never had one that treated me, or my company, like real people, and not just a name on a service ticket. Ive used them twice in the 18 months and they have saved me from having to get a new computer!When my computer crashed while I was on a business trip, it turned out to be a bad motherboard, most people would have purchased a new computer but I really love my small touchscreen inexpensive 3yo computer and since they upgraded me to a new SSD drive a year ago when the old-style hard drive died Im not ready to give it up yet, so Sean purchased a replacement motherboard online for me, then we had a few more unexpected issues show up and they worked tirelessly to get them fixed (and I do mean tirelessly!) when the sound stopped working weeks later, they helped me purchase replacement parts to fix that as well, and got me an external speaker to use as a work-around.I didnt want a new computer, so having this option to fix the one I love was what I wanted to do and now Im finally back to my happy place. I was forced to purchase a new computer while on business but really hated it every single day for lots of different reasons, so a new computer was not an option for me. Theyve also given me a loaner computer when needed as well. So, trust the Seans, theyll take care of you!

Amazing! You wont find better prices, ive checked. Very honest owner and does super fast repairs. He replaced my dc jack while I was there!! Several computer repair shops wont even do dc jack replacements. I also brought my sons laptop in because I couldnt get a key back on it. We had a good laugh about it . Ended up needing a new key, he only charged me the price of the key and put it on the keyboard. He also cleaned up both laptops , they look brand new! No extra fees , original quoted price was what I payed. For less money than a oil change, we can use our laptops again!

My daughter was running in front of the store and (as all kids do) she fell and scraped her knee. I scooped her up, kissed her knees, and went inside. Shawn #2 immediately appeared and greeted me warmly and I mentioned that I called earlier. He points to Shawn #1 and they notice Eden had been crying. They pulled out a bag of kid toys and let her grab a toy for each hurt knee, and brought her a smile back.All I needed were a few SATA Power cables, but they gave me a great (and early) start to my day.
