I was looking to make a big change with my hair and this salon came highly recommended from a friend of mine. Their website said that they took walk-ins but I called to verify that with the staff before I came in. No one picked up so I drove over, assuming that they were probably to busy to answer the phone. When I got there, the place was totally empty. I asked the staff that was there if they took walk-ins and they looked at each other and asked if I could come back later because one of the staff was doing the other staffs eyebrows. Needless to say, I didnt come back and I took my business elsewhere. Terrible customer service. Wouldnt recommend to anyone.

Finding a new hairstylist is always scary. Especially when you have gone to one person for 16 years. I’m so lucky to have found Shelby who did an absolutely AMAZING job on my color and cut. I can’t stop smiling! Also the nail tech Sherry is incredible . This salon has everything you want. We needed a day spa like this in Cedar. They have set the bar high! All I can say is WOW! The last 4 times I have been in I have seen nothing but beautiful work walking out of this salon. Professional yet so so fun. Everyone in this salon is so friendly and help each other out. I love the positive feel you get from everyone. Definitely 5 stars here! Oh and not only is this a place for women but men too! Just amazing! Thanks ladies!

Shelby did a fantastic job cutting my hair! She listened to what I asked her to do and was very thorough. She stayed late to fit me in, and was very accommodating! She did a wonderful job and I am very particular about how I like my hair cut. I would highly recommend her!!!

Close to when this salon first opened, I brought my boys in for a cut and their head was burned and my girls hair was uneven. I havent had time to leave a review but I have had many friends or people through the good ol grapevine say not so great things about this salon. I felt i should leave my review now. The service was not great especially for the price and I must agree with the other posts Ive read so far about lack of professionalism as well as one reviewer saying it was not warm and welcoming. I could not agree more. The conversations held among some employees was to be on a less than professional manner. Especially with clients in there at the time. Would not recommend this salon. Quality or environment. So disappointed.

First time getting my hair cut in 3 years and McKenna did an amazing job! The price was very affordable for what I had done and I will definitely be going back!

Went in looking like a mess, and came out not a mess and feeling better about myself. Literally every girl in there was helpful and nice. It’s so cute In there, and just has a relaxed feel. Everyone is just in there to do their thang! and they do it well.

Today was my first visit to Aspen and it will definitely be my last. My mom and I made appointments to get pedicures. Upon arriving I was impressed with the ambiance and decor but that was about it. If youre like me, you look forward to the massage chair and bubbling foot soak. Well we walked in and we were sat in chairs and our feet were placed in a bowl to soak. No massage chair. No soothing foot soak but a copper bowl. It got more awkward and uncomfortable from there. The poor tech had to sit awkwardly while balancing a foot at a time on her lap. I will say that she was polite and kind but for $35 I expected a legit pedicure because I could have done that at home for free. Save your money and go around the corner to the other nail shop.

I did not use my real name on purpose as advised from another person who happened to have also went here once. That is for the purpose of the reputation of the ladies who work at this establishment. I went here and as one reviewer said, the pedis were ghetto... Not only that but the women here were not professional and I felt uncomfortable the whole time. I NEVER leave reviews but I felt like I had to. The only way this place is even above 2 stars is probably because they had family and friends leave the reviews. Will never go here again.

Love this salon! I’ve had my hair butchered so many times because it’s thick. I’ve been to nail salons and got poor quality work. This place has it all from the stylists, nail techs and extension stylists they all kill it every time! The atmosphere is nice and the girls who work there always greet me with a smile. The owners go above and beyond to make sure you leave with what you asked for! I highly recommend them!

Aspens is clean, styled very cute and has options for many services. Perfect for a spa day. The ladies are great extremely friendly and very professional. Jordan did my hair extentions and I love them. Sherry does my nails and she is amazing, Also Toni does really good nails as well! You will not be dissapointed by any services they have to offer!

Andie does a fabulous job on my cut and color. I always have a great time with her and feel totally comfortable. The atmosphere is great, just an all around warm loving place.

The decor was nice but that’s as about it. I got a gel manicure and it was awful. My nails were bulky and poorly painted. After two days three have just fallen off. It was not worth $40 what so ever. I will not be returning. Also the ladies there were unwelcoming and it was not a good experience.

I always feel welcome and befriended by everyone who works at aspen hair and body. I always love my nails. They are amazing nail technicians. thank you.

I came to visit my sis in-law and she told me about this salon that was supposed to open up here so when I went to visit her I was excited to go. I must just be used to the modern standards of the city because my nails were just mediocre. Not only that but the whole time she and I were there, the people who worked there were talking badly about people from that town left and right. I understand going to a salon there is gossip and talking but it was just a different level. Very cliquy and rude. The worst part is that Im pretty sure one of the ladies was an owner. She mainly did nails. The whole time I was there it was completely uncomfortable. Piece of advice for all business owners especially if youre starting a new one and i a small town, show some professionalism. I will never go here ever again.

Made a few appointments in one day for family pictures this weekend/week. My hair was done by Jordan and she did a fantastic job. My nails were done by Toni and they are great. Michelle did my pedicure, I left 20 tip because I was satisfied with the initial results. My pedi was good except for the gel polish came completely off a few nails and partially off the others only hours after my pedi. I tried to resolve the issue with her directly and we scheduled for 2 the next day. I altered my schedule to meet with her and at 1:49 she cancelled asking me to come in Monday. Having me go the weekend with jagged, rough nails, fixing my schedule yet again to meet with her at her convenience? To me this is unacceptable and very unprofessional. After telling her Id rather go elsewhere to have them done today. She offered a partial refund regardless if they were done badly. She then proceeded to tell me she gave me a discount. Which she had not mentioned at the time of service and had she I would have GLADLY paid the extra cost if I was told it would cost extra, but I was not made aware of this. Money wasnt the issue at the time of service its the poor service and the unprofessional lack of courtesy for a client. I was hoping to return for service but I definitely will no after losing out the cost, time, and having to find someone else to fix them in such short notice. Do not go to Michelle, she will not take accountability for anything that happens due to her poor work, she will only refund you half cost if THAT, she will inconvenience your schedule and cancel last minute. She wasnt even apologetic about the work and having to reschedule. Im super disappointed and frustrated because I feel a full refund should be given.

This was my first visit and I was very pleased! I will be comming back, and having more services they provide. I would recomend this Salon very highly!

Unimpressed with both the look of my nails and the environment. Staff was not warm or friendly. I needed my nails fixed but they were unwilling to accommodate. The owner was especially rude.

I come from Los Angeles where the best hairdressers in the world are there. I expect a high-quality haircut and I will pay the price .I don’t care about the Decour I’m there for a haircut my hair is been butchered so many times in Cedar city it’s not even funny or the hairstylist just leaves or the shop closes down. this was my first visit here the girl that cut my hair was named Breonna very nice, shop very clean, she cut my hair exactly the way I like it she listens and she takes her time and does it right.

I went in for a manicure today with Reggie. She did a great job and Ill be back for sure.
