The whole process from start to finish was very simple and quick. I worked with Crystal and she was very responsive and is very knowledgable of their products. She is also very personable. I was able to get comparable coverages to my old policy that I had with another insurer (and more coverage in a couple of areas) for about half of the price. I switched to State Farm about a month ago and Crystal called me today to follow up and make sure that I received all of my documents, knew about their mobile app, and to see if I had any questions or concerns.
