Horrible customer service from cashier. We came for a few quick items and were standing at the counter to check out when the cashier casually walked off to do something else. No acknowledgement of our existence or please hold on a sec...She slowly finishes what she is doing, still no greeting. Walks over to check us out (or so I think). My daughter asked her how much a notebook cost because there was no price tag so she gave us that information and then just started checking out the two people behind us in line.We put our items back and walked next door to target where we had great customer service and better pricing.

Nate was extremely friendly, helpful, & professional. I came in to buy 1 ream of paper. He upsold me with the sale that was going on. I bought 2. I appreciated when someone offers to help. Ive had bad experiences with Staples as of late. Thanks Nate!

Great customer service and quite a few options of printers, which is why I went there. Their prices are higher than other locations and no printers under $100 that I saw. Saw a set of 3 pens for almost $8. Thats crazy. If your company is buying it its not a bad place to shop but if you are buying it for home use go elsewhere.

First of the self print ink 2nd time stoping by ink always low is doesn’t print clear I was refused to let laminate because of the type of document never been told such thing but I can give u a address to another location 3 rd issue paper is so tin I come and pay for good service not walking into a dollar store for the cheap product but thanks Office Depot I will no longer do business with y’all fix the issues just bad horrible customer service

This location must be under new management. I took a large order to their printing center yesterday. 15 books for my homeschooled children and I was projected to have the work complete until a week out. Totally understandable. Over 1500 pages to print but I got a sweet surprise when I got my books the following day! Great service and very efficient!

I was happy to get a good bargain on sticky notes. Keep your eyes open for sale items. Store was clean-cashiers were efficient. No complaints.

This had to be the worst customer service out of a manager. I ask salesman about a monitor. They where out still over past few weeks. They said to check in on Wednesdays and Saturdays. So Ive been in for 2 weeks. So I asked if I could talk to a manager to see if I could buy floor model. Salesman asked her as she walked up to us. She said no. As I started to talk to tell her Ive been in several times like they told me. But before I said 2 words she started to walk away. I was like hello are you not going to talk to me. She kept walking. I said out loud. Are you not even going to talk to me. She kept walking. WOW great manager skills. Never coming back here. I think her name was alissa. TERRIBLE SERVICE. AVOID THIS STORE. They only got 1 star because I had to. If I could I would have left a 0 for stars. They are missing all customer service skills. Im in customer service and I would never treat someone like that.So I would like to thank Becky for help considerbly making this correct. I wasnt expecting a call. but she came up with a win win. Found me what I had been wanting. So Thank You very much.

I had a terrible experience at this store. I bought a $400 big and tall office chair and the extended warranty and it has broken with a couple of months.When I checked with the warranty company, they said I had to take the chair into the store. When I took the chair into the store, the manager told me I had to contact the warranty company. Furthermore the manger refused to give me any information, phone numbers, or ways to contact Office Depot. When he was rude, I asked for the number of the district office and he also refused to speak to me and gave me no recourse to solve my problem.I then spoke with customer service, both on chat and on the phone. Both said I would be contacted within 24 hours. That was on December 28. Still no contact nearly 3 weeks later.Still following up, I have spend time on chat and been cut off twice after no resolution was made. I have called the customer service number and the parts/service number and been hung up on several times after very long waiting times.This poor quality of service is uncalled for and it should at least be resolved by person-to-person contact in a store. Instead, thats where my problems began. At this point I will never buy another product from Office Depot at this store, nor online. It seems once they have their money, they do stand by their products or even try to help customers. Consider yourself warned.

Went to look for office chairs, was afraid since it was a smaller store, that they wouldnt have much selection, but was pleasantly surprised. we found one we really liked but they only had the floor model. the cashier was happy to call over to another store to see if they had it and hold it for us. I am a Realtor and needed to print off flyers for a listing. Erika helped me at the print desk. She was really friendly and noticed that the margins were off. After we figured out the issue was the file size she trimmed the edges to make the flyer look good. I really appreciate her going the extra mile to make sure the flyer looked professional!

Their employees are always friendly and helpful. Just wish the store products weren’t so pricey. On the other hand there’s usually a way to get coupons via online or email, but sometimes they only pertain to certain items like the printing services.

I had a copy order that I noticed to be incorrect once I got it home. Office Depot saw that I was unhappy by my feedback so they did the job again (with the correction) within a couple of hours. Office Depot saved the day!

I went to the print desk and ask for a price to make 100 copies of a paper I had in hand. The sales associate (Tina) said “okay, for 150 right?” I stated “No, only 100.” She informed me that it would be $7.10. I stated “I’m in; let’s get them printed.” When I got to the regional stet with her the price was in the $80.00 range. I reminded Tina that she had quoted seven dollars and change, and that this was a significant difference. She stated, “oh, I must have quoted you for 10 copies.” She pulled out a coupon for a ten dollar discount but there is a substantial difference between $7.00 and $70.00. I am able to acquire the same copies for .32 cents per copy at a different business. I don’t believe that the bait and switch was malicious but still had the screw put on me. In an all ready competitive business, your store is developing an even worse reputation on top of a number of other negative reviews. For print services, I recommend saving time and hassle by avoiding the printing services part of this business.

Its got everything you might need for your office. The store staff is very polite and helpful.

Heres my frustration with businesses now days. I want to walk in, get my computer fixed, get a bill and I pay it and you say, Thank you, come again. Now its up sale up sale up sale. When I say no thank you, I expect the up sale is over. But instead I get treated horribly and peopleroll their eyes.So guess what, I wont come again.My most simple experience turned around to be just plain bad.Dont feel bad about it, so many businesss do the same thing.

Biz Box: I just walked in to ship something, didn’t have a box. The guy that helped me acted as if I’d walked into his living room for a service—not customer-centered or friendly at all. He actually advised me to go to FedEx store. I was surprised because I am always satisfied with the Office Depot portion of the store. Take his advice and go to the nearest FedEx store, not here.

Waited in line for many minutes at print services. I got sick of waiting and left. A bunch of workers are milling around the place doing nothing. Only one person was working at printer services. I understand these people get paid next to nothing, and I hate to be petty, but I cant wait forever. I expect to be waited on within 5 minutes of entering. They need to keep enough people at print services to make that happen.

Black and white copies are $0.12 each, color copies are &0.59 each...scanning to a USB is &0.25 per page. That is on the same machine.However, the price is not posted anywhere around the machines.Scanning costs more than twice as much as making black and white copies. Even though you are not using any ink/toner or paper. They are just ripping customers off. I am giving this location 2 stars because the Manager did offer to not charge me for the scanning services.

This store is very organized, easy to find items, and reasonably priced. Staff is very courteous and helpful. Location is easily accessible from major roadway.

The cashier helping us was very nice; but prices were ringing up wrong and we had to keep getting things corrected. Thank goodness I had my ad. We also had to keep proving prices on green tag things. Awful lot of work but we did get good deals.

Went just as they were closing and my kids were right infront of me...an Indian lady who worked there yelled at my kids telling them they were closed and to get out. Right before I got there, she locked the door right infront of me. All I had to do was pick up an order that I had placed online and was PAID FOR. RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

This place is great for taking care of copies, printing, and general office requirements. They are a ton cheaper than the UPS Store.

Went there to print a PDF and no one knew what they were doing! The wifi didn’t work, and the ladies at the printing station were rude and uninformative!

Decent price supply store. Nothing special. Prices for typical office supplies are higher than Walmart or online, but theyre convenient of youre in a hurry.

There was a very long wait in the self service area. Im disabled and cannot stand long. Had to stand a very long time while the one person behind the desk chit chatted about the customers dog. Dont mind friendlyness but its frustrating to wait so long and not be acknowledged and then they couldnt help me with my needs anyway. No computer available for customers to use to print things from. Very frustrating.

Went for some folders they were mismarked took an extra 10 minutes but they finally honored the posted price.

I feel that OfficeMax stores in general are becoming less and less necessary. The stores inventory was lackluster at best.

Go to Amazon and actually get what you need. Which is funny because Ive always said Amazon: almost exactly what you wanted.

Business center is ran so inefficient that you can expect to wait on avg 20-30min just in line awaiting help. So I opted to do an online order and they screwed that up too. Just a dysfunction and incompetent store.

Office Depot doesnt have the same services a actual FedEx office has for shipping. Office Depot is really just a drop off.
