When I moved to Austin at the end of 2017 I was able to get my renters insurance through Mr. Sanchezs office. His staff was able to get me the insurance I needed quickly and answered all of my questions. When I had to file a claim a week ago, again his office was extremely helpful and informative in helping me through the process. The Farmers adjuster was great too. Mr. Sanchez personally followed up with my claim to make sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend if you are looking for insurance coverage from staff that offers a personal touch and sincerely cares about its clients! They are amazing!
