I ordered a camshaft for an engine rebuild through Power Driven Diesel. I got it promptly which was fantastic. So I was confident with them when I spent $1,000 on a crankshaft. Its been almost two months and no crankshaft. I have sent emails and text messages and have gotten only one reply from RaSheena. I got a reply from her on July 12th that she was out of the office however once she was back in her office she would have an update for me. Still havent heard from her. If I hear nothing by Friday I will be requesting a full refund.

Never had a better customer service than this place right here. They will help you get the parts you need. Not only will they help you get all the parts you need they will help you understand how to build what your building and how it works. Would highly recommend getting all your parts from here.

Ordered 400 hp kit for my 12 valve! Valve springs, heavy duty valve spring keepers,valve spring tool and a turbo over 3 k did not get the timing wheel or the gear puller that come with the 400 hp kit. I called lady said it would be sent out that was on 6/28 still don’t have it! 7/19 they won’t answer the phone can only leave a message customer service needs help!! Love these guys will still order from them.sorry for the three stars on this one. You guys are still number one on my list of go to people. These guys are all about helping you. Customer service needs a lot of help!!!! Update 7/22 got my got wheel and puller today. I would like to do mre advertising for thes guys with my trucks. I’d been excited to go to power driven to get my trans rebuilt after blowing my stock trans up. I follow them on social media and I’ve always wanted to meet them. They absolutely did not disappoint! Everyone I met seemed genuinely happy even though it was early on a Monday morning and the service was flawless. Incredibly nice and inviting shop. Getting to meet Josh after watching his progression towards 2000HP and getting to see that truck was quite an experience! It was icing on the cake when I found out we had deployed together while in the Marine Corps! I can’t wait to drive back up in a few weeks to pick up my new trans. I felt like a 5yr old going to Disneyland for the very first time! You guys are the best! Keep it up!

I made my first purchase from your company two weeks ago, Monday. Received an order number, but never any tracking number. Sent 3 emails this week requesting my tracking number, and never received a response. I called just a short time ago, and was finally able to get an arrival date, which would be this upcoming Tuesday, 2 weeks and a day after my order. I also got my tracking number, and lo and behold, my order still hasnt left the warehouse. I will be making sure that everyone I know not to order from your company ever, and I will not order from you again. A $200 part, and two weeks without leaving your warehouse is unacceptable

I gave them a 6.7l head to get resurfaced and o-ringed I get it back after paying for it it was full of water and all rusted up so I bring it back and they tell me it got rusty after I had it and won’t do anything to make it right. I will never spend another dime with these thievin garage mechanics!

Very professional people to deal with I live in West Virginia and there are many places places to do business with a lot closer but these guys do their job from and engineering standpoint, just watch their videos , also with the money it costs to work on our precious babies it is easier to get it right the first time and it’s very handy to be able to pick up phone to ask a question and these guys know how to answer it and not throw in the guesswork and bs you will get an on point answer and to everyone complaining about the long shipping wait on parts I’m telling you it’s not these guys fault I’m a heavy equipment mechanic and right now there are a lot of things that what used to take 3-5 days will take 3-5 weeks now , and in my experience I know we all want to get what we pay for ASAP but sometimes it pays off tremendously in the long run to be patient and wait , def where I’ll be doing all my future business

Very knowledgeable staff. I can’t say that enough. Iv been amazed time and again the wealth of knowledge that is available from their tech team to anyone out there looking to work on a Cummins. Just and example.. I bought an interstate mcbee 12v upper gasket kit from them and realized that the head gasket in the kit can be a bit suspect for anything over stock. I called and asked about it and they were honest and up front with me on the issues with it. I’m gonna buy from people that I can call and know that they will tell me if they would use it on their truck or not.

However, the person who answered the phone was very helpful and friendly. He gave me the number and name of another business that might help and told me why he wasnt able to get the part himself, which was welcomed and informative.

I am very impressed with their level of commitment to their customers and will be purchasing everything I need from them.I had a problem with a trans and they went ahead and paid for complete shipping back to their shop rebuilt it and turned it around in less than a week and sent it back.In my experience no other company would have done what they did Dustin is the man!

These guys have been awesome Im working on a 12 valve build and was quite overwhelmed with the options out there. so naturally I started contracting the big names that I knew and they either were in respsive or in there own words said I was in over my head and should have them do it. I for one of the guys videos and they said they accept txt. so I sent them one. took about 24 hours to respond to the first text but everyone after that has been with in 30 minutes. so far I am well within budget. I cant speak for longevity of the parts yet because the truck isnt done but the customer service has been amazing. plan to work with these guys quite a bit in the future!

Ordered some oil and used my PayPal to pay and after ordering i noticed that PayPal put in an old address. I called PPD and they fixed the mistake right away an i got my oil the next day!! I’ve got some big upgrades planned soon and will definitely be using PPD products!

So where to begin... I have followed PDD for a couple of years now, have used their info and videos to bring our 12 valve to what it is now.. but it was finally time for a turbo, AFC Live,, governer spring kit, timing and a tune up. I called PPD before I started or purchased anything. I talked to Josh who was incredibly helpful. I told what I had and what I was trying do and he provided fantastic advice. After ordering AFC Live, timing kit, and governer springs, I needed some additional advice. I was able to reach Josh each time, and even though they (as well as every vendor I called nationwide) were out of the turbo I wanted Josh still helped me pick the right turbo from another vendor. Josh also helped me troubleshoot problems that I had in my truck since I bought it 7 years ago after several other nationally known shops had missed the issue with my injection pump. After everything was done and installed i cannot begin to say how much of a difference the AFC Live made, PPD is about the only company i can find who is currently innovating the 12v cummins. My hat is off and I cannot say how much i appreciate the help that PPD provided me even before becoming a customer. This is THE place to go for your diesel needs.

Bunch of awesome guys at PDD I ordered a set of injectors nozzles from them and I lost an injector nozzle and ruined an intermediate disk during install and they sent me a new nozzle and intermediate disk free of charge. Amazing service.

Stopped by there facility during a 3600 mile trip. They installed AFC LIVE, 025 delivery valves, and their Max travel kit. Power increase is dramatic!

Ordered the synthetic oil change package and it took 3 weeks to receive it. I emailed customer service and had no response. A week later I had to call and was told it was going out the following day. Very disappointed with customer service as I had much more respect for this company.

Bought a 650 horse transmission from them. Had one minor issue from one gasket. They immediately took care of the problem, I delivered the truck to them on a Wednesday night, Friday day night a road a shuttle into town and myer came and picked me up from the shuttle drop off after hours and gave me a ride so I could pick up my truck for the weekend. Great service, great parts. They know their stuff. Ordered a turbo from them last week. Super pumped.
