Betty Mejia was kind and respectful. She cut my hair exactly how I had asked. She was very professional. The haircut itself was awesome. The highlight was the shampoo. Extremely satisfied and will visit again.

The app makes getting a haircut here super easy. Just check in through the app, and it will let you know when its time to head there. Keeps you from having to sit there and wait forever. Everyone is super friendly. Noely cut my hair and did a great job. Very good experience.

Haircuts were great. Checked in online and it said 20 minutes so we got there just in time for haircuts and we still had another 25 minutes. They said everyone went on break and only 1 girl was working. 1.5 hrs for haircuts wasnt ideal and whats the point of online check in if its not accurate...?

My husband went last week, liked it but got stuck on the waiting list. Took my son today, got there early (barely), first one in the door, had to tell them how to cut his hair, sat in the truck til he was done, all his hair was on the floor, very clean store and friendly staff, tipped the lady while I was paying. Fun to be had by all. My son is happy with his haircut 😁

The salon is very unique if you found the right person to cut your hair it is amazing the management and online check-in is BS youll walk in there is nobody there nobody getting their haircut in the manager will tell you its a 2-hour wait because of online check-in

Didn’t have a bad experience, but it would’ve been an added bonus if maybe asked if the growing beard (on a teenage boy) needed a trim up. Realized on the way out that I forgot to ask. Too few workers and too many clients to go back in and ask for a quick trim.

I didnt know they dont do beard trims or you straight razors, but my haircut was amazing and would definitely go back for a touch up.

The young lady who did my husband’s hair was very receptive to my request. My husband, Martin Franco, doesn’t like to comment on his hair but I knew that his hair was a little bit too long. I told her this and of course gave us her thoughts. Needless to say his haircut was just what he needed. Excellent job of cutting his hair and listening to what he needed. Thank you!!

I have always had issues when it comes to people cutting my hair at different places. However, Vee, my incredible and amazing barber, always does an awesome job. Not only is she so great at cutting hair but also with her interactions with me. She remembers everything about out conversations and is always so funny and positive. 10/10 would recommend

My 8 year old son gets his hair cut here and it has always been a good cut. The wait is about 20-30 minutes typically. The entire salon is upgraded with kiosk check in, flat screen TVs, and new counters and stations. Ive met the owner and she is delightful. Everyone is courteous and the price is affordable. I would recommend them.

My sons & I have been getting our hair cut for close to five years now & the staff are super awesome. Stephanie & Betty have been cutting our hair over that time. The best place to get a haircut, Betty and Stephanie always go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and enjoy the time you spend there. I used to live Seven minutes from this location, now I’m at almost 30 minutes!!! although there is A location near me, the customer service and relationship these two ladies provide, You cannot find Anywhere else. Highly recommend you get your haircut here.

I have taken my sons to several different places to get their haircut and no one has done as good of a job as Natalie at the Sports Clips (Cedar Hill) location. I bring my 7 year old in about every 5 weeks and she is very patient with him. He watches my phone the whole time and she works around him looking down, and does an amazing job every time 🙂She even cut my husband’s hair for the first time yesterday and he really likes the job she did !!!

Staff was incredibly nice. Little bit of a wait, but they were doing a great job of getting people moving through. Hannah was the stylist that helped me out and the haircut looks and feels great! Will definitely be coming back.

These ladies are amazing and know how to keep up a good conversation everytime you are here. Favorite stylist is Betty who I would recommend to everyone. I’ve been coming here for about 2 years and have always had a positive experience. The atmosphere from all staff is friendly and jovial. Stephanie is hilarious— I give her a hard time and she sasses back. 😂 She’s awesome.

Overall they did a great job. Friendly staff that was on top of greeting every customer that walked through the door. There was a little wait which I didn’t mind bc it showed that they have steady business and must do a good job if people keep coming back. Some customers were even known by name which showed they were “regulars”.My only criticism would be that the ladies were unsure of who was next on the list. They had a big screen showing who was up next but for each customer one hairdresser would have to ask the other hairdresser, “Who’s next?”.Overall, friendly, nice, fair price for the haircut and my son looked very sharp when he was done.

Been going here for years. Brought my son in for his first haircut, (with me anyway) and he was really fussy and crying but the lady there was super patient and really nice and we got through it. I really appreciated her patience and understanding with my son and getting him used to having his haircut. :)

When my son was getting his necks and eat line trimmed up he kept acting like it hurt but I didn’t notice anything and when I got home I noticed he was bleeding. She had cut the back of his neck and ear all up. You would think it’d be better seeing that I paid $16 for a toddler plus $5 tip

My son really liked his haircut. However, when we left, I noticed he still had a lot of hair on his face and neck. It would be nice if he could be brushed off a little better.

The best hair cut i have gotten in a while. Very nice people and just a great overall exp.

Descent hair cut, but way way too much chatter between the stylists. It was literally a non stop conversation about work and who was getting called in or not coming in for their shift. My hair is easy to cut all with clippers, but I honestly think I would have walked out if my stylist needed to use scissors as often as her eyes were not even looking at my head. Didnt offer me a mirror to let me see the back. Im not overly picky, but these are just basics in Customer Service. I couldnt even hear the commentators for the Eagles vs Giants with all the noise taking place.
