This location is awesome! Emily is the very best! Everything is always 100% top quality, my shirts are perfectly starched, pressed, and gleaming white every single time. Most of the time I order is done before the quoted time for essentially pocket change a day, I could kick myself for not reclaiming those lost hours sooner! Fast and friendly service? In this day and age?? Sign me up!!

Emily is great!! I travel a lot, so I drop off items during the week and able to stop by after normal business hours to pick up my items, which are stored in individual lockers.Very pleased with Jack Brown’s services!

Manager Emily is amazing. She has recognized us from the first day. Greets us by name and knows exactly what I want with out looking us up. Weve taken in uniform with impossible stains and she always says they will do their best. They have always removed the art spills every time so far.

Emily is fantastic , shes always positive and vibrant and willing to help and offer up advice and options for my orders. Shes very professional and empathetic and the store is very well maintained. I would drive cross town to get this type of consistent service if necessary!!

Emily is one of the best employees that has ever worked at this place. I have been living in Cedar Park for 13 years and seen many employees come and go at this location. Had it not been for Emily to come to this location 2 1/2 years - I would have taken my business somewhere else. Their are three things I love about her: service, smile, and consultingShe always provides consultation about how to provide for the best care for your laundry. She does it with a smile and one of the friendliest people you will ever meet. And overall - her service is amazing!! Dropped my clothes off at 7:30am with the manager Emily. They were finished same day at 4:30 pm. Emily was very personable and they did an awesome job! I like their texting service that lets you know when your clothes are ready for pick up, and they even followed up the next day to make sure I was satisfied. Excellent Service!

Jack Brown Cleaners lost a piece of my clothing and didn’t make a proper effort to find it again even after multiple calls.Unfortunately, I would warn new customers to stay away from Jack Brown Cleaners due to their lack of accountability.Instead, I recommend that you look for other alternative dry cleaning services in the Cedar Park area.
