I am absolutely 💯 % in love with my nails!!! I can always count on my nail tech Sammy to make my nail perfect!!! Excellent facility especially if you want to do group pedicures. They have nice massage chairs all in a row that you can be side by side with your group. I would request maycee for pedicures as she does an amazing job while also taking care not to hurt you. The co-owner, Makenzie, is the best nail tech I have ever been too. Again, a very gentle touch with amazing skill. Sammies an expert when it comes to hair color and cuts and is very personable. It is extremely competitive to get in here, (because they are the best) so call in advance to schedule ahead of time.

Karly is awesome. She is not only a great person, she also does an excellent job. She is very patient with me while I try to find the correct stamps, etc. I tried several different places before finding The Nails. I’ve been with them ever since. Everyone is so friendly, it’s is a great place to go. I highly recommend The Nails.

I have used this Salon a few times. The quality of work is usually good. I had to wait an extra 20 minutes for my appointment. My pedicurist seemed upset I didn’t want to wait more. She did a good job but didn’t dry my toes, had me pay, and kicked me out in foam sandles in the snow. I asked if I was dry and she said oh no not for a while and don’t put in your boots. Couldn’t we have used a dryer like any other time I’ve visited? I thought this was worth noting for anyone who doesn’t like walking barefoot in the snow. I will not be returning after this last experience.

Karly does a great job with acrylics & gel! Very thorough, but quick. I’m a perfectionist about my nails and I didn’t have to tell her anything. They were perfectly thin, well shaped and even, and did my cuticles as well. Only $30 for fill with gel, $5 for a design. The salon was clean and cute. Super happy!!

I was not at all impressed with my manicure. I had gel manicure that was chipping when I came in... Kimberly Judd was my manicurist.. she started by buffing the Polish off and then having me soak in Sally Jensen polish remover... This was first issue... I asked her if this was good for the nails because I previously the lady was soak the polish off... She said yes it was fine, just taking of the polish.. so she had me soak in polish remover and then scraped and buffed the rest off. I should have left after that... Next her shaping and filing was really slow and awkward. And when she went to clip cuticles, though she seemed to try to be careful and meticulous , I felt like she was barely doing anything. I decided to just get a basic instead of gel because I wasnt paying more for her to mess up. And thats good bc the polish was not done well and still got on my cuticle. No plans in returning

My husband and I went in to get pedicures. Makenzie did an amazing job with my husband. He’s usually never completely satisfied with pedicures because something will always happen that he doesn’t like, but Makenzie did everything perfect. Kim did my nails. She rushed through everything and did the polish super terribly. I ended up just going home and taking the polish off and painting them myself. Needless to say, Makenzie will be our go to.

I love this place! They were so nice, answered all my questions. They did a great job on my acrylics.

This is my second visit to The Nails; and I am writing a review because I really think they deserve a great review. I’m a dental hygienist and cleanliness is my ultimate concern, and this place passes my expectation. Jaci did my brow design and does a great job, this is the second time she has done it for me and I have no irritation or burning afterward. I’m very interested in her brow microabrasion in my near future. Karly did my manicure today and she is young and so detailed, gentle and the cuticle work was amazing! I look forward doing a mani/gel with her soon. Kim has done my pedicure in the past and I love her demeanor and work. I will be stopping by again today for another pedicure from her. So far everyone there has been excellent. I have zero complaints. Their prices are affordable so you can make these habits monthly. I love picking out one of their toe rings (for purchase) and have it placed after my pedicure.... feels incredible. They have finger rings too!! Go have fun!!❤️❤️

I booked an appointment while visiting town. I cannot recommend Nhi Trinh highly enough -- she was punctual, friendly, and gave me one of the best gel manicures Ive ever had. It lasted for the rest of my three-week road trip and then some, without a single chip or lift.

The overall experience was unprofessional. There were a bunch of teenage looking workers there that were all on their phones talking about their Instagram and tik tok. They were very loud and rude. The only pleasant experience was Kim C.

My sister and I had a great pedicure here. We both had a couple of sensitive spots on our feet we needed to be careful with and the ladies that did our pedicure were so nice, they listened and were very careful and conscience about our comfort. They gave great pedicures and were really friendly. My mom came in later that day and got a full set of acrylic nails and she told me she loves them and wants to go back more often! I highly recommend this place! If you are looking for a clean, professional, and relaxing place to have your nails done this is the places to go!

On their building and on their website they advertise walk-ins welcome, so we came in, and they just said that they go by appointments and don’t really do walk-ins. Why do they advertise walk-ins so clearly if they don’t actually take them? Not professional and not a good business practice.

This is one of many times Ive been here and the service is amazing. They have a great color selection and a clean environment. Ive been to other places in cedar and this one is definitely the most reliable and consistent. Definitely recommend coming here for a manicure/set or pedicure.

They need to clean and sanitize more and wear masks... I was the only one wearing my mask. Pedicurist was rude and didn’t speak English she had no clue what I was taking about. If you have an extra hour to spend driving to st George do it.

Got a full set of acrylic nails, the shape was wrong and they were very thick. They were VERY nice and gave me another girl that used gel to redo the set. The girl was nice and took her time- color and shape were decent better then the first set but the nails had lumps in them! They are hard gel long tapered square nails. I didnt notice the lumps in them until I left but even my BF noticed them. Since I had already complained once and they were willing to fix them I didnt want to complain again especially because I didnt catch the lumps until after I left and tipped her. I just thought it better to go somewhere else. The new place noticed the lumps, filled my nails, and fixed the lumps. My advice when going here would be to show a photo and to carefully watch the work being done and speak up ASAP if they need to be corrected. The women were nice.

I love this salon! The staff is friendly, they make you feel welcome from the minute that you walk through the door. The salon is clean and classy. I love the big massage chairs ... they are the best to relax in while I’m getting a pedicure. Jaci, the owner, is very hands on and does her best to ensure that every client that walks through the door leaves 100% satisfied.

I got my eyebrows waxed by Jaci. She was so nice and explained everything that was going to do to my eyebrows AND explained why. I’m super happy with the way they turned out. I will definitely be coming back to her.

Such a great experience! Last minute they were able to get my whole group in for pedicures and were very happy to help us. They did great designs on our toe nails and were very clean/sanitary which is a big deal to me.

This is a great nail salon. Very clean and comfortable. Tony, who did my nails, was friendly and very detailed in my pedicure. The owner did my five year old’s nails and treated her like a princess. I will definitely come back again!

My boyfriend bought me a gift certificate so I could have my nails done and toenails done, because we were going on vacation, when I made the appointment I told them I wanted a manicure with gel nails and a pedicure with gel And have my toenails done with gel,so when I got there that was not the case she started doing my fingernails and I asked her when she was going to put the tips on, and she said oh I didn’t know that that was what you asked for. Then I told her I was leaving at 3:30 in the morning she asked if I could reschedule and I told her And didn’t have any time to reschedule . she said nobody was available because they Have not scheduled me in for a .full set. So I get to go on vacation with knubs.I was very disappointed nobody wants to go on vacation with knubs.. that’s all I’m gonna say about that

I lady I had did a great job on my acrylics, the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is becuase they don’t use forms at this salon only tips and I really wanted the look that only forms can give.

I went in for a deluxe pedicure and the whole experience inside the salon was great! I paid extra to have gel polish. I had some issues with polish chipping within the first week but the owner was really good about fixing them. The polish has lasted a lot longer this time around. If you want to be pampered, they offer a really great service.

Decided to go get my nails done as a birthday present to myself. And the ladies at the nails are absolutely amazing! Karly did a fantastic job and I love her work.

Great job and service. Was in town for a few days and needed some calluses cared for. They did a great job cutting them down and working with my cracked feet. The also worked on the polish until they thought it was right. I wont be back until I come down again next year but if I need a pedicure again, I will be happy to visit them again. They also got me in right away without an appointment.

Great place! I had a reservation for a group of six to get pedicures and they were ready for all of us upon arrival. It made for a wonderful experience without any waiting. I will definitely be back again.

Im the worst at picking my nails, so they dont usually last long, but this gel polish has been on for nearly a month and still looks great on most of my nails- Tanisha did an amazing job! Came in as a walk in for a fill, took me in right away. The service was fantastic and my nails are beautiful. Tried going to other places, but nobody was taking walk ins and one place, the girls were sitting around waiting for clients but decided by my race (Hispanic) and tattoos, refused me service, they were gesturing to the owner that they did not to do my nails. I came across this place while leaving the shopping center, every time Im in town I will be coming here. I visit my son and his family about every 6 weeks,

Just went to get my nails done for engagements! Honestly the best experience I’ve had at a nail salon. Macie (hopefully I spelled her name right) not only made my nails look gorgeous but was super sweet!

It was way too expensive honestly. I feel like they make you pay for evert little thing on your nails. Including the length. Other than that, they did them okay.

I came into this salon when it first opened and my experience was awful! I had a lady do my nails (a full acrylic set) and she had obviously never done them well before. My nails were super super thick, uneven, and it got on my skin which caused me a lot of pain for the next couple of days. I was still charged full price even though they clearly looked awful and hurt me. I came in 2 days later to get them taken off because they hurt so bad and was there for an hour and a half until I had to leave for work. At that point my nails still werent off, they hurt worse than before, and I was still charged $10 for a service that wasnt even completed. I left the salon in tears. I will NEVER go here again. Awful awful experience.

New nail salon in Cedar City! I have been going to Tanisha for a few years and when she moved to the new salon across from Walmart by Game Stop I went with her. Im glad she made the move. This new salon is nice, the massage chairs are awesome and they work ;). Ive given pedicures as a gift and my friends have been very happy with Tanisha.

Always great and they know me when I walk in and call me by name.

I came in a month ago. Went for a new set of acrylics. The tech was nice but she didnt know exactly what she was doing. She didnt even bother to prep my nails. She webt straight into primer. I usually do my own nails and so seeing her not do what she was supposed to really bothered me. After painting one layer of gel, she sent me to kim to finish her job. Before then she asked multiple times if kim could help with my sister while she finished me up. She wouldnt help even though she was doing absolutely nothing. she even said she had free time before my tech asked. They did a terrible paint job, didnt even coat the whole nail. There were tiny black hairs everywhere in my white gel polish and she didnt bother to fix it. When she went to put on the gems, (she was very rude from the start) she had them next to her wide open and very clear for me to see. She straight up told me theres not enough gems to do my nails the way i want when there were many to use. After a bit of arguing she finnaly did it. She was super rude and they both didnt do a good job. They were un even, chipped, had hairs in them, and werent even coated all the way. My sisters acrilycs came off on the second day and mine did within a week. Karly was super nice and she did try so i give her a 3 but kim.. -1.
