0 stars Terrible place ive ever been to I will no longer go to these nail chains they are disgusting and dirty. The place is dirty as hell, I definitely got bit by something sitting in their chair and on top of that my nails look horrible. I already had a overlay shaped perfectly on my toe somehow they manage to mess up my shape . They don’t sanitize and equipment pretty sure they re use on all people. And on top of that I didn’t ask for gel I said white polish and she proceeds to put gel on me.. after I informed her I don’t want gel she proceeds to go back and forth with me on how she already gel one foot so it’s just a extra 15 . No . Worst service disgusting place do not go my 40$ wasted because now I have to spend more money getting it taken off and done correctly

I had a $34 Gel Polish Change ( $30 gel + $4 tip) and returned to the shop the following day to request a refund due to the poor service performed to which the owner, Lisa, emphatically replied NO REFUNDS. During the course of the brief conversation, the owner called the police because I did not accept her initial response and I wanted to know why she could not offer a refund or if there were any alternatives we could agree to. Within less than 5 minutes, the police officers arrived. She ran to the officers upon their arrival and began dramatically screaming to them that she offered NO REFUNDS, to which the officer asked her what she wanted him to do about it. She had no response but repeated her initial statement to which he provided the same response and then she started to cry. During the course of this occurrence, I remained seated where I had been the entire time. I never cursed, threatened or spoke with disrespect to the owner. I did not even leave my seat and remained seated through the entirety of the incident until the police officer asked me to walk outside to interview me. This woman exhibited signs of agitation, irritation, frustration, impatience and disrespect and could only shout No REFUNDS as I continued to try to understand why this was the case, when she could see the quality of the work. I would have asked to speak with someone else but she was the owner and while I understand the challenges of learning another language; it is the responsibility of the business owner to be equipped or have staff equipped to communicate in the language of the clientele they serve. After the police arrived and the owner and I were interviewed ~ they stated that this was not a call that the police should be involved in and is a simple discussion between owner and customer to which we both have the right to hold our position. While I was very fortunate to have officers that handled that call well and with respect. Anything could have happened to me under a different set of circumstances. I am very shaken and disturbed by this incident because it is not ok. Tomorrow this could be you or someone you love and who knows how the situation may end. To not only use our tax dollars on law enforcement so frivolously but to potentially put the life of a black woman in jeopardy with all that is going on in the world right now, is not ok. Black women do not go here!!! This establishment does NOT care about you or your life. Take a stand. If every person that reads this post does NOT go here, our collective voices will have meaning. Don’t assume that just one person can’t make a difference. YOU can make a difference right now by NOT patronizing this place. We don’t have to waste our precious time and energy marching, picketing and screaming to make people see us. We don’t have to say a word. Let your money speak for you and do not patronize places that treat their customers like this. Protest with your $$$s! Now is the time to take a stand.

It’s a nice place to relax do your mani and pedi have a good time the ladies working there are very helpful, prices are a little bit high but each one know if is worth or not

Be careful if you get gel nails at this spa. You might notice a burning sensation on your nails while youre under the UV light. Thats because theyre not using high quality products. Not only will it burn but your nails will begin cracking within the first day. Its terrible and the manager, Lisa, wont do anything to help you afterwards. They dont take responsibility for their low quality products at this spa and I just want people to be safe out there. Please choose a more safe and reputable spa. Its not worth it!

Went there for a girls day spa for manicures and pedicures customer service was terrible over pushy for us to get things we didn’t want or ask for. Nail polish was clearly old and dried out but she still choose to use it. Overall terrible experience WOULD NOT RECOMMEND If I could give them a - 5 star review I would!

Got my nail polish removed and they put gel, but she literally did just that. Didn’t put my feet in water, didn’t file, nor clip my toenails, after I asked them to be clipped. I paid almost $60 for gel...I’ve gotten a whole leg massage and dipped nails for that price. Then she wanted to upsell me with waxing and I had to repeat myself about 5 times no, I wish I was joking. Ridiculous price for what you get, do not recommend. Also my nails chipped after one day...so yeah. Go next door.

Tammy was personable and made the experience enjoyable. She delivered excellence in a pedicure, manicure, and customer service. She sense the need for pampering to relieve stress and she was correct.

Good service. Though staff speaks too loud. I dont mind the languague but with their voice volume it was hard to relax in the pedi chair. They followed the distancing and face mask regulations in the salon. The only thing I noticed is that they didnt wipe the pedi chairs or mani tables between clients. The place inside needs TLC but the nice looking mani & pedi is worth the visit. They also send discounts via text.

We recently moved to the Cedar Hill area and tried this place for the first time. They serviced me, my sister in law and her daughter right away. They have a great pedicure presentation and took care of us in a timely matter. I would definitely recommend this place and plan on coming here from now on!

This is a good nail spa they know how to do nails and pedicures really well but they will charge you an arm and a leg.

Never again will I bring my daughter to get her nails done here. She had an appointment and they continued to work on other clients nails, while working on hers. They did not do the nail design she wanted. To make matters worse , they did two completely different designs. 👎🏻

ASK FOR HENRY! Best pedi that I have ever received. They accepted our two walk-ins 15 minutes before they closed, but still gave us the full treatment! Didnt rush at all and gave us perfect care and attentiveness. Will definitely be returning asap.

Some of the nail shops dont have good customer service, but this one DOES. They are always nice and welcoming when I walk in. Henry is the best. He always takes his time when doing my pedicure and that I appreciate greatly! No complaints

Will not be using this place again. They are friendly and clean but the girl cut my toe enough to make it bleed and said that my nail was ingrown. I am an RN so I know when there is an ingrown toenail. Its healed enough to where I dont feel it anymore 4 days later. I have to admit that I wanted out of there bad enough that I messed up one of the nails by putting on my open toe sandals. She fixed it without fuss. Its why I am giving them 3 stars. I wish them well, but I will look elsewhere for future pedicures.

This place deserves 0 Stars. Im very big on customer service and satisfying my clients. I was not pleased at all on any level. Im in the beauty industry. So yes, I took my experience here very serious. It was my first and final time going to this place to spend my money and depending on them to beautify mine and my moms hands. Id rather have paid my five year old niece to do my nails. The guy took forever on my sissy pedicure. We got there at 3:45 and left at 5:30. He started on her at about 3:55 and was done at 5:30. My nails were very big and wide. I have thin fingers. My mom nails look horrible. Little chic didnt even put clear on her nails. I had to ask. She was like oh...... It was the absolutely worst. They talk too much. I am picky. I dont even remember seeing a nail tech license. They must be practicing still. I started not to pay. They will NEVER get my business again. If they knew better they would do better.

Opens at 9am! Made it here at 9:03am to be exact! Only the manager was here who DON’T KNOW how to do manicures!!... I’ve waited for 30mins and no nail tech arrived! I have a funeral at 11am! Literally drove out of town to come here!! Never will I come here again!! It’s very important that you have a full staff once the doors are open!!!!!!!!! 😡😡😡😡😡

Very rude. Constant upselling (they tried to get me to get the more expensive service several times even though I repeatedly told 3 different people exactly what I wanted). Tech was very rude and openly talked about me, which I know because at one point he pointed directly at me and complained about doing the service in English. They also price gauge and every little thing was an upcharge and told me different prices than what was listed on their menu. No wonder they were empty.

Its always nice and they definitely made my nails look great.

My nail was adequately done, is the only positive thing I can say about this nail salon. Everyone from the owner to the techs are very unprofessional. From not speaking, speaking any there language about the patrons, eating while working on nails, etc. the worse experience I’ve had in a while and I’m usually a cool person all I ask is do your job right.

Dont go here!! Rude staff. I walked in for a pedicure and picked a color then one of the nail techs started my water. I put my feet in the water and sat for a good 20 min without even being acknowledged again so I slipped on my flip flops and walked out! They probably didnt even notice. Worst customer service ever.

Went in to have gel removed and redone, and they totally ground my nail bed down, leaving ridges from the tool going across my nail. The ridge shows if I polish, or dont polish..also all my nails are so tender and painful. I have to keep them very short they are so thin on ends. I dont know how they stay open, my technician did not know what she was doing.

Dont recommend going here. I only came here cause the usual nail salon I go to was closed. My nails didnt even last a week and started falling off. I asked for almond shaped nails she said okay and continued to square shape them. I wanted black polish w/ no type of glitter she put a dark blue acrylic on my nails that had glitter and then topped it off w/ gel polish.

DONT COME HERE! They not only over charge you but they dont understand you!! I paid 65$ for a gel pedicure. Nicer salons dont even charge that much. I feel extremely ripped off!!! Im at home right now as Im typing this repainting my own toes!! I wish I could give them ZERO stars!

Yesterday I went there to get my nails filled and painted with gel. The lady that did my nails filed the gel off and made them too thin. I explained to they were too thin. She was really sloppy with nails as well. As I sit in the chair getting my nails done, I see a lady come in and ask for a pedicure. To my surprise they already have a liner in the sink at the chair! I looked over and they all are that way. :/ Anywho, to top off my experience.... 30 mins later into my drive home. The polish on my thumb started to peel. Do not go here!!!!!!!!!!!!

Service: dipping powderI got my nails done on Sunday and by Wednesday of the same week with minimal to barely no manual work, my nails are chipping and one of them has completely broken. I have been looking for a good nail tech since I moved to the DFW, this shop is by far the worst.

NO STARS!!!!! Ripped my little sisters nails right off!!! We were there to get our nails done together but they had her go first. She asked them to remove her acrylic nail nice and slow so she could get gel nail for a natural nail and the says ok. A few of the ladies ask her what exactly she wants. I even but in and tell them in another manner so they could get a clear pic of what she wanted. I then show them a pintrest pic of exactly what she wanted. At this point 3 of the working lAdies should know and have a vivid idea of what my sister wanted. The lady sits down then immediately grabs the nail clippers cutting off her real nails. My sister complained and repeatedly tells her again what she wanted the lady says ok and keeps going. After my sister realizes she will not have the length that she expected she accepted that they would be short. Then the lady starts to pull off the full acrylic nail dry turkey. Ripping my sisters nails off. The pain the sister had was unforgettable. The whole experience was horrible to watch. After they ripped off all the nails they had her set her nails in Acetone. She then starts claiming her fingers are burning and by the time they had her take them out they wer so thin and bent like paper. She then let them dry and my sis went to wash the chemicals off. She comes back and shows me her nails. When I say gross it was grossly painful to look at!! I tell her I am not getting my nails done here. I tell her to leave them like that because they need to heal. So we tell the lady and she gets upset and starts Filing her nails. My sis dose not let her finish and wants to cry and just leave. They charged her $10. The worst 10 bucks ever spent!!!!! Would not recommend anyone to go here!!

The lady working on my nails did not speak English and therefore couldnt understand when I asked her to file my nails down some although she nodded and acted as if she understood. Had my eyelashes done for 1st Anniversary..for 3 days my eyes were bloodshot red..today i go to have them removed..not only was I charged 10 bucks..but they snatched patches from my eyelids! I am reporting to them to TDLR and I will not be returning EVER!!

Every time I come it takes at least 2 hours for a basic pedicure. Never in my life have a had the person doing my toes get up every 5 minutes to play with their phone or music until I came here. Never again !!!

Staff is very rude. I came in for a simple manicure. I just wanted my nails cleaned up and buffed. The lady half way did her job, and tried to up charge me for the buffing. I wont be back.

The tech made my feet look like a mans he cut my toenails down to the white meat even after I told him not to, then cut the sides of my toenails he said short was better for me. This is the worst place to go to, worst experiance waited more than one hour the black lady did my nails and she totally messed up and got mad at me because i told her i wasnt happy with the results she tried fixing them until i told her couldnt send me to go soak off and it was getting late told the man and he totally ignored me, until another lady took me and did a fresh new set, at first she told me 30 then at the end she charged me 40. Horrible service. I took my girls to get their nails done. I paid $30 for a gel manicure for my oldest and in one day they chipped and peeled off, 1 day!!! They were extremely rude and unplesant. I asked for my littles to have designs on their nails, the guy complained that he only charged me $7. I didnt ask him to not charge me $5 more, I even asked can I give you an extra $5 and you do what Im asking you to do. I sat quiet and let them be extremely rude and unplesant. Not worth the money or the time. Extremely disappointed.

I have been coming to this salon for a while for eyebrows and pedicures. Recently went to get a fill and they guy did a HORRIBLE job. My nails were a half inch thick and he didnt know how to shape anything but square. Within a week his fill lifted and broke off one hand so I had to go pay someone else to fix everything, wont be going back for any services.

Bad!!!! The lady try to kept my money. Hated my nails. Never again will I go!! I feel like the manager was in on keeping my money!

They have decent service, however, I need a English only salon.

Not worth it! While getting a pedicure the male worker was very rough he scarped the skin off the side of my foot leaving me with pink meat showing and a bloody mess! The polish on my toes are very sloppy and lumpy!! NEVER AGAIN!!

Came here with the anticipation of getting Halloween nails and they were very rude rushing me to choose a color. When asking for a design it was $5 each, okay cool right seems normal? Although she only put the design on one hand and not the other and insisted I’d pay $5 more for the other hand. Listen I’m all about paying businesses for their services, but if I’ve came here before and never had the problem, don’t change your prices every time. Not to mention the lady seemed so in a hurry to finish with me she also cut me in the process.
