Customer Experience and connection is everything! Mark is really honest, easy going and genuinely cares about people. Car shopping is nerve wrecking. I always felt like car dealers were either trying to over sell something or they were being condescending. Community Auto sells more than cars. They are community relationship builders. My husband and I sat down with Mark, crunched some numbers and we were able to walk out with a car, through in-house financing, that fit our budget and family need. After we paid off our car Mark made good on his promise (that if we were faithful with the payments he would get us in with a finance company next go around that would build our credit) and we got our second car through Community Auto. Super service. We were only in Cedar city for one night and our RV had a totally busted electrical cable to our tow car from motorhome. He was able to find a standard cable that fit our connections and to rewire our car connection which had a nonstandard wiring to a standard and we were out of there in less than 2 hours including a small wait while he finished an RV he was working on when we arrived. Where we live in LA area, we would have been lucky to find someone with time to fit us in in a week.

Last summer we spent one month visiting the West Coast with our 3 children. At one point, we stupidly filled our rented car with wrong fuel. This mistake could have financially ruined our Holiday because the insurance and several local garages were taking advantage of our tourist position for making a lot of money on us. He opened his garage for us after normal working hours, asked for an employee to come back and help him, did the job in no time and didnt charge us more than the normal price.
