We went here to rent a U-Haul trailer the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

I called to make sure they worked on foreign cars and they said yeah, not a problem. Ive been waiting all week for my car but they arent finished and now a week has gone by and they arent even done yet. I only needded a master cylinder put in and a water pump The price keeps going up and I think theyre ripping me off. What a joke.

They are super friendly, quick, and never ask for any unnecessary repairs . They also gave me rides back n forth:) Ill def go back for any car troubles.

In early May 2020, I was traveling alone from Arizona to Washington state. While at a rest stop I happened to notice a piece of plastic under my car that appeared to be coming unattached. I called my husband and he suggested I stop at an auto mechanics as soon as I could. I was very near Cedar City, UT, and googled auto mechanics. I liked that Nosso sounded like a small family owned business rather than a large conglomerate, so I stopped there. The service that I received there was unbelievable! The mechanic there went outside with me immediately and looked at my car. He showed me what was going on, and explained that he thought it only needed a screw or two. He immediately went into the shop, got what he needed to fix my car, and fixed my car. I asked him what I owed him for the service, and he said nothing. I was shocked as I was perfectly willing to pay for his time and service. This kind of service is very rare in this day and age. It can be intimidating when a woman traveling alone has car problems, and this shop made me feel comfortable and at ease immediately. If I lived near or in Cedar City this would definitely be my shop. Thank you very much for your incredible service. I highly recommend Nosso Auto in Cedar City, Utah.

Johnny Harrah is the most incredible mechanic in the Universe. He can fix anything! One time he changed an alternator on my car in complete darkness just by feeling for the bolts. Amazing mechanic.

My car overheated on my way home from vacation, down the street from Nosso Auto. I called to confirm they could fit my car in that day and spoke to Bradley, who patiently explained to me how long to wait to start my car and exactly how to get to the shop.My car ended up only needing a minor repair, and they had me on the road in a couple of hours.Professional and friendly service! Wish this place was in my town.

I was passing through town on my way to Moab and my car stopped letting me put gas in it. Nosso got me in an hour before closing, fixed my issue and charged a completely reasonable price for it all. Absolutely saved my trip and a bunch of money. I cant express enough gratitude to thank them!

I hired Nosso Auto to change out my shocks on my Nissan Titan. I live in Hurricane but felt it was worth the drive to get premium service.I would use them again and wouldnt hesitate to refer them to anyone needing any mechanical work done on their vehicle.

My car broke down Friday night in the freeway 1/2 mile from our exit in cedar city. We chose Nosso Auto because they were open on Saturday and more importantly their reviews. Johnny was the tech that worked on my car and got it done for me later Saturday afternoon. It ended up being my fuel pump and I was happy they didn’t break the bank and we’re fast. On another note, Johnny called me later that night and wanted to stop by where we were staying to make sure he tightened a clamp. It made me feel like he cared about my safety and the quality of his work. I highly recommend them.

I went in there to fix my power steering in an old Mercedes with over 300,000 miles. The crew there understood that I really didnt have a lot of money to spend and instead of insisting that I purchase a Mercedes power steering line they used another one and made it work for my car. When it seemed like the job was going to take longer than expected, they even offered my son and I a ride home. They did great work at an amazing price and I am more than pleased with the result. I will be taking my vehicles her I will be taking my vehicles here from now on.

I took my car in after talking to them on the phone and getting an estimate for diagnostics of overheating. They tried to sell me extra parts not needed then tried to argue with me about it.I felt that they were trying to get more money from me than needed for diag. Then tried to charge me more than estimated for diagnostics.
