I rented a dolly for the day. Guy was very helpful and only cost me $7.00, not bad. Didnt have any issues.

My daughter asked them to order a trailer hitch for her car on 4/27/2020. She was informed he would place the order in the morning 4/28/2021 to ship 2 day air and if it took longer he would reimburse the shipping fee. We go to pick up the hitch on today (4/30/2021) and find out he never ordered the hitch. We got an apology and a have a nice day. No offer to fix their mistake. Absolutely the worst business I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.

I wasnt sure how to score this uhaul place. The employees were good, the truck was filthy covered in mud with about two dozen egg sized rocks and mud in the bed. The interior was even dirtier with large mud cakes in the floorboards and mud even on the seat and center console. If I worked there I would get off my lazy arse and scrape the snow off the windshield and have the truck gassed and ready. When I picked it up the tank was literally empty and I wasnt sure I had enough to get to the closest station 1/2 mile away. They did give me a$25 credit and said I needed to bring it back with 1/4 tank. After everything was said and done I think I got ripped off because of the empty tank and having to put $25 to fill too 1/4. So the more I think about it, this place gets 3 stars and Im feeling generous. The pictures, except the bed, are after I spent several minutes cleaning the inside so I would get filthy dirty.

My reservation didnt have a drop off location and the Uhaul customer service line couldnt give me a weekend drop off location. They took care of it for me and Ive rented a trailer and truck from them since and have been happy with their service.

Amazing experience with this company. I technically was going to get my uhaul early in the morning but took a chance in requesting last minute the night before which was a Sunday. Not only were they accommodating but they were kind about it and very helpful. Colton was very efficient and had the uhaul on, ready to go with a/c and everything just waiting for me. And his sweet wife Kimy was beyond helpful and kind. I HIGHLY recommend them!!!

I rented a dolley from the uhaul in mesa AZ to pull my daughters new car to Idaho and experienced many issue with the dolley to the point where I needed to drop it off at the nearest uhaul. I was helped by a gentleman named Hunter. He was the only one working there at the time, but still took the time to show that he cared and was very helpful and understanding during this frustrating situation. Awesome customer service and a great place to rent a truck or moving vehicle from

Rented a truck with inoperable air conditioning unit. It was a hot drive to St. George. Called twice while I was on the road to talk to them about it.. no response and they did not call me back. When I turned the truck in he did not seem surprised, he seem like he would rather be somewhere else doing something else. He was supposed to send me a receipt, he never did. Today, my bank account got hit again for the rental cost. Waiting for them to open so I can call again.

I broke down in cedar. It was an awefull experience. The gentleman who assisted me was very knowledgeable and helped me get back on the road fast. I would definitely recommend visiting this U-Haul if you are ever in need. The guy here was amazing.

Reserved a truck and was sent to the wrong location. After finally finding the right place, had to wait awhile. Only truck available was much bigger than we wanted or needed so ended up having to pay more. Then when returning was under on gas by like a gallon n they charged me almost $10 but the truck n their service served its purpose so my overall experience was not great but not bad.

Nice place to rent Uhaul trucks and trailers here in cedar city. Good service and a wide selection.

Mileage issues

Service area, vehicle parking looks very unsightly; However, the manager is very friendly and willing to meet customer needs. I have used this location multiple times and have all ways received great value and product service.

Smelled like dog poop i side the store. In a crappy location but was helpful when I called in.

Waited 20 min for guy to show up, office stunk bad, code enforcement showed up looming for the guy while we were there. Yard is a mess woth no way to pull in or out easily. Recomend going elsewhere

This isnt much of a review as much as it is to inform our customers that we have a new clean office and the yard has been cleaned up.
