I didnt get what i asked for and paid money for these braids they are too tight my head was bleeding in the back i got big red bumps honestly i wouod never go back to this place if i didnt have my head on right i wouldve messed that whole salon up .i prefer nobody goes here at all nit good for business someone one day aint gone be as nice as me i have pictures in my phone but idk how to post them on here this is just sad af then the lady was texting n talkimg to her son on the phone not professional at all no maam

I was very specific about the services I was requesting when I made my appointment. I had to repeat what I wanted when I got to the salon, which was fine for confirmation. My request was for my daughter to get a trim and deep conditioning treatment. Right before she got in the chair, I reiterated what I wanted for her and her hair never even got shampooed. I asked for the specific 45 degree angle layered haircut and to keep my length which was halfway down my back and highlights. My highlights were perfect. It took me asking 3 times for many layers. My hair ended up a little shorter than shoulder length. I may have had to take more consideration of the hair type that location had a talent for styling and picked a better location that fit my needs better. The staff was still polite and professional. They were attentive to each customer that came in, providing accurate timeframes in which they can provide services.

The ladies were very helpful and listened to what I needed. My stylist helped me to deal with my back situation, with this being the first visit since back surgery. Very much appreciated being able to walk in and get good service.

I enjoyed my first visit. Dai was wonderful and helped to resolve hair tangling issue. She recommended I return for thorough conditioning and I will be returning.

Ms Katherine is a great hair dresser. She is courteous, attentive, considerate. I never have to wait, u feel like a new person after she finishes w ur hair.

That I will give the stylus A4 she does good with the hair but when you have a concern about how you want her to do something she combat it with me when everybody knows the customer is always right I should be able to explain to my hairdresser how I like my hair she should be able to say okay we either fix it or what can I do to make it better all I ask is that she bumped the end so they dont be hanging straight down from a twisty curl then they kept changing the price on me

This location is expensive. They over charged me $60 for just washing it, and straightening it. Make sure to ask questions about pricing, they will over charge you at this location for your hair. I wont be back. And this location is not friendly at all.

Ms. Kat is amazing, I woke up and decided to go on another route with my journey and got a perm for the 1st time in 3years and it come out amazing. I really enjoyed her company and skill.

Love going there. There is always a sense of family when I walk in the door. DAndra Willis is a great stylist. I have been going to her for years. She does everything from locs to sewins. Shes very creative when it comes to understanding what I want. I try to get something different every time that I go and I really appreciate her patience with me especially when it comes to teaching me how take care of my hair.

Go somewhere else, you will be thankful you did.Girl at front desk ask if we could come back next day, literally no one in the salon but her and she looked a mess.

Ms Katt is the best she does it all old-school to new school styles natural hair too relaxed she has it covered I love her personality and shes pretty quick and reasonably priced Ive already booked my next appointment

I would give it zero stars if i could. THEY DO NOT DO NATURAL HAIR correctly. From the front door, to the sink, to blow dry. No detangling, no care for the ends, nada. Victoria did not clean her tools as she was brushing and there were gold strands of hair everywhere and my hair is brown. She proceeded with the first section of my hair and after that first section I knew I was in trouble when all I could hear was my strands popping bc of the brush. never again.

Went there for about 2 years. I started with peaches, she left then I went to Kim. At first she was ok but then my hair started to break because she did not shampoo the chemical out well. The last time I went at 9:30 am, she said I forgot you were coming. I asked if she wanted me to come back another day, she said no that it wouldnt take that long with the other client. After sitting for and 1 1/2 hours she said that she didnt have the products to do my hair and she would have to go to Desoto to get the products which would probably take another 45 minutes round trip. I left and have not been back. After looking at my hair closely it was so badly damaged from her lack of care. I like QUALITY not QUANTITY!😥

I went in to get a haircut but after being told my cut would cost 10 dollars extra because of the length of my hair I walked out. That is not fair I wasnt asking for anything special and my hair is only about 3-4 inches under my shoulders....
