Great customer service and decent prices. Enjoyed my time here. Very relaxed. They also did designs for male nails.

You would’ve thought I got my nails done 2 weeks ago and in reality I got them done on Monday, today is Wednesday! The lady who painted my toes did terrible ! As far as my full set my set was good but the customer service was terrible as soon as I sat down to get my nails done the lady asked if I wanted to come the next day as if I I came in 30 minutes before they closed.

I asked for a take off and a manicure. They stick your hands in a bowl of acetone and let you sit there for 15 minutes. Once that’s complete they scrub off the lasting product on your note and say that is a full service takeoff. I asked for a manicure she stuck my hands in a bowl of water push my cuticles back and sent me on my way. After furthering explaining to the lady that was not the services listed in the book. She argued with me and said we dont offer all that anymore even though it us advertised in the service book. DO NOT GO HERE!!! They are extremely unprofessional and dirty. They require that every customer throughout the days of the same brush to wash their nose and hands. They do not clean their supplies they go from customer to customer using the same clippers nail file scrub brush etc. if you’re looking to get some type of fungal infection more than welcome to go!

I’ve have many many bad experiences at nail salons but Allure ALWAYS ALWAYS treats me like I am valued. I’ve been going here for almost a year and even after I move I will continue to drive and get my nails done. Here’s a few pictures of the services I’ve received.

The first time I came to this salon Eric took such great care of me. He was very personable, polite and professional. I was ready to give this salon 5 stars when my nail broke less than a week later. I returned to the salon. Eric wasn’t there but I wasn’t worried because I was sure I would still get the same quality service. I could not have been more wrong. I was told to wait 30 minutes. After 30 minutes passed I was told you can wait longer. All to fix 1 nail. Had I not needed it to match I would have left right then. Little did I know it wasn’t going to match anyway. When he eventually got to me he put the wrong color acrylic that does not match my other nails. When asked about it I was told “If you wanted it to match you should have asked Eric. I don’t know what color he used”. Obviously they didn’t care. They never apologized or offered to fix it and still charged me. While I was getting my nails done another lady came up to me, grabbed my free hand and began inspecting it asking where I got my nails done. Then she got upset when I pulled my hand away. *If* I return I will be sure to only deal with Eric.

Had a bad experience at American Nail Bar and came here for the first time to have them remove the nails and redo them. I brought my daughter with me and we both got our nails done. Came out beautiful. I returned and got a fill and pedicure with my sister and came out beautiful again. Even had a glass of wine. Ive found my new nail shop!

I have come here atleast 4 times. Each time was slow service but for the most part they did an OK job considering what was convenient for me. This last time however, confirms that I will not be returning. I went in for a mani/pedi. The pedicure was so bad I didnt even want the manicure. Whats worst is I was charged full price after this lady had completely jacked up my toes, cuticles and all. My toes burn still (2 days later). My cuticles were filed off to skin AND I guess once the lady realized how bad she had messed them up, she walked off and DID NOT return. Someone else had to finish it. I wanted to cry because my toes have never looked like that before and they are starting to scab around my toes. After being charged full price for such a horrible job and NO accountability, I paid but did not tip because I had no intentions on returning. A complete waste of $51 dollars.***The pic posted is after she finished my pedicure. She walked off and didn’t come back***

After running around looking fof a place to do my nails on Memorial Day, I found Allure! Extremely friendly service, and my tech Tammy was very attentive to detail! She gave me exactly what I wanted and came in for!

This was my first time getting my feet done, And they did a great job. They are the best people to go to

I love the location of this place. I can shop and get my nails done. They offered margaritas. Yes!! Wine, water etc. They were professional. The setting was nice. I felt comfortable. They have three TVs although they didn’t have them on. There is social distancing protocols so that was nice. I didn’t have an appointment and it didn’t take no time at all to be seated. The young lady took a while for my pedicure to be completed so I cxl the manicure. I didn’t have a lot of time. I’ll be back though.

They always do my nails real good, and they last for3 weeks been coming for 2yrs and counting... I lovvvveeeee them.. Great attitudes, always friendly but u know the saying “you can’t please them all” when it comes down to negative reviews. Their good always outweighs their bad and I have never experienced bad service EVER.

This definitely is the place to go if youre in Cedar Hill. First time yesterday and was satisfied with their service. They definitely take their time, very friendly people and most importantly they do a great job. Eric is the person to look for, but all them are great! Quick tip: communication is key so dont be afraid to speak out & make sure you ask for your drink as soon as you get seated. 😊

First off, super fast and efficient. I bite my nails, so when I get them done, I know its a hassle. But my nails looks beautiful and my technician took the extra time to make sure they were shaped and buffed to where I can use them.

I love this place! Got a mani/pedi here and was truly pampered. Came in on a Saturday afternoon as a walk-in and was seen immediately. The pedicure and foot/hand massages felt SO nice and my nails came out so beautiful! I love Eric and Rukki (I’m sorry if I misspelled either of your names)! I will continue to come here!

Me and my cousin visited this salon yesterday, we had such a great experience. Finally, Ive found a nail salon I like in Dallas! Eric and Kim were friendly and professional. We will be back. Thanks again for a the excellent service.

I wanted dip nails, and got them....but wish gel fit the design. I told her I can’t really fo gel, because it peels. She assured me it would stay....so I did it.I wanted a white/black swirl design.... looked cute. Cost me $67 🤪So, it was very raised, and felt strange, but ummm, ok. NOT OK! Within less than an hour of getting to my house, the layers of gel just started peeling off, and it was completely wet underneath, I didn’t even want to call come on go back to get them fixed. I will never, ever go back to this nail salon again. So frustrating just spend that much money and not even have a manicure/nails that I can deal with for more than a day.

This is by far THE WORST nail shop I’ve ever been. Quality is far from good and the overcharge for E V E R Y T H I NG. I’m a big nail person. I don’t even be picky but they just down right don’t listen to what you want. Everything they charged me for was ridiculous

Soft relaxing music. Friendly staff and nice work on my hands and feet! Prices are reasonable. Had to wait a little for a tech even that was Mon at 1pm but it was totally worth it, specially after a few months without pampering myself 😊

I would’ve given 5 stars, BUT.....there were only 2 workers who consistently wore masks. I felt that I shouldn’t have to ask for my nail tech to put on/pull up her mask. Not just for my safety, but for her own. However, I did like my nails.

They are very nice people but they dont clean or sanitizer their working areas. The bathroom was nasty and had no soap of paper towels. Their prices are really high and they charge me for an solar ombre set and I got solar acrylic w/ french tip

We went there to get 2 gel manicures. My nail started chipping on the 2nd day and they peeled off 100% on the 4th day. I had to get them re-done for the wedding I was in. The person who went with me, her nails peeled off on the beginning of the 2nd week. We used to go here often--but something has changed. Will not be returning.

Worst experience! The first time I went in for a pedicure, the young lady skipped a step! The second time, I went in for dip powder, the lady really didn’t want to do what I had asked for. I believe it was because it would’ve taken longer. Instead of her being honest and saying that, she kept trying to suggest other things. She even said that it will cost $100 for her to do what I originally wanted. I settled for something really simple. She ended up cutting me with the electric filing tool. She didn’t apologize until I said something. They never offered me anything to drink, but they offered an other young lady something. Everyone should get the same services! Finally, she told me that my $5 coupon was expired when it wasn’t!

I absolutely love this place! Everyone here was so sweet and helpful. Im definitely coming back here every time I need my nails done. Lisa did an amazing job on my pedicure and I forgot to ask the lady that did my manicure what her name was, but she did a superb job on doing my nails exactly how I wanted them. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she did it flawlessly! I felt so welcome here and everyone here seemed so happy and in good spirit. The atmosphere will definitely keep you coming! My experienced was quite good 👍. Eric was exceptional and he was a great tech and i enjoyed how intuitive he was about my hands.

I wanted an ombré yellow set with a 3D flower on it. They were wanting to charge me 85 dollars & in all honesty that’s a little pricey. I instead got short nails with a single color and that was still $50 dollars. In other salons for example, Lilly’s or Top Nails in Cedar Hill charge $40 or $35. I wasn’t amazed by the prices

My first time here and my nails were amazing. Everyone’s so nice and the environment is really welcoming. My nails were done by Erik and he did a wonderful job. He took time to perfect my nails and he didn’t rush like the people who did my nails before Allure. I recommend this shop to everyone. Best in Cedar Hill

Very good performance 1week later

The lady took 2hrs. To do umbre nails, that she end up not finishing because i had to go back to work! She did not shape them right and were super thick! I asked her for almond shape and she gave me stilettos. I had to go shape them and filled out all the thickness. Will never be going back again. Oh and the charge me $60 for work unfinished!

This is my go-to for an easy walk-in Mani/pedi with no appointment. Theyre very nice, not a lot of chattering over you to talk to each other like a lot of other places in the area. And the quality of the work is good.

I always see Eric when its time to touch up my nails. He is always prepared when I arrive. Not only is he professional he is also caring. He takes his time and makes sure that Im happy. He does such a great job that when my family is in town we all schedule to have a pedicure and he is very accomadating. Allur nail bar is nice and clean, ive always had a great and genuine experience. I feel right at home anytime I need a service!

I came into their salon 30 mins before closing and Hing not only smiled and was pleasantly welcoming despite she was ready to leave. I have now found my salon and I appreciate her professionalism quality and the price was right!!!!!! Great job

This is definitely the best shop in Cedar Hill, they take time when doing your nails and it shows! Every time I walk out I’m more than satisfied. Pls don’t hesitate to go, this is a shop where you can show them a picture and they’ll do it just as better as the picture!!

I went to Thu and she was amazingggg!! Very sweet and very good at her job. She made sure that I was comfortable the whole time. She even came up with my whole nail design. Very good energy, the whole shop that is. Everyone is nice and friendly. This is the best shop in Cedar Hill!!My mom went to Bryan and he was amazing as well, friendly as well. And did a very good job on her nails. If you’re looking for a nice design on your nails Bryan and Thu are the way to go.I will definitely be returning!!

My worst experience from my entire life. Toes and nail color did not match at all it went from a turquoise to a baby blue. On my pedicure the lady skip steps for her to attend those who were coming in. On my hand nails I wanted some acrylics which the style was ombré and the lady didn’t know what I wanted, I changed my mind by just doing the color powder on my regular nail which the lady did not took off my extra cuticles off. My hands left dry without any oil, when paying a nice lady asked if I wanted oil but I said no because I was already upset.

Love this place. Very clean and taking proper precautions to prevent spread of Covid. Friendly.

My nail tech was Erica, who seemed to be doing an amazing job on a client. . I let Erica know I wanted my nails the same. However, Erica did not put the same energy or effort into the work of my nails as she did the other young lady. She cut me on several fingers which I felt and made known to her. When I noticed the bleeding I said, “You cut me.” She took no accountability and blamed it on the sharpness of the electronic file and advised me to go wash my hands but never too accountability for her actions.

I had the pleasure of getting a pedicure from Brian and my husband had a pedicure from Lisa. Great overall experience. No complaints 😊. I have a secret weapon here for my nails. I was told not to mention her name. Superb experience, theyre family now.

I want to love this place.. and the first time I went I honestly did. Lisa did an amazing job and even though the pedi from someone else wasnt the cleanest I was happy with my new ombre coffin nails....now today... Second time me and my son went today for pedis and me a fill.. got the same pedi lady so i knew it wasnt gonna be spectacular but it was decent... My sons was messy but he was ok with it... Got left in the pedi chair until I realized they must of forgot I still needed a fill after seeing everyone else get seated as they walked in, so I found someone and got seated finally....Told her I needed a fill and a small design.. the fill took FOREVER. And she forgot I wanted a design and finished up without asking so would have to take top coat off to do design at that point, But by that time I was over it. Also I dont know the drink situation but no one asked me or my son If we would like anything but continued to bring refills of wine to the women they clearly knew around us but none to anyone else. It was awkward to ask my tech as she didnt say any words to me the whole time and looked loss throughout the long process..So I left after 2 hours of being there with plain nails and just not happy after spending $100 again. The other techs were hooking girls up so maybe its the luck of the draw but im good finding somewhere else.

I was worried after the older reviews but trust me when I say this place is the best nail Ive been to in a long time. My nails came out just like the picture I showed. The nail tech took her time and frequently asked my opinion. My pedicare was also done extremely well. Overall would come again!

I have been a regular at this nail bar, usually I go and am nothing but satisfied. Today I went to get my nails done for my baby shower tomorrow and my nail tech, Tan, was less than interested. Every single client that was there before I walked in, was still receiving their services when I left. He glued the tips with so much glue, my nails were glued to my fingertips. He did not want to file my nails down to the length I need, I am a nurse and cannot have my nails too long. He also left the sides of my nails looking less than desirable. The thickness of the nails were all different. They look decent from the top, but not anywhere near the quality of service I am used to receiving at this salon. I believe he is new to this salon, and he does not meet the quality I have come to expect.

Although there Isn’t many rating reviews I decided to give this place a try while waiting on my girlfriends to finish up their last minute Christmas shopping. I would have to say my overall experience was amazing from the moment I walk-in to the moment I left!!! I was greeted when i walk-in, was told it would be a few minutes before a tech was available to assist me ( I would say 10 mins max when I was escort back to my chair), the nail tech would frequently stop and made sure I was happy with my nails as she is working on it. Friendly and very attentive!!! I would definitely be coming back with my girlfriends on our ladies night hangout! Highly Recommended !!!

Myself and three others receive very poorly done pedicures that didnt last two days. Nicely appointed decor but I dont have time to sit for hours. Lots of chairs without people to work them, while employees congregate and chat either with themselves or other customers. Someone spent allot of money on this place it could be a nice place to go, but the owners need to hire a lot more competent help.

I recommend this place it was nice clean and the staff were amazing an made me feel very comfortable and I recommend this guy who works there named Eric he takes his time to make sure your nails are perfect😍

Victor did my toes and Im not happy.. he made my toe bleed and he cant paint.. the wine is good but victor needs to be replaced .. because of him I give this place a 2.. I probably wont be back.. the manager had to come back and clean up after him..

Went there 2 weeks ago. Initially I was happy with the work Lynn did but not even 30 mins later after leaving nail parlor. I noticed one of my nails had the nail polish scrape up and noticed others did not have a smooth finish. It look scratched and just very disappointed. Will not be back.

The atmosphere was nice and the guy who did my nails was nice and so was the lady who did my pedicure but my nails look terrible. It was my first time getting the Nexgen dipped nails and there are so many spots without any color and it’s uneven and I hate them. There was one lady who was asking if we wanted drinks and we asked what they had to offer and she looked at our forms we filled out and I guess because we didn’t get the deluxe or the highest services, she initially just offered water or soda. Won’t be returning.

Our first time was amazing so we decided to come back for the second time , this time it was not welcoming . The lady was rude and unprofessional. She told my 3 sisters and I “come back another day. It was 1 hr before closing and she didn’t evenExplain to us why or even got up to talk to us , she was talking to us from far and was raising her voice because I couldn’t hear her . We went to Delux Nail which was already close but so much nicer profesional lady . !!. We will definitely not going back to Allure again !!.

I feel I’m being nice giving them two stars. The lady who did my nails did a good job. However she said to me, “Your finger is crooked.” I was floored when she said that. I have arthritis and my joints swell and become inflamed. I found her comment to be very insensitive and so offensive. You should never criticize a persons appearance and body. If you have nothing nice to say, you should say nothing at all. Needless to say, I will not be returning.
